The truck looked good. Was clean and looked maintained. Once on the highway ( which I wasn't until loaded and heading to the delivery) the truck was pulling to the right and shook like an out of balance wheel. I did report this when dropping off the truck.

I ended up at this location because the Ellesmere Kentucky location refused to take the equipment. We had made a reservation to leave it in Elsmere and the extra driving added about an hour to this check in process. A text from Ellsmere that they were not taking equipment could have saved me time and disappointment.

The gentleman that helped me when I rented the area was very nice and helpful. When I called to speak to someone when I had a question about leaving the facility a female that answered was very rude and harsh. If she is there when someone needs to rent I would not recommend it.

I had an extremely difficult time getting the rear door to open. I was finally able to get it open and load my items. I struggled to get it open at our storage location. After 20 minutes it came open. The door closed and I couldn't open it again.

The Manager Ms Wells was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the entire process and transaction very easy. She made sure my rental trailer was hitched properly and provided me with instructions and safety tips. The cost was very reasonable too. I'll be using uhaul again in the future.

I did not receive a paper or email receipt as proof that I returned the equipment and returned it on time. The lot attendant disconnected the tow dolly and instructed me to drive away without further processing.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer that I reserved the attendant had done all the paperwork and given me the approximate location of where the trailer was. We went out to go get it hooked up and to find someone had parked another trailer right over the tongue of the trailer I was to pick up. I told him to hook up the trailer to get it out of the way. So he did and I pulled forward. He then said he could just transfer the trailer over to my contract. I said what ever makes it easier for you. He proceeded to continue hooking up the trailer. Took his picture of his completed work. I was on my way. I got to the location where I was picking up a dresser. Went to load the dresser placing one foot into the trailer for the trailer to come off my hitch. The attendant did not tighten the receiver to the ball on my car. It came very close to damaging my car. I then got done with everything that I needed to move and returned the trailer all of it was complete in one hour. Two days later I get a call asking if I needed to extend the time on the trailer rental. Please get it together.

The individual came out saying I can't drop off there and it will cost extra… this is not how you should greet a customer who rented two trucks in the same month... But I explained that I already conformed I can drop off at this location, I refused… at the end he continued with the process and it all worked out. But please educate and train your members, please. This is a good company so, let's protect it and train people too. :) Thanks.

Lady at the counter was buried and rude in her town didn't seem like she wanted anyone around when I went to return it to pay for it I was expecting my cash deposit she didn't even ask me if I wanted to use it and just applied it to the bill when my grandfather paid it over the phone leaving me with no gas money and way to feed my animals 10 out of 10 would not recommend ever also have no idea how it was $300 and something dollars for only 3 days but it is what it is

Fuel tank of the truck was on empty when I picked it up. This is a poor way to do business. Wouldn't it make more sense to start with it on "full" and require it to be filled up before return like rental car companies do? This way you pay for exactly how much fuel is used, instead of trying to guess on how many miles you will drive, and the fuel mileage of the truck. When I dropped the truck off, attendant charged me for the dolly, even though I told him I didn't use it, and the zip tie was not broken, which I did not find out about until I opened the email with the receipt. Placement of the dolly in the truck is poor, it is right in the way, taking up valuable space.

When I arrived for initial check in for a storage unit, no employees were to be found for 10-15 min. When they were found, they were teenagers and were not tracking my reservation and assigned me a storage unit that was already occupied, which they cut open. It look 45 min or more from getting there to getting my storage unit. Further, due to the gutter and drainage design of the building my unit was in, rain water entered it (no telling how many times) and much of my possessions were damaged by water. At currently calculations it is over $6k in damage. Staff didn't have an answer for me as to what to do. I was essentially told that since I did not buy the insurance offered, its on me. I don't believe that the faulty design and/or condition of the unit I rented is on me. The unit that I had can't be rented to anyone else until fixed. I'd never use this facility again or recommend it.

NEGATIVE TO CORPORATE The entrance and exit roadway that is gravel is in bad shape when driving on your truck through there with a load of my personal belongings. This was the most treacherous place and most likely area that I was going to cause damage to my stuff. It's very rough and it needs fixed.

Rented outdoor RV/trailer storage. Facility does not have controlled access - shares grounds with flea market that causes many issues with stored trailers. Departing due to U-Haul discontinuing this type of rental, but turned out to be a good deal as we found storage for half the cost at a secure and covered facility.

We had our camper vandalized are your storage parking lot. We parked it by the lights and your security cameras. It didn't stop someone from doing 6200 dollars in damages. There have been several reports of the same issues at this location. Nothing said or even a sorry for our situation we have. We will never be back and in know way will we ever tell someone to rent from uhaul again.

Has nothing to do with staff at the U-Haul center itself it has to do with how they are set up. Your reservation line set me up to store my vehicle in a location that is insecure except for a few cameras. No locking gate for after hours! It is a flea market with a U-Haul business attached to it. It is not secure. I had no choice not time to move it. I'm literally depending on a guy who sleeps in their lot in his van to watch over it as he does for the flea market patrons things as kind of a barter for being able to live on the lot. While he seems honest it's not the point. You should not send someone to store a vehicle at an unsecured lot!. I'm only keeping it there for a week thank goodness but seriously?!!

The man door needs to be bigger and instead of a bend it should go straight. There is plenty of room to make it a larger entrance. Sarah was awesome to deal with.

Thank you to Sarah for all her help; our time renting was great thanks in great part to her. The place was very clean and conveniently located. The weekends can be very crowded because of the flea market, but I was never a major issue.
