I spent countless hours on hold and being transferred around. I would have to say at least 15 hours. They didn't have enough staff to allow me to pick up my stuff. I had rented a truck and was told they didn't have enough staff. I was transferred so many times. The location my box was taken to never ever answered the phone. I was suppose to get July refunded and that didn't happen. I called countless times and sent emails on that. They finally say they are sending me check refund for one month,which is crazy, it should go back on the card I used. The one and only person that was a great help at the end was Justin from Loves Park. I wouldn't use uhaul again,nor would I recommend.

Everything was excellent but you guys could use more staff. David and everyone in homestead does a great job.
Lisa OThe interstate communication from the centralized program is not terribly clear and led to confusion. This was always remedied locally, but the central web based program was not accurate.
KRISTINE TWhere uboxes were sent to was great but the location I initially stored them and made all my communications with was completely terrible. It was loves park IL and the general manager name was Justin who was completely unprofessional and irresponsible for 5 months it was a nightmare as I was in another state so I had to finally drive from Florida to Rockford to get answers needed and because of failure on his part instead of using shipping directly from uhual I used a moving company instead other then the nightmare from that store Uhual has always served me well.
