Hello, the trailer I've rented was pretty banged up. Tailgate pins got stuck and I have had hard time to pop it open. The hitch lift/rest assist was missing and I was having hard time to get it unhooked from my truck. This was not an average user experience. PS. why is it necessary for some locations to have a cellphone for making pictures of the drivers license? If this is the requirement please let the costumer know ahead of time.

Lynne VBetter inform those who take the information of the consumers. I, wasn't informed of when, where, and time my furniture would be delivered nor was it delivered where I, asked for it to go. They DIDN'T,I REPEAT DIDN'T say they didn't have a unit in my area. It coated me extra nor did the person insure my things as I requested. Several different people had different responses to my issues. The one person who really assist me was one of the employees who listened more intently than the manager. Alline GMy gas was right before 1/2 a tank when i rented the truck and I returned it right before 1/2 tank and I was charged over $25 for gas. No phone call or nothing. The customer service was excellent when i picked my truck up. I dropped it off after hours..This was not my Usual pick up location.
Teri DRyan was friendly, fast and professional. He is a hard worker. He was there when we picked up the truck at 7:30 am and was still there when returned the truck around 5 pm. The truck rental was affordable and there were no issues with the truck. Merci.
JACQUELIN nRyan Gifford offers a family/friendly service in a corporate setting. Absolutely no problem with rental. Absolutely no problems with extension of rental. And most importantly no problems with return of rental. Waited for Uber ride and my experience was like waiting at a family members garage. Thank you very much Ryan Gifford and staff for making my move seamless. Uber has a tip app-You guys deserve a tip app! Or tip jar. Or raises!

Patricia STest drive your truck the truck I had was all over the road the blinkers did not work properly they gave me a dilated. I did not use those the wrong dolly they told me I had a $60 deposit for the dollar when I reserve the truck I wasn't told anything about the deposit Just said $10 for the dolly was very slow customer service and when I went to return everything was not told a 3 to 5 day return the funds on my card not a very nice experience and will not use it again. They did not care, but as it say, Customer .

Don MRep for the second time not very friendly. He knows his job so it's a shame. Like a robot talking to a robot then takes your money. Truck was ok, but the cab was dirty and sticky and someone left a vape behind. Also, I had 2 locks on my unit. I guess that's not allowed. If someone would have told me I would have removed it, but no. It was cut off without my knowledge…not cool. I have 2 units now or 310 per month.

Also, when I was returning I was originally told a drop off location, and then when I called it was closed. I had to call back and get a location that was open. Definitely needs help with scheduling and returning. Otherwise the people were great!

I've been at this facility for quite sometime and have brought this issue up with staff MULTIPLE TIMES with no resolution. This is a simple solve. Everything else was great, but what a pain in the butt this is was over my time here.

I had covid at the time and was unable to close out my account in person so I did it over the phone with customer service (because this roseville location never answers the phone) and was told it was taken care of. Continuously got letters in the mail with them adding on payments and fees but every time I tried to call to get it resolved, no answer every single time. The last time I was called I missed the call and called back 5 minutes later trying to resolve it and was told no one called me? Unbelievable.

When I reviewed mine, there were two side by side w/divided wall unit(separately #) When I questioned the young lady she replied with " that's what they gave you" I'm not sure about everyone's opinion but I was under the impression that you get what you pay for. Had I nor had planed to move that day I would have canceled everything down to the truck rental that was another disaster.

I personally took a picture of the sign and it did not say that. I think that is false advertising and misleading I have used uhaul rental several times over the past 2 years and I don't think I will be using this company anymore or recommending your company to anyone.

How is it my fault you have no room in your dumpster also I asked the same employee if he knew where I could he was pretty rude and told me he had no idea. Absolutely unacceptable. After I don't need a storage unit anymore I'm heavily considering never using a U-Haul storage unit again after this experience I had to dispose of them off-site which caused me to go over my time with the U-Haul. Again very displeased!!

Offered to look for a different unit but I said if the doors were being repaired it was ok (move in more difficult because further from door but If they work (expected after repair) the location was good so I told her it was fine. Lower stars were due to no intercom answer and no sign indication that set of doors were not working.

On top of that they gave me a unit that was sealed and ready for a new renter once I opened it it was full of stuff had to go back up front and get a new one. My time was wasted. Bad organization, laziness, lack of cleaning. Plus the bathroom was locked in storage area! Pros... staff is friendly?

Karen G | Online Move InThe Staff weren't very friendly neither eager to help, I was made to wait to be called to the register, but there was no other customers in office. The staff was very slow and more focused on doing nothing! Also I didn't like the fact that a rat box was in my storage didn't feel that was appropriate they should be placed out in the facility! That should be readdressed at how those rat traps should be if there's a rat caught it's goo to die and then who's going to pay my cleaning bills due to the ODOR!!!!

I'm so very grateful to every member there. It's safe, secure, temp-controlled so I didn't have to worry about excessive temperatures. AND, during the move-out, I was given special attention to my situation. This is such a cool venue. I even witnessed a stressed out client that Calvin handled with respect and courtesy. I cannot say enough.

They cost me several hundreds of dollars in rentals due to not helping and being rude. I would never rent from them again nor ever recommend them.
