The person helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me determining which size storage space I needed and one of the other workers jumped in to assist with the storage space while my person worked on the rental truck. The only recommendation I have would be having someone take the customers to the storage space and assist with getting into the building. I had no issue getting in, however, it was a bit confusing as the instructions were for getting into the building if after hours. In my case, since the building was already open, I didn't have to use the code to get in. Overall, I had a great experience.

Also stated trailer was so dirty on the exterior it should never have left the lot. The tech at this location was exemplary of what service could be.
Gregory MThe location is great and it's neat that it's a former Trijicon facility. The proximity to the Chic-Fil-A to grab a bite and wait makes dropping the car off to be worked on not a problem. A drink machine on site and a waiting room for waiting would probably make the wait a little better, but it may not be economically feasible depending on how much work is installations vs general rentals.

Max WThe delivery to Ludowici, Georgia was on time, but they were delivered on a trailer (no one informed me that would be the case). This made unloading much more difficult than it should have been - informing me before delivery would have given me time to prepare. That is the only complaint I have. Other than that - great!

Krikor KCustomer service and delivery/transport of U-Box was beyond excellent. This was a coast to coast move that required a lot of planning. I then rented the U-Box for a few months until I was able to move into my permanent home. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE in VA and WA state. It is apparent, U-Haul hires intelligent people who know how to keep the process moving along in a timely, accurate manner. I had no issues what so ever with the staff at the offices, the delivery people or the billing. I would use U-Haul again without question!

Janice PPretty much everything requested was performed on time and without a problem. Box made it across the country a week earlier than projected, I was able to reschedule the delivery at the destination with ease and the box showed right on time, was picked up right on time. All charges in the quote were the same upon final billing, so no surprised. Overall, a great experience.

Candice S | Expérience généraleI moved into a unit when I moved out I had bugs (roaches) in my boxed and I didn’t have roaches moving into the unit I’m not sure what can be done about it but I’m having to put the belongings in the house I got them bomb for bugs with the boxed open just in case it’s a big inconvenience and nasty my unit was supposed to be climate controlled so I dnt get that part I dnt like bugs and I have a tibia so to see them was distasteful

I got the map but it is kinda annoying that the bigger units are in the back of the building. I had 1 other friend and my pup to bring carts back and forth. I went back to the front and talked to the guy associate who I asked if I could use the garage roll up that was just down the way from my unit. The manager could have offered that up sooner. It was very hot yesterday and I really think that the associate went beyond understanding.
laura h | Premières impressionsThis place is easy to find, the storage units well kept and clean.. they do have mouse or rat poisoning to keep them out of your things in the units but unlike other people (sensitive) I felt more secure knowing that I won't have pesky animal droppings on my stuff or have them build nests and stuff. When checking in the staff was friendly and explained everything VERY well. Even showed me to the unit. They have alarms for the units (indoor unit is the one I had not sure for the outdoor units). Moving out was simple as well. No need to call in advanced to let them know or anything, just go clean out take a picture to to the front and show them your clean unit and done ! Also love that they have cameras mostly everywhere!

There are carts to make the move easier, theres air conditioning, bathrooms and water fountains right by the units. There is extremely convenient parking spots right up next to the units and they even have bumpers to make sure you're backing in experience goes smoothly! Its super clean, and, from what I can tell, extremely bug-free! And last, but certainly not least, the staff is INCREDIBLE!!! Moises is the nicest person ever and amazing and seriously helped me through a tough time. I honestly don't know what i would have done without him! If I could give him a raise, I would! Thank you soooo much Moises!! And thanks for having such an amazing facility!! The only recommendation I would have is to allow 24-hour access to units; 10pm is too early! Lol everything else is wonderful though :)

When we arrived they only had second floor non accessible units. 12 stairs is not doable. Shay worked with us to find the right unit. Even stayed late to make sure we got everything taken care of. She was incredible to work with and should be commended for excellent customer service skills.

I was not pleased about the originally assigned locker being commandeered by apparently another customer which caused me to have to take an upstairs unit which will not be good for my back issues. We have to have it accessible. Shay stayed late to make sure we got the right unit. They also helped us change our truck drop off as U-Haul had decided to change that as well. Shay and staff are amazing.

He walked me through the steps of how to use the system and gave recommendations to max out the use of the space. He also showed me all the other options that that U-haul location offered. Moises knew about vehicles and trailers too. When I saw a rack for the back of the car he explained to me that my vehicle had much more hauling capabilities than I realized. He also showed me options I had for maybe renting a small trailer to free up space in the car. He was not pushy and it did not come across as a "sales pitch". I just really appreciated his outstanding customer service skills which are very lacking in most stores these days. He is to be commended.

Having to tote my belongings up and down the steps wasn't such a horrible experience. Also when I ordered the storage space I chose the option rent now which comes with a free lock and key that should have been inside my unit, but that was nowhere to be found so I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building to speak to somebody at the desk, I was lucky enough that I came to my unit during the time that the service desk was still open or I would've been SOL.

Mark B | Premières impressionsLarge indoor storage is upstairs but there are no elevators or ramps to facilitate moving large furniture pieces. Staff said there were no options to get closer or work more efficiently. Loading bays were occupied by private vehicles and had to use regular parking to offload 15ft truck with no space to use truck ramp so items had to be carried. Staff had the car moved but had already started offload by then so were stuck with a less than ideal offload location. Sliding door would not open without constantly entering codes on two access panels due to office hours ending. Very frustrating with so many heavy items to manually carry into facility and upstairs. The stairs are the main reason for this being a frustrating experience and average rating as a result.

That might be the dumbest thing any company or organization has ever done since the Boston Red Sox traded Babe Ruth to the Yankees. I immediately pulled my contract with you all due to that reason. Most people have at least one item that is extremely heavy that they are storing and being told that they'd have to carry that item (or items) up a flight of stairs is completely unsatisfactory. Also, why do we HAVE to use your garbage circular locks? That is also very stupid. The lock I owned was ten times better than your pieces of junk, yet I was forced to buy a new one. If somebody manages to out-smart the rest of your security system and break into the facility, you're going to get sued no matter what… But probably even more so if somebody lost their property that was also "secured" by your trinket lock.

The manager then, without being asked, gave me a unit very close to the entrance and making it impossible to get lost. All of the staff I encountered were extremely courteous. The facility was extremely clean. I left when I no longer needed a storage unit, but I would use this facility again without hesitation. 110 % recommended.

Furthermore, every time the alarm went off, there was no response from the facility.
