Don JThe dash board board on the truck we rented showed needing maintenance. The tires need replacing already. Need to check tire threads. The gasoline tank opening or doesn't hold the nozzle of the gas pump. One has to hold the gas nozzle and pump gas manually. It was hard to determine if fuel tank is full already. We needed to start the truck to check level of gas then pump gas again because the gas opening does not hold the gas nozzle properly.

CHRIS NAfter fueling truck i returned with significantly more fuel than what was in the tank when picked up. Got no credit for excess fuel which was in excess of $50. Should have been told in advance that no appropriate refund would be received. Left a bad impression for what should have been a good exchange

Gavin ZWhen I tried to adjust the pickup date, I wasn't able to do so online. When I called the phone number provided they couldn't help me but told me to talk to someone at the local office. When I talked to people at the local office, they told me to call the phone number. Seems like poor coordination between the local offices and the Traffic Centers. But in the end, the u-box arrived in good condition where it was supposed to. So that's good.

Aaron CI try for four weeks to rent a 15 ft truck...I ended up renting the largest truck they had. Was a Over kill. This place opens at 7:30am which is best for me at the time. Dont know why I got bump so many times. Was sent to other towns for rental which I didnt do . I kinda felt scam.
