Because of the way you whole handle their things when they were tearing down their building and kicked me out of my storage unit for no reason early and I lost everything I had because of it the staff at U-Haul won't up going into my unit and taking things from me

Location had been closed down and nobody had even told me nobody gave me a drop off location prior to me arriving. No help was given. Would not recommend to anybody and will never use you however ever again! We're experience I've ever had!!

Hack job.. first one in line with 15 vehicles in fleet they give me a rig with less than quarter tank and tell me it's at a quarter.. I go 3 miles and need to fill up… there are energy drinks and garbage from the last person who used the vehicle.. the back isn't swept out. They make you fill up 3 times so you return it with more gas but if it's under you get charged 5$ per gallon and if you're over you just get screwed.. scam artists bums.. go somewhere else

All in all I think this is a "Bare Bones" down to earth keep the costs down and provide a commensurate service! From a Professional C.D.L. Driver's opinion who has hauled Nuclear Waste, Bombs, Hazardous Waste, Biological Plague Viruses etc if I was forced to rent a U.P.S Trailer to do such because of other problems - I would.

Only one attendant working on a 3 day holiday weekend Saturday morning . Created long backup line. Took a long time to go through truck rental process. Made a reservation including credit card transaction in advance. When I arrived at U-Haul office, reservation number was not used or considered. The attendant was very nice and efficient.

Not much when it come to employees because the young men that work at the front desk are very polite and helpful more maintenance on the truck as far as the upkeep on the electrica would prevent breakdowns on the road

The truck smelled bad of gas/exhaust/carbon monoxide. If i wasn't in a pinch and time wasn't of the essence I would have returned it! I was coughing and refraining from vomiting the whole time driving in that death box. It is a extreme hazard to passengers to be in there!

I had issues in the past with my credit card and checks with your billing my account. With help from some of your employees the issue was resolved. But this problem happened on several occasion which led to much frustration on my part.

Worst experience ever and being retired military I have moved a lot. Reserved a Towdol and customer service did not add or add to price I was charged 173 dollars for the use of the equip for less then 24 hours, it took 3 staff one of which ended up with stitches, a manager, and a hour to even put the tow onto the truck, I was charged for this month of storage when all other customers were not ( as UHAUL is demolishing the store) then the employee tried to pro-rate me, nothing I had set up online was at the pick-up ( blankets dolly or tow dolly) with truck or tow-dolly at storage as arrange with customer service. Complete nightmare. I was told by store tow Dollie's can only be rented for 3 days not 2 or less I drove straight from UHAUL in Auburn to Grants Pass Oregon and dropped off the dolly. The rental team here was awesome!! I have never had such a straightforward, easy Uhaul rental process than at this location. The truck had 110 000 miles on it but it was clean and operated well. Big shout-out to this location.

The man that took my truck was helpful and patient. Explained everything. The only reason I didn't give an excellent score is because I had called to see how much an extra day would cost and was told 40 dollars but she didn't tell me they would charge me for the blankets, dolly, and insurance. So instead of the 80 dollars I was expecting for 2 days it was 119.00.

The catalytic converter was stolen, I had to drive it from Seattle to Sacramento. The worst ever.

While I appreciate the $25 for returning the vehicle with more than a quarter of gas (way more). I don't think it's right that I go less than a mile and the gas light comes on. The vehicle was clean, the staff well represented the community and were very friendly to everyone the two times I was there.

The location does not do after hours drop offs, yet I was instructed by U Haul to drop off there after hours. There was no key drop, so wasted time trying to find it and had to make a second trip back there to drop off the key (as I didn't want to lock in the vehicle). The personnel were great when I dropped off the key, just was frustrated that I was told to drop off at a location that doesn't do drop offs.

These people was so very unprofessional and rude we got the truck back before 7 which we didn’t get it until 5:30 we knew had to get the truck back by 7 but didn’t know we had to have it all packed in the room by 7 so we had 20 minutes to get things into the room I asked the GM if we could have about 15 extra minutes and she just brushed me off like I wasn’t nothing I lost some of my things because I’ve couldn’t get it in time every one wants To go home after a hard days work but gosh bend a little the guy that worked with me was soooo rude I know my stuff won’t be there too long the service sucked

I was a customer for well over 5 years and went through a few managers in that time. If I ever had a problem they always helped to the fullest and Megan was a life saver at times and always understanding I will miss being a customer if I ever need storage again it will be at uhaul

I rented the storage & only had it for 1 week. It wasn't big enough, none were available at this facility, so I had to go somewhere else. I thought I would get prorated for the month, but did not.

Staff was nice except one lady. When she would call she would have a very rude tone and sound like someone that didn't appreciate the customer. The other two are nice.

Nightmare experience from the beginning and sure that our experience will continue to be horrible. Failure of promises and lack of customer service from a company that has a monopoly on a market. Have dealt with U-Haul and horrible service although when I can't think it can't get worse, I am surprised how bad it gets. I will continue to take my other business elsewhere or do without.

I am pleased overall with U-Haul. But I was originally reserved a storage room at the auburn location. Much to my dismay, they do not have a fright elevator for the upper level which made it impossible for me to use it. This should be communicated clearly before reservations are made. This made the move in more stressful and time consuming as I had to go to another location for services.

Was particularly impressed with the young woman who worked there (tinted hair). She was very helpful, motivated, and good with the other employess as well as the customer. You should promote her to General Manager. She does it all ... and runs the place. Jim C

The South Auburn Way UHaul has been my go-to for all my moving needs for many years. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. I trust them. This move was the most peculiar one I've ever experienced in my life. Pandemic issues trying to get moving help and the fact I moved 25 miles away as well as onset of a personal disability. The use of a one month storage unit was a genuine life saver. It was clean and safe and perfect for my temporary need. I have recommended this business so many times and will continue to do so. In about a year or so when I plan to move back to Auburn, I will return. The only thing I found challenging is the company's new procedure for ALL calls to go through an off site call center. I understand the reasons and help to the individual stores. For the customers, however, needing to talk to the site staff, its a real pain.

I rent truck 20' before 2 days when I want because when I go to their 12 o'clock I reserved the truck before 2 days they say the truck is not available because have problem would the tire mud I already I'm pick up one person to given our work After that I be late about to hour they give me another truck 24' Federal Way not Auburn Then II lose a lot time and money because they not note notice to me before I go there they know have a truck

Double charged for a lock and insurance. When asked if I paid with cash and I said yes the girl told me they didn't show a payment. How did I get my unit then? Dont ask if you're gonna call me a liar.

I was unable to pick up cargo van on time but the gal I spoke to on 800 number mentioned you sometimes have helpers or maybe can get in touch with people who would like extra money. Is that true?

I arrived during a rush on moving equipment. Chris was patient, friendly, and helpful with every person in line, and took care of everyone much faster than I would have expected. Excellent service!
