We loved having this Uhaul storage facility. It was safe and secure. Fortunately the right size was available when it was needed. All staff was helpful, professional, and friendly. We hope another unit will be available in the future if needed!

He was kind and positive through the experience of checking out and of returning the truck. The office was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the truck smelled of cigarette smoke - but I imagine that is difficult to prevent! Thanks for having the perfect solution to our moving dilemma!

David WThe truck broke down almost immediately. Instead of sending a tow truck, they send a mechanic. That took 2hours. Then after the mechanic showed up and left it took another 3 hours for a tow truck to show up. Not to mention the customer service. Just people sitting at home saying how sorry they feel while we sit in the middle of the road with a full truck for 5 hours. Should have just got a trailer and pulled it with my Duramax.

The girls who delivered and picked up the crate were so great, accommodating and kind. Everything was on time and they were gracious when we asked for more time. Customer service always worked with us to please us. Our things arrived safely and in tact. We are so HAPPY that we chose to spend the extra $ to rent a container instead of a trailer. It is worth the $ to not have pulled a trailer cross country with snow and wind storms. We would do it again if we had to, but I hope to never. one again, lol. Customer service rocks, btw!

Thomas BUHaul delivered in spades. My construction project went longer than planned and I needed a temporary space for some belongings. I had already scheduled the move from my Bay Area office, so when I dropped the UHaul truck off up here, I stored my stuff. Dakotah made this unexpected, and inconvenient, hurdle an absolute breeze to clear. Storage space was clean, and there were plenty of moving resources available to unload and load my stuff with ease. Sign up and check out processes were a cinch. I don't have a need for storage now, but I will continue to highly recommend UHaul Storage in SLT. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Dakotah will answer every question to help you!

Carla FYou need to make sure that the local Uhaul has scheduled employees before you give out an appointment. i went twice to cancelled appointments. I asked the local manager to reschedule, He said that a corporate, over the phone person should not commit times nor product without first confirming with the local manager. Point taken. The work and product worked out fine, and we are pleased with the final result.

I now have to replace 3 dressers, 2 entertainment centers and a lot of clothing and pictures. I hope I can get back.

This time I was coming back home and Tahoe U-Haul could not have been better. The 1 month free storage unit allowed me time to go through my stuff and bring it home as needed. Thanks U-Haul.

DANIEL M | Premières impressionsA man was living in his unit two doors down from me and the staff knew it and let it continue the entire month while I was there and when I brought it to their attention they did say they'd take measures to limit him yet he should have been evicted and they knew he was living there. He had a chair, a bike and was playing music and sleeping there. I saw him at all hours I believe it was 2265. The last time my husband rented there on the first floor back in 2020 there was another man living there as well. Seems UHaul doesn't uphold their security and allows people to do whatever. They see someone check in and stay all day and do nothing. He should have been evicted not allowed to stay. He was bathing in the bathroom as he had towels and toilet paper in his unit and it was decorated like a bedroom inside. Upsetting to say the least that IHaul knew and did nothing.

Several years ago when an electric gate was broken for many days at the Public Storage in San Jose we and others had our units burglarized. We are very excited about our move to SLT.
