I've used U-Haul to move across from town to town and state to state. I wouldn't recommend this location. Not professional as others in the past. Drop-Off followed my expectations due to pick-up.
jesse wYou need to scrap that vehicle I was in. I've rented a dozen uhauls in my lifetime and that one was by far the worst experience I've ever had. It's not even fair I had to pay the same rate for that truck compared to other trucks I've gotten. Either fix it, or scrap it.

larry sGuy that helped me was rude. Did not say hello or smile. Had to wait 10 mins for help to pick up my u haul and then the guy gave me the wrong instructions on where to find the truck and didn't help me with anything. Didn't try to upcharge or sell any boxes. Obviously this guy is under paid or hates his job or maybe both. But the location in Midwest city has never been so unprofessional

Zeneathia AI was forced to move location and ended up having to pay more due to mileage, was told someone would cal me about a refund and it could not be applied on store. My original location was 2 blocks away and my round trip was within 5 miles. I ended up having to pay for 20 miles and I had to put 30& back on gas after being told I had to put 100$ down on the truck alone. I used the same location to put in an order for boxes tape and a tape gun which they also did not have and had to go to another store for that as well.i used uhaul a few years ago to move and I used the same location I was trying to use this time with no issues in pricing or availability. I am hopeful someone with reach out to me for my refund for the discount I should have received due to being forced to move and the inconvenience, if not you al will be hearing from me soon thanks!

Thomas DGet insurance on your employees so they can load customers vehicle on your trailer. Or, build a ramp that rolls up next to the trailer to make it easier to get down. I thought I was going to fall down, just to get down. Not able to jump, both knees have been replaced.

Priscilla C1-There needs to be more transparency about the way you charge people's cards. I wasn't aware, until I got there and had already used my debit card, that you pull an almost double deposit. That never happened before. I guess because before I used a regular credit card. It was ok but would have been nice to know before hand. 2- I had requested two furniture dollies and an appliance dolly on the order. When I got to the store I was informed that neither was available. There was no indication in the order that those were not available. They did substituted a regular dolly.

May drive inconvently to another location or just go do business with another company and take my friends and family else where. The assistant Mgr seems to be a slacker, and doesn't care about taking care of his job,at all.Joke!

Jack RThe facility was nice and convenient for us, but now that we are sorting through our belongings, several boxes are showing signs of water damage. We didn't pay attention when we were assigned our unit, but directly above our unit was an air conditioner. We're wondering if condensation from the air conditioner dripped down into our unit. We would recommend your facility, but would advise anyone to double check the location before storing.

Alvin JOnly one incident the engine light came on during my move. The vehicle drove fine, and the temperature gage read normal. However I had to cut my move short due to the engine light.
Michael LI gave all my information for the quote then we set the reservation, but when I got there, nothing was input into the system. When I started the reservation I told the representative that I'd go roughly 50 miles and I was quoted 76 but when I got back I went 58 miles and was charged 93.00. Huge difference, but overall everything was great. Prices just a little high. Merci.

larry kThe instructions and online steps for pick up after hours could really use some attention. The steps are not very clearly written, and the location services do not pick up on a web browser, even with location services turned on. This causes a lot of delay, and required us to download an app rather than just use a web browser to get it to pick up our location. We lost 20 minutes of the two hours. We had the truck rented due to issues with online pick up, however, we do very much appreciate the ability to pick up and drop off after hours.

Tim IEveryone was so kind and professional! Both the customer service reps I talked to to sort things out and pay for my reservation, and the drivers too! Maybe add some weather protections/support to the back of the trucks? The driver who picked up our boxes almost lost her straps! Idk how but it'd be nice for things to be easier on the drivers

Monica GIntended on using service to be hassle free for my military move, however they failed to inform movers of the right facility the box was at. They also did not alert that I needed to ask to get weight tickets even though I was doing a military move.

I had moved out the 22nd of March and here we are April 8th and i get an email which i replied back to stating i had moved out an took my lock the site manager again told me I need to remove my lock and advised me to use another company in the future, employees improperly train with a site manager whose un organized unprofessional. Horrible customer service will never use u haul again because of Kylie!

My items were forced to be left on the side of 59th in a parking lot unsecured for this reason I had to chase off a few tweekers from my trailer because of this reason. I will not be using this facility or uhaul anymore the lady I had to deal with needs to be put in check for how she approaches customers

The lady who helped us with our alarm going off not once but 3 times was very helpful and understanding when I forgot to put my code in to turn the alarm off 3 different times even though she told me that I needed to. Absenct minded on my part and not paying attention to her.
