Dorice GMy experience from beginning to end has been superb. The young man that I worked with was great at explaining the details of the contract. He made the check In and out extremely easy. In addition, he has excellent communication and customer service skills. He always has a huge smile, is eager to help, upbeat and outgoing. This young man deserves a raise or a promotion into management. We need more people like hiim. Keep up the good work.

HENNRRY GImprove the information exchange between the web reservation portal and the POS terminal. DeShawn (who was great to work with at checkout) asked me for the same information that I entered when reserving the truck and entered it into the system.

Aries MFrom the GC, to the manager, all the way down to the staff members. No one know what's going on or how to fix it. They cut locks without you being there . Read reviews before walking into this place or actually I encourage to go to this place so you can see foe yourself. It starts right when you walk in the door. Good luck and have fun with it, they are all stupid and love putting on a show.

Khaja NThe guy working was nice and I got there right when they opened.The trailer I rented was buried in 4ft of snow that a plow had buried in, which had turned to ice. I had to help the guy unbury it which set me back a half hour plus exerted a lot of energy doing that when I had to load a trailer afterwards, going up and down three flights of stairs 40 times by myself was not fun. I would think that the guy working the day before would have unburied the trailer seeing a rental was coming in.

Tiffany RPickup and drop off was quick and easy. The cargo van was much bigger than expected and was able to fit much more in it than I thought I would. If I ever need one again, will definitely come back and recommend others to do the same.

IURIE CThe man behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. I scheduled my pick up for 9, I wasn't helped until 9:15, I told him I was under a time crunch and he said it was a you problem. He made me wait when the new guy couldn't figure out how to use the system and then threatened to not help me at all. Extremely unprofessional had I not needed the truck I would have cancelled immediately I will never ever recommend using uhaul or that location. This guy has no business dealing with customers .

I was charged for moving blankets I did not recieve and charged an OUTRAGEOUS amount for gasoline. I won't be renting from this location in the future. The truck was clean and ran well, plus the employee was friendly and helpful.

ALEXANDER KI was waiting a very long time to be serviced. A young lady and I waited and waited. When the gentleman came in to assist us, he was not the friendliest. He told us that there was a walkie available on the front desk but there is so much going on with tying to get into your app and confirming that I was at the right location, that the lady and myself didn't even know there was a walkie on the table. I have had uhaul experiences in the past and it went a-lot smoother than this one. The app kept kicking me out saying I was not at the right location. I had to keep waiting for an agent and it kept saying something went wrong on their end. The app is not good at all. I just wanted the guy at the desk to register me and let me get on my way. But he said I had to go through the app which was a pain. My appointment was for 11:00am…I didn't leave this facility until 11:49am…. When I received the keys he told me truck is way at the end, thats it. I didn't know which one or where at. I didn't know what way at the end ment. He was so worried about ordering his lunch that I had to figure things out myself. I came back in for him to assist me with finding the truck that I had to wait until he was done ordering his food for him to service me. It was not what I had expected, especially dealing with having to move on top of all that.

Nurbek OEverything was great with rental location and uhaul equipment. No complaints there. But if you are using the 24/7 mobile rental make sure you add an extra 45 minutes for pick up and 45 minutes for drop off. App is super laggy and takes forever to do the check in/out process.
David AThe attendant that checked us out at 10:30am was awesome. The attendent that closed us out on the return, was rude, argumentative and wanted to debate. The gas tank was returned to the exact same level as when I picked it up. Not only did he mark the tank lower than it actually was, he then wanted to ague with me. I went to show him the gas receipt, he refused to look at it or at my original paperwork. It's not necessarily the money, but just being treated so rudely and unprofessionally. We did 2 back to back rentals for my daughter's wedding. My wife accidentally went to the wrong location on lake street and they were awesome, this place, actually this guy, just seemed like he wanted to give us a hard time. I would like to speak to the owner if possible.

They answered all of my questions and didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed (though they did mention they had whatever I could possibly need for my move). The facility was easy to find and get around. My one issue was the truck itself. It was old (though very clean), and U-Haul even marked where the truck was damaged. The reason for this ding is that the truck would not drive more than about 40 mph (and yes, I switched it so it was NOT it tow mode). While I was en route to my house to load it, that ride that was about 12-mins from home took me almost 30-mins. Wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have the truck back 6 hours later. Also, it was hot and the AC seemed to barely cool me off. Other than this minor (yet important issue), I had a great experience and would definitely return to this U-Haul facility.

Long TLocation is easy to find and convenient to our move. I've only been in the daytime and its clean, staff is courteous, plenty of room to turn around a 15 foot truck. ********************************************************************************************** UHAUL has been great. Getting bombarded 5x with spam texts in 24 hours to leave you a review before any final additional bills or anything have even come through is beyond 'pestering' and is annoying as can be. I'm filling this out to make you go away. I'm not ding-ing the facility with a bad review for it because I know this is all generated by corporate, but jesus, I just drove your van 500 miles and dropped of and picked up equipment along the way, maybe not have my phone dinging constantly while IM STILL IN THE VEHICLE to leave reviews already.

He must have thought we couldn't hear him. We went to turn in the storage unit for a refund the same day we got it and we t told to come back two days later.

When I had to report the problem the facility took my original call but when I tried to follow-up they kept hanging up on me. I had to get the police to contact the facility and manger to come and look. I sat around for 5 hours as they tried to find me another secure unit and now a day later I am concerned my property is not protected. I would like to be contacted immediately.

Our locking mechanism VERY difficult to slide over even after using WD40. Had to always bring pliers. No gutters on units means you deal with walking in and out under a "waterfall" when snow is melting. Finally moved out after 20 years. Old owner was much better. UHaul not so good.
