Kathy WWell not very happy! I requested online that was towing a Ford F150. It said the auto trailer would work! Well it did not! The wheel base on the ford is too long for your trailer. I returned immediately after it didn't work! They still made me pay for the day. I needed to haul a truck from WV to PA I ended up renting a car that cost 3 times more!
Gerald tReally did like the Newer Type Pickup Trucks especially when at a stop the vehicle turns its self off and when accelerate it starts back up, that is big savings to custmoees.

Deanna SOffice representative was unprepared and extremely rude. He attempted to give me a 16 inch ramp with a 24 inch refrigerator dolly. When I pointed this out he rolled his eyes and got the correct ramp. This is just an example of his attitude. Also, a $95 "convenience fee" for reserving a truck online was not very convenient to pay.
Andrew WThere was a hole in the roof and our mattresses got pretty wet. The back tires are bald on the truck, the vehicle slipped about as it was wet out. Last time I rented from here, an alarm light went on as I was leaving, about 2 miles from the rental location, (it had no oil) I had to bring it back and get a new one... Confidence is getting low at this point

Mike SThe drive up storage facility is not drivable unless you are in a small car. Any size rental can't make it through the maze of rental trucks in the storage area. This should be addressed.

Ronald NMake sure there is fuel in the tank of the trucks, because I was told there was a quarter tank, but at best it was an eighth of a tank and I had to get fuel.
Robert FI asked for a month of free storage, when I got to Georgia, was not available, had to pay a months storage of around 200 dollars. And then requested drop off in Thomson Georgia. Confused when dropping off trailer, no help to remove trailer! Just some cost I didn't expect

You need to update your drop off points in man. It is at huff junction at mountain mart village. Beside advance auto not beside school in man.

carri pThought it was odd that the last 4 rental contracts were various places in the vehicle. And the windshield was ridiculously dirty, not just a smudge, but like sticky coffee spots and gps suction cup marks like 10 different places
HUNTER FMy second motorcycle trailer rental in a month. Both trailers were dirty on the inside with debris. Screws, rocks, garbage, etc.. It's not that difficult to run a broom when equipment is returned.... My 2nd trailer the female attendant actually showed me a new way to hook up my chains by not twisting but hooking the excess into the other end, I always twisted but like this method better. She also wore gloves to hook up the trailer and was dressed for the weather. None of the other attendants did. Gloves may not be required but they sure do make it easier on the hands and less injuries. I'd still recommend Uhaul and will use myself and this location as some debris/garbage isn't a world ending experience, I'm just not used to it when I rent a trailer. I always rented at the Pine St. location in Zanesville Ohio and never experienced this there. We moved last year so no choice but to use this one.
Ted TEverything was great. Customer service on the phone was very nice and helpful getting the truck reserved for me. The men in the shop were also very helpful, they got me all set in the system and in the truck in no time. I will rent here again and refer friends as well.

Tim II'd never dropped off a U-Haul in another city/town, so I went inside to clarify with a worker, and he did an excellent job greeting me and walking me through the process. Although they were busy, he was attentive and made sure I knew what I was doing. I felt much more comfortable at this location, unlike my pick-up experience.

Ehren CThe 2 younger employees were disrespectful to their superior(?) in front of us but behind his back. He was clearly the more informed and professional of the 2 younger kids. He got our questions answered and the trailer hooked up to our vehicle. I was uncomfortable and not impressed with the 2 younger employees "better than him" attitude. Please separate those 2 kids! They do not work well together, professionally speaking.
Tracy HI don't understand the mobile pick up. Any time I have used it, I have had to go inside and get an employees attention because they never come out or put the key in the ignition knowing im there from checking in. So I have to go inside and stand in line and wait to speak to someone in order to her my rental and that basically defeats the purpose of a mobile rental

Additionally, customers would return trucks and leave them parked- side by side in the driving lane to exit the facility and we would have to sit and wait in our car for someone to come clear the driveway.

I was charged for all the mileage, when the add on line said first 30 miles where included in fees any miles after the first 30 were 0,69 per mile. What's up with that, Uhaul?

She was pleasant; however, little knowledge of how to rent units with someone in the back ground giving her direction. Received an e mail confirmation for only one unit, called again spoke to Kyle with my concern of only on confirmation on 3 units. Kyle assured me that I was "all set" for our arrival on Nov 7th. Arrived Saturday, presented my reservation number and the worker saidthat we did not have a reservation. The attendant seemed very distracted, no concentration and "out to lunch". The second attendant wasn't much better. Very disconnected and not helpful. Inside restroom just nasty. Asked if they wanted to inspect our return truck and mileage. The response was "no we don't worry about that". Storage units poor, trouble closing and getting lock on door. Uhaul truck blocking access to unit 145 .. attendants no idea how to more the company owned truck. This is very disappointing, not a good impression of folks moving into the state. Not a good representation of Uhaul very sad and management should step up and make some major changes.

Staff seemed uninterested in helping other than to tell us to make an insurance claim. Customer service was disappointing. Even if we are able to recoup and rebuy, there are things in the unit that are irreplaceable (pictures, baby book, etc.). Even a tiny bit of empathy would have gone a long way.
