DOUGLAS RThey need to check a person in when they return the equipment. I had mine back at 130pm and then that evening a guy called me and ask where the trailer was said I didn't bring it back. And 2 employees saw me bring it back and I was told computer it back where I got it and that's what I did. Apparently there was lack of communication and I never did get a reciept emailed to me....
Joseph sI utilized a truck here was returned to a nearby location per an employee and was charged 225 dollars. Spoke to the manager and was told he had resolved the issue and I'd be fine just to have my card not once but twice try to be charged for an additional 225
Infinity WEverything went smoothly. I set up a reservation online and was in and out in 3 minutes. Another couple ahead of me was a a walk in. It took them a little longer to finish. Maybe put a kiosk to the side so people can input their info before talking with the employee.

Bradley LThe representative spoke very bad English and was not very helpful. Took me to two different vans and said that was my vehicle and it was not. I finally found my van by myself took me about 30 minutes though. Not gassed up only had a quarter tank gas

Sarah WThe young man working that day lied to his supervisor regarding my return of the equipment. He charged me a $50 fee when he told them I returned the equipment very late and it was actually only 10 minutes late. He had allowed someone to schedule a van for 2PM when I wasn't to have it back until 2PM. He was rude to both me and my daughter. I will never use this facility again.
Caron BLocation was difficult to find. Gas guage wasn't working properly, I overfilled on return as a result. Once it hit 1/4 tank it went down very quickly even though there was plenty of gas in tank.

Sanjay KGreat experience. They were informative and helpful in helping with what I needed and did not try to sell me things I did not need or want. Great attitude and made pick up and drop off easy and stress free.
Antonia PTrailer overhead has a leak in it and let's rain in. Luckly no damage to the transported items. Trailer was clean on the interior.
John CFirst I couldn't get thru to speak to anyone about was going on with the hitch installation. Then I was told they would call or text to let me know if it was finished after the 2nd day there. Went to start the van and it was deader than a log. Had to have it jumped to get it started. Cost more than quoted. A hitch we had put on a different van we had no problem with. But this was a very bad experience.
BILL CThe back had not been swept out and the driver's side wind shield wiper was falling off. Otherwise the cab was clean.

Steven SHave more customer service workers so I don’t have to have a nosey customer behind me in line or interrupting my service because only one person is at the counter.
ALLETA SI did not receive everything I paid for and also I did not get a refund for those items . What can I do ?

Alejandro AThe man checked our vehicle in and said we were good to go then later (after hours) tried to charge my card extra. When I called today, they said we went over our mileage but never said anything while checking in the van.

Joshua RI cannot recall what the owner's name was (he also works the counter and etc), but he was great. Very friendly and very helpful. Will defiitely use this location going forward!
