GM told me she 'doesn't have time to reply to emails' (unless they are complaints) and I lost the unit I enquired about. This makes no sense to me in this email age.

There was a little miscommunication during my transaction it could be improved.Staff stated that my payment could just be automatically processed in my credit card but then sent me letter that I have missed my payment and asked my additional payment.Also they gave me a storage that was already occupied and had to move in the system and my things around which was a hassle.Please train your staff well.

A customer's first stop should not be to fill the tank. Renting a vehicle with slightly over a quarter tank of fuel makes no sense.

My equipment apparently had leaks. I only got to know because part of my load got quite wet as it was a rainy day during my movement, Best if equipment leaks were checked and confirmed by Uhaul personnel before handing it over to customers.

I was disappointed that I had to pick up the truck at a different location than I requested. Sure, it was just 10-15 minutes away, but I was on a tight schedule, and this put me behind on the day.

Security gate was stuck open for months last winter and then removed entirely. Price increased several times during my rental period. Snow was frozen and not shoveled in front of the door to my inside unit and I could not open the door. A second lock was placed on my unit, without informing me, "for more security, as break ins were becoming more frequent". When I found the second lock, it was after office hours and I could not access my unit. Drywall in unit had holes and found large amounts of rodent droppings when moving out.

my unit did not have a light bulb installed. When I asked about it, I was told there would be a fee to replace it. I choose not the pay the fee and it was too high up for me to install a bulb. That was my only criticism.

I rented a van for 1 day, and brought it back after hours. They tried to charge me for 2 days of van rental for an unknown reason....luckily the Uhaul general customer service line was able to immediatley identify this as a mistake on Stoney Creek Uhaul's end. 1/5 for the location, 5/5 for Uhaul Customer Service

This was the best U-Haul experience I've ever had, hands down - and I've had quite a few! I was nervous to drive a vehicle so large, but the cargo van I rented turned out to be easier to drive than my own vehicle. It seemed brand new, in beautiful shape, with helpful features such as a backup camera and Bluetooth connection for my GPS via my phone. Location was easy to find and access. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.

Origonal pick up location was big bee on bart absolutely horrendous location sold drug accessories equipment wasn't available at that location even tho the rental location was changed to this store less than 18 hours previous. Attendant stated was working illegally for less than minimum wage and didn't work for.uhaul

Great newer cargo vans….just found time consuming when picking up To pic/video. Every little possible defect . Returning was easier, place was packed with people returning/picking up equipment and when I arrived the staff had been notified by another U-Haul dealer I had booked storage with informing themI was running behind but would be there shortly and just asked for my truck key and said I was good to go. For the sizes of the storage units, the monthly charge was to much and the increased rent was over the top... Doesn't make sense to rent a unit at the prices after increases... The competition has better pricing and price guaranty...

The RV parking spot did not have cameras and the security gate was often left open. The new construction removed a fence and created an unsecured access to the rear vehicle parking area - it was occasionally blocked by a U-Haul truck.

Renting the unit was easy but I was never advised to load and lock it upon rental. Unit 204 was in horrible condition upon arrival but we had a short timeline in our move so I couldn't make adjustments with it being the only unit left. I got a call for this a week later. I preordered large orders of boxes online twice first time order wasn't picked upon arrival. Second time I added a note to my order indicating I didn't have time to wait for it to be picked. When we arrived the order wasn't ready when I mentioned the note to the attendant I was told they didn't get any notification. Then he picked the order which we had to review it three times as all items that were multiples he only picked singles for and then had to return again for missing items. Getting a call from them that I provided the wrong sizing for the item I ordered and had to return to pay for them? I prepaid online and requested the same size I was provided by the attendant but had to talk over him when he called because he wasn't listening to my explanation. Second months rent wasn't withdrawn from credit card on file so I received two calls from the manager along with two letters mailed to my home after sorting out the issue. The unit was in a horrible state dry walled, with huge cracks allow moisture to pool on the floor of the unit. Drywall tape on corners needed repairs corner of unit needed to be swept out as there was all sorts of debris. Boxes covered in jip rock from where birds got in and chipped it away. I even had a bird in the unit one day I went to load in boxes. Staff seemed young and inexperienced and not very eager to correct problems or have attitude when issues were brought to their attention. In the winter months snow and ice were left to pool at the edge of the unit which had broken concrete that allowed the ice to pool and de thaw along the doorway so I couldn't place boxes two feet from the edge or they would get wet. When removing the boxes for our move they all had debris on the bottoms from the floor or pieces of the ceiling, it was an outdoor unit so I expected some moisture but a few boxes were soggy and had a musty odour likely because the cracks allowed a lot of moisture to get into the unit. I wouldn't do business with this location or suggest their services to anyone I know.

I was skeptical but I felt I have gotten good value for my rent payment and it was convenient because of the helpful, efficient and friendly young staff. Good service is rare with the young people of today. Not at UHaul Upper Centennial though.

Garbage business. They "updated" the door to my unit 5 months after being there and then all my stuff was destroyed. Liam an employee at the location also decided to go and run his big mouth about my personal information and nothing was done. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. BIGGEST JOKE EVER. Part stolen and vehicle damaged, uhaul claims they are not responsible and has to go through my own insurance. Not secure or crooks working at facility. You expect the storage to be secure but it's not, what about camera, fence, etc to see who did damage and own up to issues, the worst customer service, will let people know to beware of uhaul and never use them as they take no responsibility for their horrible facility and incompetent people.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. There was a hornet's nest at the top of my storage unit and I asked to have it removed. I assumed a pest service would take care of it one evening. Without hesitation the young man at the desk out with a stick in the daylight to knock it down. He didn't want me to have to wait to get into my unit safely. Now that's great customer service. We only closed our storage account to move north. Of course we rented a truck then a second from Uhaul to move all of our belongings. Uhaul is the first place we call for moving and storage needs.

Price quoted was $30 different; still dealing with that issue. Arrived at storage after office hours, after loading to find the unit had someone else's lock on it. Had to leave the rented uhaul van outside unit with ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS, until I can return tomorrow- without my unloading help. No after hours contact #z. I have found the whole experience exhausting.

Great service, would have preferred 24/7 access. Great customer service by front desk staff. The first night I got there to check in and the system was done, I was unable to get the storage unit that night. The following day I worked until 6pm and got there just before close. The staff were very accommodating and did what they could over the phone to shorten the length of time I would need to spend in the office knowing I would be there just before closing.

The entrance driveway @ Highland Rd needs the pot holes filled. This can cause vehicle tires to bulge & get damaged- can be dangerous ! The back RV lot also needs the low spots filled. There are many large puddles when it rains. Understanding that the premises is up for renovations but the pot holes & low spots are a simple fix to convenience customers. Otherwise everything is excellent ! Thx Upper Centennial Staff !

When I first moved my stuff into the storage locker, I went to the office and said it's very dark in there & I can't see anything and that the light bulb is burnt out. They told me I needed to bring my own lightbulb from home as they don't supply them. As I was just staring at the young guy in stunned silence, he added, "My manager says, we supply the electricity, but not the lightbulbs". So, my next trip to bring stuff in, I actually brought a ladder and a lightbulb to change it myself so I could see. Seriously, U-Haul, have a few behind the counter to change them out when they blow....people moving or storing stuff have enough on their plate!! I was almost tempted to unscrew it and take it with me, but I couldn't get to that to the next person! 

When calling the main central U-Haul # they don"t transfer you to the particular location. And fail to contact the location you need with prompt info. There is a disconnect somewhere that needs to be much improved.

To bad i cant attach pictures or videos with the RAT'S i had in my unit that i rented for 1 month there .. I had damages for over $2000 and all U-haul said "was you didnt buy insurance so we dont cvr"
