We had some issues trying to get into the building initially and the man working was very helpful. He went out to the storage units with us and showed/explained to us the facility features and how to access the building. U-Haul helped tremendously. I was able to get the size truck I needed within a few hours of my reservation and keep it over 24 hours. It was fast and easy getting it and returning it. Very friendly service, I would recommend to anyone. My quote online was much higher than what I actually paid. I was very satisfied!

Only complaint ...when you order a storage unit online it does not tell you the code it sends you is just a 24 hour pass code. Website does not explain this 24hour code at all ... Other then that ... the Wabash ave. Store is amazing best employee's Uhaul has ever had ... I would recommend a raise for each and every employee at this location ... they are professional, friendly , helpful , understanding , and above all they give you the feeling that your family ..

The loading ramp length was too short for the deck height of the truck, making for a dangerously steep ramp incline. It should be replaced w/ the appropriate length ramp for customer safety!

The online ordering was very confusing. If a truck wasn't available it would allow you to try to order it from early morning..1am to 8am. It was very weird and never said it couldn't be ordered during day time hours. I even had a mix up with a representative on the phone. I explained what place I wanted to pick up and it was still ordered from the wrong pick up in a different town and even different state. Wasn't happy.

I do not understand why the monthly rent for a storage unit is not prorated. We live in a world where fast food chains are paying employees by the day but Uhaul can't refund me for the 2/3 of a month's rent when I move out. Come on...

After hours it was difficult to get into the building when you called the number for after hours nobody got back with you. The payment was the only thing you could expect for them to get right. Very small rooms and price went up frequently. The building was decent but not great. I will look into other storage facilities in the future if the need arises

Being 1 month late on a storage unit should not mean adding OVER the amount of the storage unit itself in late fees and lock out. Give the customers at least another month to catch up before doing all that while we are in a NATIONAL pandemic and times are hard. RIDICULOUS!! other that garbage, the workers and facilities were great.

I moved out of town and still paid on my storage unit for years until I was able come back and get my stuff. It was well kept. Climate controlled...no mildew!!! The office staff was always helpful and prompt when I would arrive. I recommend this place to anyone!!!

I had my belongings in storage for 3 years. I was supposed to move out of state to teach for a year but it fell through and I ended up living with family. I wasn't pleased that rent increased 2x in those 3 years and for what? It was also horrible if I needed to reach someone. Rarely was able to. Often when I did the agents were rude. I paid most often in advance a month or more and yet when I needed just a few more days to move my stuff out I was forced to pay a full month more and told there would be no prorated return. I literally paid an additional month for like 7 days before I moved out; an expense I didn't need while trying to move into a new home.

Everything was great except I noticed what I believe to be mildew on some of my stored items. So far It has come off I believe except for on some pillows. Obviously the humidity control was not up to par in the actual storage units but for the most part my things were stored safe in a place all summer. Pretty happy with my experience.

Had an issue with access cards not working. According to staff their "system" was not allowing us access to the facility on several occasions. Therefore we could only access our storage when the facility was open so that staff could let us into the facility. Not very convenient.

I always use U-Haul for all my moving and storage needs. Location on Wabash in Terre Haute IN is the best.

Great facility. Storage, truck & trailer rental/drop-off, moving supplies all available. Staff was helpful & friendly. Would use them again and recommend to anyone needing storage!

Recommend De-Icer or sand in front of rental units. Gutters drained right in front of units and getting to my unit (113) was treacherous. Nothing but a solid sheet of ice! Staff awesome, place clean!

Our family selected this storage facility because it offered a climate controlled unit. It was comforting knowing that our belongings were safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I went into the store in person and made a reservation for a 10 by 15 storage room. Went over few days with my items to sign the lease only to be told, sorry all rooms have been taken.

I moved half my things in at 6:30pm the doors to the storage building were propped open. I came back at 8pm, after the store closed. The door was still propped open. Someone should really be checking

Although the roof had a leak and I lost a kitchen table and a love seat sleeper sofa, the unit was great. Thank goodness I had paid for insurance to cover any damage.

This place was rude, dirty, took more money out of my account after just paying my unit bill. They took forever to return the money. Then there were roaches in my unit. So i hd to throw away alot.

I ended up getting mold on all of my furniture, which resulted in me throwing away my couch and mattress. The staff was always wonderful, but I would never ever store my things there again.

One complaint is that I used the app to rent a truck, and I was supposed to be able to use the app to check-in, but when I finished I had to go inside and wait in line for a key, seemed pointless.

The facility is very clean and secure. The staff was great. The only complaint I have is there is no lighting in the actual storage units.

The staff at this location were helpful and accommodating, but the inability to reach anyone by phone was an issue! Also, one of our units was wet when we moved out. Helpful staff is the ONLY ok part.
