Meanwhile, he was also dealing with another rude customer. The young employee handled it professionally, in spite of. Thank you U-Haul for assisting in my journey .

Dorene KTitusville shipping agents were fantastic. Indianapolis receiving end process didn't go as smoothly. However the manager who was a woman in Titusville told me I cld only put 1000 lbs in the pod. I leaned later I cld have put 2000 lbs. in the pod. I missed the opportunity to pack as much as I cld have. Not happy about that at all.

I was told that the vehicle had recently been serviced and the mechanic forgot to replace the sensor. The vehicle should have been taken out of service until it was safe. Cheryl MMake sure the trucks are operable and no leaks. Truck 1 had check engine light on. Truck 2 had a bad battery. Truck 3 had a leak that couldn't be seen with the door open. You had to be in the cargo area with the door rolled down to see the hole in the roof. Needless to say it was raining and by the time I got to my destination (two and a half hours away) the 'tow haul' light was lit on the dash as well.

Chester LTook 15 min. to get someone to issue Truck (truck had bee reserved). Associate unfamiliar with U-Haul return policy. This resulted in a 20 min trip to a drop off store when a U-Haul store was 15 min closer to usage point of truck. Will NOT be using Garden Street store again !!!!!

todd mI drove over 60 miles to this location. First time, Andrew made a reservation for me for my hitch installation. I got there and Brandon said I wasn't in the system and had to reschedule. Second time I got to my reservation to find out the receiver part was not there and they had to order it. Waited 5 days for my final appointment and hitch was installed. Brandon the hitch tech is awesome, the only reason why I came back or I would have gone somewhere else. Otherwise that uhaul location is unprofessional and didn't offer any compensation for my time and gas/milage to complete my hitch installation.

BLANCHE LExcellent service à la clientèle. I recommend purchasing all of your packing supplies from U-Haul. Their stock of various cardboard boxes and packing and shipping supplies surpass that of the local big box stores. I found their box quality and pricing is equal to, if not lower, than that what you find at the local big box stores. U-Haul truck rental is reasonably priced. Using their truck can save you hours of time you would otherwise spend making multiple trips in your personal vehicle transporting goods.

john oThe ground wire is all loose, not attached and passing right next to the muffler. The harness is all loose and hanging under the car. My husband had to get under the car and put cable ties to hold the wires in place. On a positive side the hitch is nice and solid.
Rachelle BMy only complaint concerns the app. I tried to return the truck after hours. I used the app. When I tried to upload photos of the truck, the app would not let me. I would upload a photo, and when I tried to upload a second photo it would erase the first photo. It was so frustrating! Since I hadn't completed the process, I thought I needed to bring the truck back in the morning during open hours. It turned out I didn't need to do that, but I couldn't tell that from the app. You need to improve your app!
Kenneth SBrittaney was very helpful with taking care of my issues and didn't hesitate to help me solve my problem with a charge I used a wrong card on. This was not an easy task, but I am glad she was able to refund on one card and charge another card.

It was very annoying. Thank goodness they only had one left on ground floor and I was able to get that. I am very disappointed. I have rented it from you before and I've never had this problem right now I don't think I would recommend Titusville Storage. After a very long ride from New York to Florida I was in no mind to fight the people in Titusville. Very disappointing. It probably was customer service who screwed up my reservations, but I don't care who it is I was paying and I expected to get service or at least have a reservation.

When we interacted outside it was very different. She was rude, mean spirited and made us very uncomfortable. When we ask her a question she responded with "You talkin' to me?!" Instead of answering our question she said "We are closing soon." Then she turned her back on us and walked away. Note: This was not on our move out day.

Only feedback item .... the Vanbody storage unit (retired truck beds) had a musty / moldy aroma and the rat poison trap in the unit wasn't very welcoming and gives a poor message about contents being damaged by rats and whatever might gain entrance. Finally, I applaud the one month free storage incentive and appreciate that for the one way rental. Thank you. Wayne White and Linda Henshaw

Now I am 62 & dealing with back & neck issues from lifting my stuff & getting it into a car. The staff was nice & I felt sorry for them.

The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. You have some good attitudes there and some need work. Overall my needs were taken care of and I am a satisfied customer
dewayne b | Premières impressionsThe only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month started

Colleen H | Expérience généraleThe main issue I had was that my due date would be on the 28th of the month and whenever I would try calling in, I'd be placed on hold for upwards of about 40-50 minutes and eventually I would have to give up. I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Other than that, that's the only issue I had.

The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc). They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people). Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick. There are much more affordable options literally everywhere else.

Stacie S | Expérience généralewhen I rented my u-box , the operator at the 1-800 number very miss leading. You can not take the u-box off the trailer!!!!! So the u-box is approx. $80 a month, but the trailer is $5 A DAY!!!!!
