I moved in my new apt November and I made a payment arrangement and asked if I could pay by December 1st. Which I did. However, I was charged a late fee. Which I would like to be refunded to me. Then I was overcharge for the U-haul truck to move my things out of storage on Sunday December.3rd and not the4th and was charged $60 for 2 hours. I have been a loyal customer of U-haul storage. For 6 years. I am very disappointed in the customer service and management

I would receive late notifications and then charged for late fees. The manager was very nice and helpful and the storage units were very clean and well maintained and lighted. Merci

The temperature inside was comfortable with it being in the 90's outside. I didn't have to worry about our belongs getting damaged by the heat while they were in storage. We are renting a Uhaul truck next week and we would definitely use this company again.

However, I spoke to the manager Tammy and she was kind enough to give me her code until I reached customer service. After, reaching customer service, I was told that no one was at the building and I should receive a call back for my new code. From my understanding, this company is 24/7. However, it's the next day and I'm still waiting on my call. No big deal but I would like to have my access code by Tuesday.
