JUSTIN DThe tech that hooked up my vehicle, hooked up in correctly. I had to re-adjust straps, and hook up in order to not lose my vehicle. Because the check incorrectly, the vehicle, there was damage to my front bumper. Causing damaged that needs to be repaired.

Later, we had to come back for a larger trailer and he got us set up right away, so we were able to get our boat moved in time to go watch the Superbowl. rich dI have rented uhauls several times at other locations. This rental today was the most confusing transaction I've ever encountered. The online part was seamless. But arriving to pick up the trailer and start the actual rental was confusing and weird. I had no idea where to go or what to do. The app and website had no way to check in once onsite. There was virtually no signage telling me where to go to find assistance. I would not rent from this location again

Allin G | Premières impressionsCheck engine light was on when I hopped in the van but there was no mention of it so I snapped a picture and went on my way. As a mechanic I know there's a good chance probably not a big deal but that might deter someone else. Overall the van seemed to drive fine other than the howling sound of either some worn out ring pinion gears or possibly a failing drive shaft carrier bearing. Other than that it was smooth sailing and the vehicle got me where I needed to go and got the job done pretty much problem free. Pick up and drop off we're very easy and straightforward. Staff was friendly and informative. I do really appreciate the convenience of having relatively inexpensive access to vehicles like this when I need so I'm glad to have done business.
myles cHad no windshield washer fluid. I was not allotted enough miles for my destination and had to pay too much for additional mileage.

james hWhat a great storage system I have a small cleaning business and I normally keep all my stuff stored in my vehicle but with a winter time it’s rough on the equipment and my supplies I’m able to store myself not overcrowd my car it’s affordable and so convenient not to mention the most cleanest I’ve seen Yet
Jennifer H | Premières impressionsI own a small business and rely on U-haul to move my samples twice a year to my tradeshows. This last rental I had made my reservation a month in advance, and the only van that was available was 1hr from my home. I drove to the location, my husband had to take off work to follow me there, and when I arrived at my reserved time, and the van I was supposed to pick up was nowhere to be found, and they could not get ahold of the person who was supposed to return the van. I waited an hour, still no answer to where the van is. I then was told there was another van an hour away in the opposite direction, so I drove an extra hour to get this van. At this point in time in started to snow and the roads were covered in snow driving 1,5 hours home. The GMC that was given to me was a rear-wheel-drive vehicle and I did not feel safe driving it on snowy roads as it was slipping all over with no traction even on the smallest amount of snow. I do not plan on renting from U-haul in the future due to their unpredictable reservation system and non-reliable vehicles.

That can be an inconvenience when your in a hurry and just need to drop something off like my gate cards after I moved out. Otherwise everything was great.

I got there kind of late due to having to work and trick or treating with my daughter and when I left to check out it was after 10 and I had an issue of trying to check out. It wouldnt allow me to. But other than that I loved how you could utilize the carts and the parking spaces inside so you can load and unload in the heat and out of the cold. It was absolutely great and convenient and the pricing is cheaper than any other storage unit I was in and when I called around for quotes.i highly recommend U-Haul on Us 31 l

It took FOUR visits to finally be checked in... after having the space checked out instead of checked in, almost lost it because it was open for rent again & then have a lock put on it even though I had a free month. Do not open for business unless they are given good training. Otherwise they are clueless & customers get frustrated
