There was no one at the location who was physically able to connect the trailer and no tools to assist. I had to assist the employee to lift the trailer onto the hitch. This is a safety issue at a minimum and a potential liability issue at the extreme.

The lady that served me had a attitude and wanted to over charge me two days for just one day then when I returned the truck they where just sitting around and not wanting to take my return I was worried I would be charged a late fee cause I had 15 minutes left to turn truck in but they where just sitting there I even waited outside to see if they would check the truck but they didn’t I just left and I hope I done get charged more but I did record every second from pick up to drop off
roberto gIf a specific truck is not going to be available at a location you should not be able to reserve it at that location. I chose a specific location because it was right across the street from where I live. I had a very limited time frame on a break from work to go get the truck. The location was changed to a location that was further location. I should have been offered what was available at the location of my choice. I did accept though. However when I got to the other location the manager was upfront and did not even acknowledge me. I spoke up and told him that I was there to pick up a reserved vehicle and that I was in a limited break from work and had to be back and my location was already further than I anticipated. He refused to help me and stated that one of the workers that had just walked outside would help me when they get back in. He then walked to the back and left me standing waiting on the front. A little while later another worker came in and assisted me.
Alana PTrailer was not clean. It had a lot of dirt, leaves, and cheetos on the floor. After the trailer was hooked up I went to drive off and the trailer behind it was stuck to my rental. I has to completely on hook the trailer and move it by hand to free it from the other trailer.
Robert NJackie was an anwesome employee. If she's not management then she should be put onto that track. I watched her seamlessly help a a customer and guide a fellow employee through a rental. She is an exceptional leader and a true asset to your company.

After I explained that U-Haul company does not need employees that do not want to support customers and I was going to talk to her manager. She started to support me as a customer. But she was continuously saying I can not support with the web site that I needed to take care of it self. Please have a talk to her on this subject. Thank you Talk to Tasha and ask her she needs to learn to support customers on how to get the web sites for U-Haul on the customers cell phone.

John PWould have given it an excellent but the junior employee had an attitude. Not with me but with his supervisor, the supervisor was much more understanding in dealing with the employee than I would have been. The supervisor was also helpful after I turned in the trailer in showing me the trucks for rent and what they included even getting a key and showing me the interior so I could make a judgement on how comfortable it would be for my next move. He also gave me an approximate price which was more than I anticipated but I understand he doesn't set the prices. Again the supervisor was very professional and helpful and I would be more than willing to do business with him again. I would not work with the junior employee again.

Angelica CI received a call from one of the supervisors stating I was behind on my payments and all our things were going to auction then 2 months said if you want your things you can come get them at NO COST due to us having to relocate. I told them I would need 48hrs to rent a truck and I would be there they agreed and said they would call me with a time and date . That never happened , not only did we lose our furniture pictures adoption papers but all of my NAVY documents, I'm retired NAVY and all of my things I have collected for over 23yrs is now gone somewhere and no one can give me any answers these items CANNOT BE REPLACED , I just want our things back , can anyone help me ???
