The Cherry Street/Cottonwood Uhaul is the best! No matter which employee I work with they are always so nice and the vehicles are always spotless. I've used them many, many times and will continue doing so.

donald wReserved a box truck for a certain time only to be called 10 minutes prior to pickup that a mistake was made and my reservation would be pushed back to a later time. In the end I got the truck later than I wanted but still finished up the move.

I was told that I wouldn't received a partial refund for the remainder of October. We left the unit clean and swept, and I know there's a waiting list in Cottonwood. That U-Haul will be getting another's rent for those remaining 2 weeks. That's not really fair to charge rent when we're not there.

JEFFREY BWould not let me extend my rental another day but charged me a days worth extra for only extending it a few hours. I felt cheated and ripped off when you can rent it for 24 hours 19,99 but can't extend it any longer than that and when I dropped off the uhaul that was needed at a certain time they were quick to offer me a new one out of the 6 sitting there.

Rebecca M | Expérience généraleI had to pick up the vehicle before the location opened. The cargo van was absolutely disgusting, and parked in between to clean vans. The windshield was so covered in bugs that I literally could not see to drive. I had to stop at a gas station nearby and try for 15 minutes to scrape the bugs off the vehicle, and it was not successful. There were bugs on the side mirrors and the vehicle was essentially dangerous to drive due to lack of visibility. The brakes were squeaking which is not reassuring on 6 % descent Hills, the vehicle over revved when driven in manual. The vehicle clearly needed a good detail and a full service before it can safely be rented out to a customer. I had to pay $200 to drive this liability. I informed the employee when I came back and she simply said she would make a note about it. My 15 minute stop at the gas station was unexpected and made me late for every single scheduled appointment that day. Very stressful and unacceptable experience

I took a photo of the gas a mileage than took off logged on trying to up load the pic. We were ready 30 miles away and had to turn back just to upload the photo.

Everything was there that I'd put in when I took it out. The rent went up 3 times (I believe) during those years. I didn't feel that was warranted but then everything went up a lot except my SS. I do have a major objection, I had paid another month about 6 days or so before I moved out. Anywhere else would have pro rated that for me, especially after that many years.
