What is good customer service is the individuals doing the job made sure to make contact prior to delivery or pick up. Some companies fail in this area, and it can be frustrating. Good job and thanks for taking care of our needs....

AMY WThis has been the best storage rental we have ever had. The indoor units are clean, well-lit, convenient, and alarmed. Having a covered area to back in to for loading on those bad-weather days is an added bonus! The staff here in Vernal are also super helpful and friendly.

wendy wThis place was more then I expected, clean walk way, well lighted, arrows on floor to show you where to go if you got confused in the storage areas. Just overall very nice place to store any of your items. An also it's climate controlled so nothing is going to get over heated or frees while in storage. Very nice place.

Paul HGet the glitches worked out so they're not overcharged. I ordered a $20 truck and the first charge was over $80. I questioned it and there were extra charges I didn't approve and he said there was an error with the mileage. At first I thought it would be 30 miles, so that would have been $30. I reduced it to 15. Then, for whatever unknown reason, it dropped down to $38.00. It still doesn't add up with the extra $15. It's disappointing that Uhaul charges 0,99 a mile. Rental car companies don't even do that anymore.

Rebekah GI think better explanations and alternative suggestions would be helpful. Went in looking for a car dolly and was told that even though 3 were sitting there unused, they could not be rented because they were "out of town rentals". It seemed weird that they could not be rented for an intown move and then returned to the same Uhaul, they could only be returned to an out of town Uhaul. There were 2 car trailers available for in town moves, but they were not suggested until we asked about them. Want more business? Be a problem solver and be more flexible and logical with what can be rented.

I brought in my Crosstrek to see if they could help install a hitch I had purchased. They offered to do it same day on the spot, made it so easy for me, and within 90 minutes called me to let me know it was ready and done in less time than anticipated. I was impressed on every level and will gladly recommend this business to anyone I can.

It's so convenient, clean and climate controlled. I would highly recommend UHaul storage to everyone. It was a great experience. I have rented storage units elsewhere and they didn't compare with UHaul.

Unloading a big uhaul truck, the having to haul it to the back of the location is very hard. Doors that are open were very limited. There is an outside door right next to my unit, but it can't be used.

Lisa LBrad was awesome! I came in right before closing with an emergency needing an auto transporter. We had a couple issues getting it worked out but he was patient and amazing to work with. He never acted like he was being inconvenienced even though I'm sure he was anxious to go home. He saved my bacon. I'll happily recommend and use Uhaul in the future.

Gave us broken truck that was spurting fuel everywhere, then asked us to bring it in a day earlier than we scheduled when we weren't ready. Promised us a discount but we didn't see it. Didn't give us a receipt so we couldnt prove they didn't give us a discount. However, Skylar was friendly and seemed to try his best.
craig bDo a complete inspection of your vehicles prior to renting them out. Then have a second person do a complete inspection before renting them out and note any damage on the vehicle prior to renting.
