Truck was very noisy. Couldn't even carry on a conversation. Engine noise. Truck needed a mechanic. Planning a move to Florida and was going to rent a U-haul. Considering "Plan B" now since I wouldn't trust U-haul to give me a reliable vehicle

I had to wait on the phone for 2 hours while at the location for customer service as the associates in the store were unable to assist . Terrible business practice all for an after hour fee that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. it's a shame honestly.

Van was dirty on the inside. Woman checking us in very nice, but sat for 15 mins waiting to return vehicle. No came to help, so I did the after hours return online. My bf even went into store to get help, but was dismissed. Won't be returning to this location or recommending to others.

The after hours check out process when returning equipment was tedious and frustrating - a pain in neck. Please simplify that process.

My only problem was I wanted a furniture dolly but they didn't have enough for a one way trip. Although I didn't reserve one either.

Only comment I have for you is.... I used to be the Sr. Manager of the Memphis Market. I wanted to pick up my trailer at the dealer right down the road however he wouldn't return my call. Storage in Palmyra Ny.

My reservation to pick up at a closer location to my home was changed in the week before pick up. It was far less convenient (eg. had to drive there vs getting a ride) If I originally had chosen the Victor location I wouldn't have done the 24/7 online because Victor has employees there 7 days. The location change added miles to the reservation that might have changed what rental agreement I chose and the number of miles increased by close to 50 miles. The Victor location was friendly and all employees I had contact with were helpful and kind. I certainly will be more cautious choosing U-Haul in the future knowing they can change pick up locations with little notice. The vehicle itself was pristine. It had to be brand new and it got great gas mileage. Pleased with the vehicle less so with the company.

The brakes for that truck was very bad.. They hardly worked and It scared the usage. I informed the person at the location all he said was ok we'll take a look at it.. This was not what I expected..

Victor was great. I had to change my reservation four times, however, before I was able to get my truck due to issues with the app and availability of trucks. This was a nightmare. Uhaul should notify you if the location will be closed at the pick up time and/or there are issues with the original location.

I love U-Haul. Don't change anything. Bring the U-Haul merch to the store, not just online.

Trailer seemed ok however when I arrived to my destination I realized the trailer had leaked. Fortunately only a few items were exposed and I only lost a few pictures to water damage.

The check-out was a little clumsy. The representative had trouble with the computer program - it kicked out my application right before the last step and we needed to re-do.

I dropped off the rental after hours so there was no person to person contact. Easy drop off process.

Service provider was professional, friendly and prompt. Check engine light was on original truck and a different one had to be substituted. Despite that issue, I've never had this type of issue at this location before and would consider it a one off. That said, this was a controllable issue and shouldn't have happened.

The site phone system is not good. I called and the person that answered could not hear me. I called another time and it went to voicemail within 3 rings.

motorcycle trailer required a 2 inch ball and my car had a 1 7/8 inch. I offered my 2 inch and uhaul could have swapped them but did not. Result was a clunky ride with unnecessary looseness. This was somewhat mitigated by putting weight in trailer but still there was looseness. Confusing explanation of charges. The invoice said it would be $16 but at the bottom it said $60. Hard for the customer to understand the extra charge was for a cash payment. I used a card and this $60 amount shouldn't have appeared at all. Emergency contact numbers are not available for all customers and this was personally invasive

Honestly, it's hard to think about what can be improved. Business is running smoothly, and front-end stuff is quick and customer focused. Equipment is in good shape, and there are plenty of different options to choose from.

Our rental experience at this location was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and kind. We got a bunch of snow that night and they had the truck all cleared off and ready for us when we arrived. This was the best pick-up and drop-off experience I have had and I will definitely use this location again in the future.

Tires needed replacing, lacked traction. I was told truck was full of gas, but I only drove 24 miles and yet had to put 4 gallons gas in to return it to full. Feel I was overcharged due to this.

we utilize Uhaul locations throughout the country for short term vehicle and trailer rentals, this location is by far the most professional and friendliest location we have dealt with

Waiting for help from assistance takes a very long time

There are too few 5x5 spaces, so we had to get a 10x5, but in the end it was helpful because we stored a lot more there during our move than we expected. We had 6 weeks between when we needed to be out of our apartment and before our sellers would allow us to close on the house. It ws nice to have that space.

I rated my overall storage experience poor. Because on 2 different occasions I went to my storage unit and could not gain access Because a Uhaul lock was place on my unit unjustly. I was current with my payments but was prevented access of my personal property...

Mackenzie was extremely helpful. Seems to be very customer focused, courteous and went above and beyond. (I had a tough time checking in my truck the evenign before and Mackenzie hlep with that as well as answering several question I had about the Storage unit. Be careful, I might go back and try to hire her !

No one answered the bell at the storage entrance so understaffed and also normals were ever confirmed by anyone after I sent request to move out

Terrible customer service. I moved from out of state and qualified for 1 month free storage. I requested a storage unit on the ground floor and paid for it over the phone. When I went there to pick up the keys it was on the second floor after waiting in line for over 20 mins I was given a ground floor unit. The counter person did not tell me it was a larger unit and that there would be a upgrade fee. When I received my bank statement there was a $154 charge and a $60 charge for the unit and upgrade. I immediately went down and ask why I'm charged this because I was told it was free. They said the person made a mistake and they would take it off and credit it back. That never happened after numerous attempts to get it taken off I was then told it was a bank problem and to call my bank, which I did but it was not my bank. It took many phone calls and trips to uhaul to get this resolved which was finally credited back. Would never recommend uhaul!

We used U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor for storage. We stored our things there for almost eight months. The storage facility is nice and clean and climate controlled. We especially liked that we could drive our cars and rentals right in to unload, and again to load when we left. This is great in any weather and especially nice when it's too hot or cold out. They even have a nice little section where you can take or leave items in good condition. We bought packing materials and ended up renting a 15-foot truck when we were ready to move our things. The people there are great, over the course of this year we have spoken to four employees there. Each person was kind, treated us with respect, and was very helpful. I highly recommend using U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor.

Access was excellent even on a rainy day since the vehicle could be loaded or unloaded while under roof. We had several people helping us move. They all said it was great.

Dirty toilet in the bathroom. Bad workers: Didn't know how to set alarm right. Dumb & bad operator on the phone I called due to alarm going off b/c alarm wasn't set right. Too expensive. Overall bad.

I’m being over charged for the same unit that I see online for $30 cheaper and have been charged a $50 late fee at times for being 1 day late with payment.

Storage space offered was smaller than expected, a larger unit was not available though offered. I almost lost the contracted Moving Help and I had to go to another UHaul. It was a nightmare for me.
