The uhaul app kept freezing and had to re-due pictures

Cory BWell…that when the vehicle is returned that they have gas. Mine was on empty. I put gas as soon as I could. I did have a wonderful experience everyone was very kind and friendly. I did get reimbursed for having the gas more than full. I appreciate it that. I definitely would recommend this UHaul to friends and family.

efrain LI have used this location for years. Today's rental was a double axle trailer. Brakes were over adjusted and the trailer will buckle every time I hit the brakes sadly started after closing hours. Was not able to use the trailer properly for what I wanted went took it back the next day after work.
Gabriel VI have my rental unit at the location on Palmdale Road but I found this one is much bigger and better for when I rent a truck. Excellent location very friendly people.

Cynthia WI am a long time frequent storage renter The only bone I have to pick with my site of storage is that often times outside of the facility there's a lot of trash. Most of it has been blown in by the wind however, it does look pretty messy and not consistent with most U-Haul that I've been to, Edwin, the site manager Has been very helpful and respectful and eager to help the clients. I do appreciate his efforts.

Miguel. AChecking in and out was easy as always with U-Haul. Trucks and equipment are always in working order. I have rented from U-Haul for most of my moves in town and out of state. The staff are always friendly and professional. They usually are ready to assist you in loading boxes and in-store items.
Perry BSat on the side of the interstate highway for over 4 hours with a broken down U-Haul. I’m extremely just overwhelmed with the experience.

Carlton BImprove the call center knowledge I called to extend my rental asked for an additional 150 miles he said ok paid another 100 dollars finally returned my rental and was charged an additional 70 for miles even though I stayed under the 300 miles that I already prepaid according to the rep at uhual you can't prepay for miles so what was I charged for??????? Over 300 dollars for 3 day rental what happened to the 19,95 rental?????????

Dale SSales Associate said I only had 56 miles with my rental and asked if i needed more miles. That was not true. I didn't appreciate him misleading me to upsale.

bharat bI came in before my appt time and didn't have to wait for my rental. Jesus (owner?) was friendly, thorough, and professional. I expected to pay about $30 total, but he gave me a few discounts and I only paid $14. In today's economy, that was a nice break!

I can call and ask questions they were very polite. Every rep that I spoke with each time I called during the year and eight months were very polite and knowledgeable, and experienced in their field of working for U-Haul Storage I just wanna say thank you all and I had a pleasure working with you. Shawn MI was really impressed with the personnel there all except for one when I dropped off the auto transporter he was very rude and then wanted to charge me because they did not tell me when I originally picked up the auto transporter that I need it blocked so that it did not rip off my bumper but when I dropped off the auto transporter it ripped off my bumper underneath plastic part however when I went back to drop off the truck itself the young men that were in there were absolutely professional and helped me put the bumper back on my car and spent some quality time explaining the situation to me which I really appreciate it

carolyn s | Expérience généraleWorse storage place ever they were very rude and had no skill in being professional at all they never answer the phones and when you go to the actual location their somehow never in the there you have to wait for about 20-30mins or longer before someone comes back and realize it’s a line on top of that they were double billing me and never gave me a refund when I told the manager I was going to empty my storage he begged me not too because he needed the storage units filled up and that he apologizes for the double billing of my storage units that I had been renting for over a year I paid 2 times a month for 2 different storage units.

The guy closed out the unit with the same number but a different location. We called and they said they would take care of it. We'll they still charged us the next month's rent. You can't get ahold of them on the phone. Worst customer service ever!!! Go somewhere else!

Samuel C | Expérience généraleVehicle was on E when receiving, ran out while driving out. They put gas in with the gas can and vehicle still was not starting. They went and got another can of gas it finally started up after 45 minutes. When i came back 15 mins before 5pm store was closing when I could have been done unloading with the extra 45mins. Ended up leaving the truck there over night to unload the next day. And it turns out during that night someone stole the gas from the truck with over a quarter of a tank… So they were unable to put gas in for us to move the truck on the other side to unload easily. So it took way longer then expected with this heat walking a distance. Finally someone came and offered help, which we asked for gas to move the truck closer to make this a lot easier. He did, we moved the truck and finished a lot quicker.

Kevin P | Expérience généraleI was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. So no I don't want nothing to do with that that face that I hope something he gets soon soon

I called uhaul once again. I hope this request for a rating is the end of that storage unit. This is the reason for. 4 star rating, if not for that I would give 5 stars.
