Needed a larger unit. Was on wait list but nothing came available. Otherwise would still be there. Very helpful staff. Noticed employees driving thru storage units regularly. Felt secure and never had an issue.

I rented a U-Haul truck the same morning. I didn't think I would need a storage unit but later realized I did. After renting the unit online, I realized that I should have gotten a month free for the unit. Please contact me to discuss.

We needed a storage unit at the 13th hour on a Sunday night. We were able to get a unit near to our location ready immediately and at a very reasonable rate!

I'm just glad to have my stuff out it was expensive for me but I had no choice way too much money thank you and have a good day

Nowhere on the website when you book a reservation does it say the unit is not 24 hours. Nor is the address of the actual storage location correct when you book with the Waterford location. There is one small sign that shows you where the actual storage facility is, no indicator except right on the gate once you find it. It took two and a half hours to talk to three representatives one hung up on me and never called back. The representatives that I spoke to on the phone were amazing human beings except for the last one that hung up on me. Storage was nice and clean padlock right inside once I was able to get to it at 5:00 a.m.

During the 15 months of rental I also rented trucks, equipment and moving help. These purchases all claimed to come with a free month of storage which was never credited my account. I rented trucks 3 times and would like the 3 months rental credited back to me as promised

I had some serious issues with my storage unit once I got there it had a lock on it. I had to go back to the U-Haul place and when I was trying to get out of the fence she did not give me a keypad number so we were not able to exit we had to wait for someone to come in to let us out. She only gave us the card which works when we swiped to come inside the gate but would not work going out. We then had to get a whole another storage unit which took additional time and was very frustrating that we even had to go through this. But she did correct it in a timely fashion and we were able to move on with our day.

I had to wait on the phone for many minutes when trying to schedule a unit. When speaking with the sales associate I explained what I would be storing and the size needed. They gave me a unit off site and it did not meet my needs. The door is split (had a lock on one door) and has a bumper pole in the middle of the unit. Had to go back to the facility to receive a refund and cancel unit. Am still waiting for my refund.

When I called to inquire about the space, I was very clear about what I was storing (a battery operated golf cart), they gave me a unit that had a split door with a bumper pole in the middle, so I could not use the space and therefore had to cancel my order and go elsewhere as they offered me no other space.

My comments are based on the outdoor storage area for our camper, not the units in the same lot. The times were not convenient, unless you'd been there a couple months and then I was told I could request later access. This outdoor storage lot was more like a junk yard, filed with people's old cars, trucks, boats, etc. It was kind of scary. And very cramped. Thank goodness we only had to keep our camper there a couple months. Also the remote to work the gate was fine for going in. Coming out, I couldn't get it to work aiming at the control panel inside, I'd have to get out of my truck and get close to the gate and point at outside gate panel. Staff wasn't even sure which of the 3 buttons on the remote were the ones to control the gate when I signed up for the lot. That was assuring. I would not recommended this outdoor storage space unless you absolutely have to.

The only snafu was our gate entry card not working when we arrived. Called Ann and got the access code and entry into facility. Evidently the program wasn't updated properly.

There was a staff guy at the front desk he doesn’t have a customer service manner, not patient in taking the informations.

I would like to enter the storage area with a key pad rather than an access card sometimes I don't have the card with me and change vehicles otherwise a great experience the staff got to the point and I felt they respected my time.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was especially pleased when they reached out to me when the UHaul billing system had issues and when I emptied my storage unit. Both times the representative was very proactive and professional.
