Maybe try treating people the way you'd like to be treated. I. Made sure I did not misstreat anyone I kept my end of the Bargain and I did not raise my voice once. You don't abuse the customers like we're just a piece of shit. And also make your policy is clear if you want someone to know what your policy is instead of lying. Don't falsely accuse people of what you are guilty of. Not only that, but he changed his mind about us Renting the vehicle for another day which we were told We were able to but then when he finds out It wasn't dropped off at his location. He decides to lie and say We can't rent it out for another day and he had another customer coming the next morning for a vehicle that he did not even have in his possession. Then he demanded that we take the Vehicle back up to him Like as if we could vape it there .

I was expecting a full tank of gas as is customary when renting vehicles. It was an added stop that I did not expect at the beginning of a long journey. You should rent trucks with full tanks of gas for a better experience.

Showed me the different bike racks they had in stock and more they would get in for me on their website. I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking for a hitch, very professional and knowledgeable.

(not their fault) I had also used the app on Iphone to reserve the trailer, but was kicked out when I entered my credit card - 2 times. I was able to reserve it on my computer. This is not a reflection on the location, but needs attention

JOHN GAMBLESomebody had their U-haul truck blocking the unites for over 48 hours. they had the truck back up to the unit door with boxes, tables and blankets from top to bottom on the trunk blocking between the truck and the unit door. They also had their pickup truck parked next to the building. They looked like they were living out of the truck and storage unit. This made it hard for us to access and move into our unit. The people never left their pick up truck. Someone should walk the grounds during the day or before leaving at night.

AARON GRAYAlarms that don't notify any one. Cameras that don't show people stealing my stuff. Stuff stolen for two weeks and no one notices the lock is cut off. It would take a Uhaul truck to steal my stuff an no one notices. You want me to give you a good review for you utter lack of concern or security for my items. Forget it! Worst experience of my like. Happy to spread the word about the usless UHaul experience.

Ken Lane | Expérience généraleI reserved a 6' × 12' trailer with a drop down tailgate. After looking over the trailer I reserved, we determined the tailgate opening was not wide enough to load a Can Am Ryker, which is 4' 11" wide at the widest part of the front wheels. I looked at another trailer of the same size, but with a much shorter drop down tailgate, I determined it will work. The U-Haul employee, who I believe is the manager, had no problem whatsoever changing my reservation over to a different trailer. This U-Haul location had about everything a customer would need for moving anything. It is a very professional operation. I rented the trailer for 12 hours. Since it took me longer to use the trailer, I would not have been able to return it by closing time. I was told to bring it back the next day in the morning. I was treated like a God at this location. It's the reason why I am their repeat customer.

When we contracted the storage unit we had no idea how long we would need it as the items in storage was our 94 yr old mother's things. She had been admitted to the hospital and we knew she could no longer live where she had been. Unfortunately, our mother passed away 3 weeks later so our need of the storage unit was no longer needed as we now knew we had to get rid of her furnishings. The staff was always helpful and we liked the setup and the storage unit as well. We definitely would recommend this location to anyone that is in need of a storage location!

I called to try and settle payment on unit and told them the stuff left in there I could not get out due to person in prision and someone was calling me back about doing it as abandoned unit never called back and I kept calling. I had been telling them this for a year and they have the worst customer service. I let them know back in January I didn't occupy the unit and the kept it open and charging me.
