The open latch on the trailer was bent and could not open. Also the person who attached the trailer to my truck did not tighten the trailer to the Ball enough. I had to stop on the side of the road and complete the hookup..

Larry MWhether you are booking online or in-store, be aware of all the extra costs. Our service person was doing his best but had us at well over $400 for a quick 10 hr rental of a 20' truck!!! With no extras, but had the best guidance from his coworker who helped save us hundreds (yes I said hundreds!) of dollars for a quick short rental. And please fix the app. I can't get it to work at all!

RAVIINDER NI had rented this trailer for the day picked at 1700 hours Saturday but Sunday at 1200 they phoned me asking why I had not returned trailer saying it was supposed to be back on saturay.

Some sort of "floor cleaning/waxing" substance seeped under the walls and into our ground level storage unit, and covered most of the floor. Nothing overly damaged, but most of our tubs/boxes are now covered (at the bottom) with some sort of sticky substance. Will not be recommending this location as a place to safely store your belongings.

I ordered a truck and a ubox and there was so many problems with the truck, it would be so long to explain but we ended up with no truck on moving day and we're lucky enough to find someone to help. The ubox arrived late, I have many items broken that were in bubble wraps so it must have been shaking real bad... Never again

Andrew KThe staff upon checking was quick & friendly, however I DO NOT appreciate what I heard. While a typo error may have been made the followup by the MRS was not appreciated. No email sent when SHE stated and I heard .. you will never move here. Perhaps she is in the wrong occupation - I chose that location due to the size. Whether or not I go into or visit the west side is NONE OF HER BUSINESS. Gossip is not a secure storage; the east side has no size that I need. Amend her insecurities and ask her not to comment. It had nothing to do with the typo. The error should have been fixed and then done, but her comments indicate neither professional Or to be trusted. 780-920-7663

The app doesn't work with Android so I still had to go inside to the desk to get the Van. Please don't do this if the customer has not requested it. On that issue I rate the that part as 1 but the overall personal expierence a 10.
Charles AIt's should have later access. 24 hrs is best. If not 24/7, then Midnight is a better closing time for the storage units. Or at least 11PM. 10PM is a bit early in IMHO.

Other than those I was very satisfied with everything .. The set up is convenient And I like that you can drive in and load and unload .

Lyndsay PI drive half an hour out of my way to utilize this particular U-Haul location. Friendly, hard working guys and gals. Other locations are hit and miss but these folks are on point every time.

christine fGot the usual service I always get number one. The truck on the other hand needs alot of work being from the USA I not surprised front end is shot along with the rear shock surprisingly it was MVIed and sticker like that and it makes alot noise steering it. All over the road tiring to drive if your loaded. It rolled smoothly down the road even with the shocks in the rear being shot. Other then that the truck was good. I'm a journeyman and deal with this every day.

Deborah N | Premières impressionsThe outside of the truck was very dirty. Only a quarter of a tank of gas in a 26 foot truck. It ran well and the inside was clean. The last time I rented a vehicle the tank was full and I returned it full. Just seems to be a better way of doing things
garry sI paid by debit and had to pay an extra $100 almost as a deposit since it wasn't on a credit card and was told I had to come back today to get my refund and that it would be processed immediately today upon my return to the store, instead I made my way to the store to find out that no it will take up to 5 business days to get my deposit back which was never told to me and when I pressed it I was told the manager is out of town until Wednesday and to come back then (today is Saturday) so same shit. I would have paid differently had I known they were keeping my money what a bunch of bullshit when the truck I rented was max $40. I hope this gets rectified properly
Cara MI've only just rented starting yesterday but everything went smoothly except for carts. Not enough flat carts. Too many expensive ones with bars on them, limiting what can be moved. The flat ones are cheaper and more useful.

jim B | Expérience généralethe only complaint I have with the experience, is when I booked the unit ahead of time I was told I would have it on ground level, and when the day came for me to occupy there was none available and we had to take two separate units with only stair access, it cost me additional money for my move as well as time, and of course made the moving out much harder to do.....

Shane D | Expérience généraleI only rented the truck for 1,5 hours. I put 8 miles on the odometer. I return the truck with 1/2 tank of gas. The entire time I drove the truck, it had 1/2 tank gas. The employee tells me the tank is empty and I owe $80. Even though, he rented it to me 1,5 hours ago and he can see the odometer reading. I tell him that's nuts. Look at the odometer. So, he tells me - how about we just charge you $10. WTF? No I'm not paying $10 gas for driving 8 miles. The rental is only $20/day, but I have to pay and extra $10 gas. I tell employee - go look again, IT IS AT 1/2 TANK! Employee comes back in and says "It's only at 1/4 tank". I tell him that's idiotic, and to figure this out. I go out to the truck and when I first start the engine, gauge shows 1/4 tank. I tell employee - this is you. I don't know what's wrong with your truck. He suggests I pay $10. Then I look up into the truck(2 minutes of running) and the gauge says 1/2 tank. I tell your employee to look now - and he agrees that it's showing 1/2 tank. He says "Ohhh, maybe this is one of those trucks that messes up sometimes". Returning this truck took over 30 minutes. It should have taken 5. Plus, if I hadn't argued over and over for almost 20 minutes - this idiot you hired would have way over charged me. Train your staff to stop being stupid.
Shane DRodent problem in the out door units but fortunately no damage to stored items. Staff asked for access to unit to rectify the situation but when provided they were unable to complete the necessary repairs. Moving forward with the installation of outdoor units it would be prudent to ensure they are sealed up appropriately when installed to avoid this . Otherwise, very satisfied with my storage experience with your company and should I require storage again I will choose Uhaul.

Jean-Pierre B | Expérience généraleI do not find the Uhaul app and the return process customer-friendly. I paid over $900 and now I have to be the U-haul employee completing the return?!?!?! No, I should be able to drop the key in the night drop and walk away. I returned the truck clean, full of gas and parked it in the appropriate return spot. The app was cumbersome and poorly designed. I do not appreciate the threats of fees and penalties for failing to cooperate either. This experience has me rethinking my future use of uhaul.
CONRAD EI loved the whole experience except for the return of the vehicle. We had a couple of pizza boxes in the back because we fed over 100 homeless people last night. When I asked to use a garbage can, I was met with rudeness and a statement saying that if I threw pizza boxes in the garbage, they would charge me a $50 drop fee like I was littering on the property.

William AOnly issue I had was I made sure to close the garage doors when I was leaving due to the homeless walking around and nobody needs them in the facility, but I observed most people just drove away before doors came down. I know you have no control of the homeless. Another thing that makes me mad was all the garbage people just leave behind in the garage area. And I'm not talking about the items that others could use but the actual garbage nobody wants. But then again that's not my problem, it's yours you have to deal with. Perhaps cameras ?

Wes WI live 40 minutes from pickup location, firstly, had complications in picking up as the lockbox lock was worn off. Spent 20 minutes just figure that out. Called uhaul customer care twice. When got home. Got out to load the truck. And saw its locked, no keys in the truck and wasn't even in the lockbox. Called customer service again. He suggested sorry for inconvenience the manager might have forgot to put keys in the truck. And you will be credited for your hassle. Infact got charged more .!!! No explanation.!
Sukhpreet SI was evicted for no substantial reason at all. I was a customer there for only one month. I was given an eviction notice 3 days before my rent was due . They double locked my locker that day and would not allow me to take any of my stuff. The eviction paper said I had 72 hours to empty my locker and had to come only during the office hours on one of the 3 days. Well day three fell on Nov 11, remembrance day. So I went in at 8 am the following day with a truck rented that could hold my entire locker in one single load. That was also a stipulation. Well to my surprise they would not give me access to my locker. The staff working that day called the manager to get permission to access my locker. Permission denied. Manager said I was passed the 72 hour deadline and my locker was now considered abandoned. The manager was out of town on the coast and would not be available to speak to me about this situation. I can not understand the reasoning for this decision but rather than just give me 30 minutes to empty my locker, they would rather just throw every item I had there into the garbage bins out back. I took a substantial loss once again at uhaul. My last locker I had there got broke into and robbed for over 50k . This time I had atleast 25k worth of sentimental items and all my power tools I use to make my living with and they just threw it all into the trash. I'm so angry with this company now I don't even no what to do now. I'm literally screwed. And need some advice here. Anybody have any ideas or even just some people's opinions on this topic. Thanks for reading .

Nancy AI would of recommended it too people and L Ved uhaul and did all my business with uhaul. As of now I'm am not to pleased that I'm aloud in my storage untill 10 pm. 7 days a week now I'm only aloud to be there till 7. Pm. So my hours got shorted for no reasons. So now I have to move both lockers into another one so now my business has to move to another location with more and let nfer hrs. It's hard to type it out how I feel about all of it. Kinda mad about it and will not never had such a sour taste in my mouth like I did today about hours I'm aloud to be there

We found that sometimes the overhead doors were left open by some customer leaving the facility, making it easy for anyone to enter without having a card. We like the central location in Westbank and like to support local business.

On my third month there I paid the invoice on the date it was due and felt the invoice was completed. However the payment did not go though. Rather than contacting me, or providing two or three days to straighten the situation, a letter was sent to my back up name indicating I had not paid the invoice. This created a great deal of problem for myself. My back up is a lawyer and she was very upset thinking I was not paying my invoices. This was unnecessary, and embarrasing. The second issue was on two separate occasions I was in the office attempting to pay the invoice and there were no staff in the office, or anywhere to be found. The last occasion, we waited fifteen minutes in line with others to pay the invoice. I dont think that was acceptable. Merci

Margaret D | Expérience généraleI originally rented in Dec 2022. Then a bigger size came up so I took that days later then the next larger a few days after that. There were mixups regarding payments (on your end) regarding this. I was not taught to sign in or out. I don't think anyone was as everytime I was there I heard the alarm going off as it does when you open your unit without signing in. It was not until May that I received a phone call while unlocking my unit asking me to sign in with my card. Not only did I not know how to sign in but I was never given a card for the outside unit. The original one that I had only for a few days was inside and I was asked to destroy the card when I moved to an outside unit. Then I noticed mouse feces in my unit. The manager immediately blamed me even though I had no food in unit and the unit has two holes for mice to easily enter. Then I found out that when it rains hard my unit leaks. I am extremely unsatisfied with the unit and how I was treated. The manager was supposed to call me yesterday about these matters and didn't. Not suprised at all.

Also, there is no elevator to the second floor, and I had to take a smaller locker than I wanted; which is now making this move far more of a challenge. The staff are great though.

Two things I had issues with, I did pay a $1470 deposit to be able to continue to use the facilities, Higher sensors on the loading bay doors, or sensors in general. This happened at the West Kelowna facility yesterday. Overall good experience minus those traumatizing events.

When there was water leaking into one of my units due to the building's ceiling caving in during a storm, the staff were unwilling to make arrangements to move my stuff and instead I needed to get my sister involved to move it. 2. The insurance coverage with U-haul is also a joke. 3. When I recently moved all my stuff out for the last time, a stuff member came out and accused the driver of damaging the roof of the door access which was impossible since the truck was not that tall. It was ridiculous but the staff member was quite adamant about blaming our driver.

He walked me to my new unit when most people would just point in the general direction with a few instructions on how to get there. He even helped me carry my boxes I just purchased for packing. There was a slight problem with the debit machine, it was no problem or inconvience to me however he proceeded to offer me a free month's rent because the debit machine wasn't working properly. That was unexpected and goes above and beyond any customer service I have received in a very long time. It was really great experience especially after having a bad experience recently with another storage company in Alberta that resulted in me losing my unit. They were all business and all they continued to show me was they didn't care about anything but the money. It is things like that that will keep me being a loyal customer to you! Merci.

My unit was accessed and two TV"s, a large patio umbrella, and a new vacuum cleaner was taken. I have not informed police yet, but will be filing charges. I feel violated, and that access was given way too freely. Staff, especially Christy, has been wonderful though!.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly; our ongoing concerns were with the length of time it took to address lighting concerns (again, staff were sympathetic) - we needed a flashlight whenever we were using our unit. It took years to get the lights repaired. The floors are old, tiles ripped up etc. We have now moved our possessions to a different storage facility.

I have used U-Haul on many occasions, not just storage,. the only complaint is the reservation process as it is out dated and managed from somewhere else I'm assuming Texas. No local knowledge which makes the reservation process untenable with pickup of rentals sometimes hours away and inconvenient. British Columbia is 1,5 times larger than Texas. Kelowna to Merritt an hours drive and some have had to travel this distance to pickup trailers etc when they are available locally . I will continue to be a customer however will monitor the reservation process carefully.

I had non stop issues with my uhaul truck rental and reservation and every time I went in they did their best to correct issues that they didn't even cause, with less access to the information than the call Center. I am still having an issue with my rental return and the change of address drop of the day I picked up the U-Haul. Instead of treating me a number in the system and telling me that I signed the contract and I have no choice, they went and found me a drop off spot closer to my original reservation. I really think that the staff at that store deserves recognition for their customer service

Need to hire a fulltime attendant in loading bays to prevent street people and unauthorized people from accessing units. Get rid of free pile it attracts street people. KAREN S | Premières impressionsWorst experience ever!! June 6, 2022 I made a reservation for a 20' truck through an online deal with U-Haul. The deal was for 3 days and 700+ KMS with a 50 % reduction if I returned the truck to the agreed upon location of Chilliwack. This also gave me a large exterior, ground level locker in West Kelowna to unload my truck at. The morning of pick up June 8th I received a call from U-Haul changing the parameters of the reservation. They told me the truck I had reserved was on a one way to Victoria and the only 20' truck they could give me had to be returned to Vancouver which is an additional 3 and a half hours drive plus extra mileage. When I went to pick up the truck I explained to them that I was not going to be able to return it to Vancouver. They were not at all receptive or accommodating. The only truck they had available was a 15' and this did not meet my requirements. They also tried to change the parameters of the agreement to a local rental with reduced mileage. I found this unacceptable because it was now a 2-day rental with limited mileage. They informed me that I would have to go back online and reserve a 15' since they were not willing to accommodate me which is what I did. Because of the smaller capacity, I am forced to rent another truck to fit the remainder of items that would've fit in a 20' truck that I originally booked. When I returned the truck to Chilliwack on June 10th, the woman behind the counter tried to tell me that the mileage was over and was going to charge me extra. Luckily I had taken a photo of the odometer reading at the start and the end to prove I was under. She also try to add a fuel surcharge saying there was less fuel in the truck than when I picked it up when in fact the truck was over fueled and I have pictures to prove it. The locker that was provided in West Kelowna did not meet what was agreed to, it was an internal locker half the size. So in the end every agreement and other reservation was thrown out the window. None of the requests or parameters of the reservation were met which has cost me money and time. This is absolutely the worst service and experience ever!! When I dropped off the trailer I had to ask about the "free" one month storage as they were going to charge me from my reservation made separately online from my trailer reservation(trailer wasn't available from same location as storage). My personal lock purchased from uhaul years ago was being used on the unit (they still sell them). I wasn't told when I checked in for the unit that I needed to purchase a new uhaul lock, one that is harder to break into. A couple of days before leaving the unit I was forced to purchase the new lock, one that I will probably never use again. I only had one item in the unit that I couldn't fit in the trailer. Why I was able to go for almost two and a half weeks with a lock they don't recommend is beyond me. I guess anyway to make money when your unit is free for a month. I get the liability issues but I had insurance and I was leaving one item for two days. We were also not contacted regarding the whole storage unit going through a security upgrade so the access times were changed. I stood outside at 7pm at night, when I was told that I had access until 10pm and my card wouldn't work and no one could figure out why. I called the call centre and emailed the manager of the storage unit. Once I heard back from Ms. Love, by email there wasn't even an apology for not contacting us about the change in a access hours. There were no notes on the doors indicating this either, which would have been very helpful and saved me time in trying to figure out why. We've rented many trailers from this location and never had an issue, this just put us in a position of do we use them again due to constant lack of communication from staff. Disappointed all round.

Still waiting for someone from claims department to call me back with a follow-up action plan for my damaged items. Haven't even been offered a complimentary month/months of storage. Staff on site was very helpful in assessing the damage and helping relocate my undamaged belongings to another dry storage unit. I'm still optimistic that Uhaul will handle this issue professionally. Kenneth T | Premières impressionsHello, Yes i moved in yesterday though there was some problem with the bank machine i was able to pay cash and get my new locker right away and hand in the old one. i put the lock and key on the counter as the attendant was really busy and everything went smoothly the units are clean and i even got a new couch from the recycling centre they have available for all of us to use. though it was kinda dirty its really great that they offer this because most people dont have a recycling place even though some people abuse it most of us dont abuse it so im thankful they allow it despite the few who try to ruin for all of us. very very deeply grateful and i know great karma will come for you guys to offer such a great and safe place to store our things.

Truck rental process was fairly straightforward and I was even encouraged to take a pic of the dashboard to ensure there was no dispute over mileage or gas. The truck itself was clean and ran well, and was maintained. The drop off process after hours was simple and after the dust settled the price was very affordable as well. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well. When there were a few bumps in the road, the manager of my location made sure I left a very happy customer by quickly solving any minor issues that arose. For storage unit rentals: the building is always warm, clean and well lit, everywhere is camera'd and even my gf felt comfortable there alone at night. Again the staff are all very warm and helpful. Will definitely use uhaul for my future storage/moving needs.

terrence p | Expérience généraleConsidering I had put everything of value that I owned in my storage units to keep them safe so I wouldn't have to worry about them going missing and the day after I paid 600 to get caught up cause I didn't want to lose everything I owned that either had sentimental or $$ value ( heavily on the $$ side) and the same night someone stole everything of value, leaving my packed full unit only 1/8 full when it was packed floor to ceiling from the back to the front. I am very very very unhappy with the staff the security and the whole company and would only recommend people to NOT USE your facilities unless they want to lose everything they own like I did. I easily had well over 100 thousand spent on just my tool collection in fact it was well over that and that's just my tools I had many other expensive belongings there as well. The staff member who I spoke to when I found my unit empty the next afternoon after I was there as it closed the night before and had everything still in it. He said he would find out who it was and let me know before I was gone and before his shift ended but when the cops showe$ up he said his shift was up and his co worker would continue looking thruthe videos and he left promptly at 745. I left after the cops gave me my file number. Then when I came back the next day to see what they found his co worker said he wasn't sure what I was talking about and the guy I was dealing with hadn't said anything to him about it. Then a month or so later the weekend manager of sorts sent me an email saying my account was overdue and I owed for the 2 large units I rented originally which I had emptied the first one when I got caught up and then I switched out of the large one after it was robbed to a smaller one which she was apparently not informed of me cleaning out either or my unit being robbed or the unit I switched into after cause I only needed one of your smalllest ones. And when she asked who I spoke to after I found my unit was broken into I gave a description and she then said he was a bad boy for that and not to worry cause she was going to smack him on his pee pee when she seen him next. This was when I had had enough and said wow that is just awesome and not surprising this would be a reaction to my situation considering what a joke the who experience was and I was glad she found my loss of everything I had been collecting since childhood and everything of value I had put there so it would be safe and what happened. It got stolen from there. I still haven't filed a claim cause I have been too upset to bother trying to and plus the 10000 u guys cover with insurance couldn't come close to covering the loss I incurred while I had my things there so it too seems like a joke or a slap in the face at least. I had to get a neighbor to help me both times even after shoveling and putting ice melt on my driveway. My neighbor had to tow me out twice. When we arrived in the morning there was only one employee who was working so hard by himself. The time teying to get up my driveway which not steep took too long and lost time. I did get a refund and the staff was understandable. Do your vehicles have to pass a commercial vehicle inspection?

I cannot thank them enough. The day I moved the stuff to the storage lock-up, it became clear I would not get finished before close, as I was on my own. I did not get the name of the male employee who helpfully provided me with a larger locker for overnight so I could just throw the rest of the furniture in until the next day. Upon the next day, I decided to trade up to the larger locker from the smaller one.. Chrissy is a real star. I had many interactions with her, and all were positive.

The fact that an employee cut a lock off a locker for a person who is not named on the account, did not have a key or an access card, is absolutely mind blowing. I have opened a police file regarding this matter, aswell as forwarded all relative info to my lawyer. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

It is unclear to me that you would open a facility with an upper floor with no convenient access to use the storage lockers. It is also a shame that to use the lower floors it is quite expensive. I feel that I will shop around to find a storage facility that has better pricing and is more convenient to use.

We were alone there and only one cart was available. The items left by others is a great idea. Perhaps permanent shelving with a sign would be an improvement? When we head a question the office area was always busy with only one person working.

I had seen a man that may have slept in his car outside the uhaul. I just didn't like how dirty the bathroom was and thank goodness I didn't always have to utilise the facilities. We are seniors so asked for a close by locker. The locker they gave us was very very far from the entrance. Despite all this, staff were friendly and apologized for the hassles and gave us a lock for our trouble.

We had a 'lady' steal a mattress inside the loading area, the blonde front desk lady looked through the footage but would not comment or help, we had to block the bay door, call the police to get the local drug addict (the policeman's words and her name is Megan) to review tape and ultimately return the mattress.

They gave me 26 foot and for the same price and said the fuel consumption would be the same. It wasn't I spent 200 plus on fuel. Also I was so scared driving that big truck coming to Vancouver. I'm not impressed at all!! I feel that I should be reimbursed some of the money for the fuel if I don't I will not use your services again and will not recommend anyone using your company. I have used your services several times and your service where pretty good except when I ordered a trailer it was to be picked up in New Westminster and the very day Went to pick it up the office had no trailer so we had to call uhaul to find out we had to go all the way to North Vancouver to pick it up. I was on time schedule and had to be out of my place by noon so that happen. However u did compensate us. The reservation was under Melissa McDonald and William Curry. We also used your services for a storage unit in Kelowna and rented a box trailer. The service for those things was excellent.

The amount of times I've called and hours I've spent waiting to talk to somebody is ridiculous but you guys are very good with the emails for payment and contacting my own family across the country because you've made a clerical error for my payments that's pretty clever you guys suck I would never use you again or recommend you to anybody. Have you ever heard of Raving fans or hub much faster bad news travels and good don't count me as a raving fan understand things happen and you got to deal with them how you deal with them makes all the difference in the world you guys don't deal well with it

This was not always the case but since the beginning of 2020 I felt it was not a safe environment. Quite often the large loading doors were left open with no one around. Anyone can then walk in! The reason we were charged for the extra day was only because we had to wait in line, then fill out paperwork to get a storage unit, then put the remainder of our move stuff in the storage unit. I wondered why we were charged $140 then upon leaving noticed that I was charged for an extra day and another day of insurance as the truck sat in your loading dock and parking lot. Very disappointing to say the least.

Any person could gain access to the facility, hide in a back corner and then stay after hours. I imagine this is how the homeless people got in there last week. I also think that the floors could be cleaned once in a while. It's pretty dirty and with the current crisis happening, it would help a person feel more comfortable. Staff are always great at this location. I do think they're understaffed during busy times given the size of the facility and location for trucks/trailers.

They were parked across from the bays. 2 men loading up many dirt bikes and parts who were approached by police regarding ? Stolen property and drugs. I was scared I might get robbed so hurried to leave. There was a homeless girl with all her clothes spread out and she looked like she needed a fix. I expresssd my concerns to both the men working there. Also the trolleys were filthy and I couldn't put couchens on them as they looked like coke was spilled all over.. all the trolleys were like that. I was disappointed with the place..

Looked like this person was homeless and living in the bay. Also the washroom inside was very dirty as well the floors in the hallway of the storage units were very dirty. barbara a | Expérience généraleI always found staff members were very polite and helpful and I can only say good things about them. However, it was very dark in the aisle where my locker (1923) was located. We asked staff to turn on the overhead lights, and were told they were on and were activated by motion sensors. However, only about one long bank of lights was on for every five-six banks of lights, and our locker was halfway between the two illuminated banks of lights. Also, it looks like someone had been running a bike repair shop out of one locker and had spray painted the bikes in the hallways leading to our locker - lots of evidence of spray paint on the floors making it look very dirty. Normally, the facility is quite clean, but on the day we last visited, March 28, the lobby into the storage area was overflowing with junk that people had abandoned. Perhaps there was a staff shortage due to the coronavirus. When we first rented the locker in October 2019 we were very impressed with the site, but as the months went by I started fearing for my safety when I visited late at night or early in the morning because it appeared that people were living in some of the lockers and they were quite scary.

Which would have been fine given the other associate didn't leave after each step. If she was that new someone should have been there or stayed with her to help her/me. Took over 30 min to finally get my storage unit. The other thing that was very disappointing was the lack of social distancing and cleanliness customers lining up in two lines side by side two associates working less then 6ft. Apart. Then when you got in the storage unit even worse instead of making people park in every second bay so people could keep there social distances they were letting every one use every day parking side by side less then 6ft apart then the carts were being used by several people with nothing around to even clean the carts and none even cleaning the carts. Even one time we came in there was a homeless person inside the supposedly locked bay rummaging thru stuff and touching everything. Very disappointed with the social distancing efforts made and general sanitation with this store given the times we are in.

I called the number for the location i was redirected to Connecticut and spoke with a young lady who has no idea where I am.. Mispronounced badly the city i live in and the street this location is on...Typically these things dont bother me, but seriously this woman is ignorant.I took it as an insult but honestly as a Canadian i expect nothing less from a US firm... embarrassing. Time for location of office and access are now a bit more limited. I understand and it does not bother me.. however this location will HAVE to remain open somehow as life does go on for others.
