The moble rental is absolutely garbage. It took 1hr and 15mins to get the truck. I've tried it a few times and it never works. System always kicks you off. The referral info wasn't good enough so they made me enter 3 different people. Moble pickup is so bad

My truck was not available. My truck was given away before I got there even though I had a reservation. I then was sent to another nearby location where there was another truck (not my size that I booked), and then no one was in the office even though it said to call the number on the door. I called 12 times and left a message and never heard back from this person. The address for this office is 24 Franklin Road, Newnan GA 30263 and this location needs to lose its uhaul license. Absolutely terrible business to say you're open and not answer the phone or come to the door after 20 minutes. THEN I had to go BACK to the original location again (it's been an hour at this point since I first arrived at the initial location), and I was rented out a 26' truck when I originally wanted a 15' truck. I've never had a truck that I booked online be not available when I got there. It should not be this way and I'm severely disappointed. Another thing to note is that there were customers behind me who were sent to that same location, only to not have the guy answer, then they had to come back again. This did not only affect me, but other customers as well. The 24 Franklin Road location needs to be SHUT DOWN asap. And I'd like extra compensation for my terrible experience here.

This location was fine. Took a few minutes to locate worker. Otherwise no complaints. The location is Hogansville was an embarrassment to U-Haul. We waited a long time and left without a truck.

The BEST place in Newnan! I am a serial U-Haul user and have experienced numerous places. I was pleasantly surprised when visiting this spot. Equipment was brand new, all staff was so NICE! So good I'm renting again this morning!

Have been using U-Haul for several years. I used them for my Motorhome storage in Arizona and also for my move to GA. Moving supplies are very competitively priced and I found the boxes to be more solid than others. I liked the fact that I could drop off the used boxes knowing they would be recycled to others.

Thank goodness I had my husband the staff just told my 80 year old mother in law where to put the uhaul trailer. They couldn't be bothered to unhook it for her. If my husband hadn't been with us it would have been really bad. They didn't even check in the uhaul till after we were already gone. I took pictures to be safe. Will not be using this location again.

Becky was amazing. She was multitasking with several customers. The computer was down so she was using her iPhone and a laptop to make transactions work. What a wonderful employee and just a very nice person. Pleasure to interact with. Merci.

I did not have an appt & needed a vehicle for a short distance pick up of a large copier that was donated to our organization. The agent has excellent customer services skills & was very pleasant. I had stopped at a UHaul vendor less than a mile up the road. It was nice to compare the two locations.

I arrived at my scheduled pick up time. The agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for appx 15 minutes before he returned. Tried calling the office phone and it was in the office.

Bekki is absolutly the best person we have had dealing with in any storage yard we have used and we have used a lot. She definitly cares about the job she does and in making customers comfortable. I reccomend U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Newnan to anyone that requires storage because Bekki is simply amazing to deal with!

Individual who helped me was rude and unhelpful. I rented a 10 ft truck, the employee stated they had lost the keys to said truck. Her only solution was to cancel that truck and charge me for the 15 ft truck as the 10 ft truck sat in facilty. She handed us the keys to a truck we didn't reserve and said "it's somewhere back there." With her less than specific instructions, In 18 degree weather, we had to go from truck to truck trying the keys to see it they worked. Unprofessional is the best word I can define this experience. Might I add, there were 2 employees there, one with long hair and one with short. The young lady with long hair was very nice, the other individual was the problem.

There was an issue with overpayment. I was charged an additional 70 dollars two weeks later. I do not recommend this location.

I reserved two furniture dollies and a utility dolly with my 26' truck. This location had only one furniture dolly and no utility dolly at all. It was very frustrating to me. We had made a reservation and needed that equipment. We ended up having to go to Home Depot to buy dollies.

You’re parking lot is a nightmare but your customer service made it worth the trouble.

Truck was in terrible shape with faulty brakes. Suspension was in terrible shape doors leaked. Truck rode very rough and was hard to steer on highway. Not safe to drive

Uhaul decided to sell my storage, and said they only got $130. Now they trying to wreck my credit by saying I owe them ,cause the storage sold low. Thats not my problem, Uhaul sold the storage that low my storage was worth 1000s . I will never use this company again.

The air conditioner was fully operating when we left for our destination. However, after having spent a whole day coming back to return the vehicle was just awful. The temperature was hot outside and the air conditioner no matter what control it was on wasn't working! It was gosh awful. The gentleman at the location was very understanding after I called to explain the situation. This in itself was highly appreciated. Thank you and stay safe.

Although my pick up and drop off locations were an excellent experience, I also had pick up and drop off locations for a U box load share. My pick up in Methuen MA went as scheduled and staff at this location was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was hooked up professionally and I had no problems at all traveling with the U box, however, when I arrived at Charlotte NC there was a problem with the staff at this location. They were unable to remove the U box from the truck. They told me to call Roadside Assistance and have them come out. After getting jerked around by Roadside, Customer Service and back to Roadside and this UHAUL location closing and your staff leaving me there alone to wait for Roadside to show up, this is unacceptable. First of all what kind of company just leaves a customer roaming around outside their location alone, second Charlotte NC is not one of the safest places to be alone and third I lost valuable time getting to my own destination. Because of this location's incompetence I had to make other arrangements for a place to stay for two nights once I did arrive, this set me back two days on my move. This location needs more training! I received a payment for the load share, but I'm sorry that it's not enough for what I had to endure. I expect to receive some monetary payment for this nightmare event and I will never agree to another load share again.

My interactions with management and staff is probably the best I've had in all the years I've had business with UHaul. The friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency was terrific and, I think, a credit to the leadership and standard set by the manager. It was a real pleasure to meet the folks here and I certainly recommend the facility.

Great company, facility and staff here -- the outrageous price is the only reason for less than 5 stars. I pay $30 less per month for a bigger unit (10x25) located on the same road, exactly two miles from this location. Once another spot opens at the other facility, I will be moving to save the money.

The only issue I have is that if you're a day late you are charged a late fee!! There's NO GRACE PERIOD and I've never been late before! My card was compromised while I was hospitalized that is used to pay my unit and I just got out several days ago. SMH

Person behind the desk was not proficient with the reservation system. It took over an hour to complete the process after multiple failed attempts. Also, you do not have a chair for customers to sit in, especially after standing over an hour at the front desk.

The Manager Becki Woody was able to correct the billing errors that were previously applied to my account from the previous owner. To which Mrs. Becki was able to confirm and the very next business day as discussed the past billing errors were re-credited. The rental truck was ready as scheduled clean and efficient. 10 Star Excellent Superior Rating is my choice. Thank You Mrs Becki for being so understanding and Helpful. Honest.

My only complaints are about the website to make payments doesn't work properly. It never accepts my password & I have to change it each time I log in, then it won't let the payment part go through. Therefore I have no choice but to pay over the phone & that is a $3 charge! Also there are times when I call the office no one is there to take my call but no message on the machine to state that they are out surveying the lots or checking units

The new lady running the place was very super nice I was completely impressed. As a matter of fact I completed my online application for U-Haul last week and I asked her if they were hiring at that facility. I'm going back to check my application and put on there that I would like to work at that particular store. You've got a great staff there.
