They can get up from the desk and help customers to connect the trailers. They want to make sure not to get up from the desk
Luis MIn renting your storage units your facility needs to have more than one entrance to the storage lockers very difficult. If you have a unit at one of the ends, it takes forever to haul your stuff for storage. Definitely need to have two entrances to help assist customers that was the only part of my experience where I was not pleased
EARL EI DID NOT RENT THIS UHAL THE REPRESENTATIVE ALLOWED SOMEONE TO RENT THIS IN MY NAME!!! WHEN I CALLED TO TELL HER WHAT SHE DID SHE GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND SAID SHE WOULD FIX IT BUT SHE DID NOT. HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK THE NAME AND INFORMATION OF PEOPLE BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO RENT YOUR EQUIPMENT. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME ASAP AS WHEN THE CONTRACTVWAS DRAWN UP IT DOES NOT HAVE MY SIGNATURE AND I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS FRAUDULENT SITUATION THST WAS NOT CORRECTED.
Mia RMy storage unit #4131 was broken into and vandalized. My new GENERATOR and other valuables were stolen. This facility did not inform of this incident. I found out by going to my storage unit!!!!! Horrible experience

I had to have an additional person come join me to finalize my pick-up, and when they arrived we were made to stand again at the back of the line, more than an hour, rather than finishing the transaction already underway. This also delayed an entire Moving Help team.

Abdallah DThis store gave me the worst 'running' truck in the nation!!! The vent was constantly "ON" and I fought the damn thing my entire trip with the A/C Maxxed. When the A/C was turned off and I rolled the window down, the vent under the dash kicked in frying the cab any which way. Plus, the gas mileage went straigt to CRAP causing me to divert several times for shady area gas stations. Doing this added mileage to my trip and I had to pay extra for it. I wanted the car dolly too, but the idiots at the inital shop opted for the auto transport FOR A LITTLE CAR. What a rip-off and I was pressed for time. Upon arriving, the attendant couldn't believe what the other shop pulled and completely agredd with me. This company should be sued!!! WORST TRIP EVER and I will gladly use a higher paying service next time. When the think U-Haul, think ANYONE ELSE!!!

The employees who were working that day were extremely nice and helpful but I don't need to be charged fees when I did nothing wrong.

LYONA rI didn't like how the facility was set up. Everything being indoors with only one area to load and unload your things doesn't make sense. This is a huge facility and there is only one entrance? My unit was very very far from the door and it just doesn't makes sense to figure out how to get all of your belongings to that particular unit. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this doesn't make sense whatsoever. I will not be returning.
Lindsey UThe van had a low pressure in one tire that filled up but it lost air again, the Van was wet inside the cargo area I thought that was due to a cleaning performed but when rain all my stuff got wet, I chose a van to avoid all to get wet but was no point that was the only bad thing about this rental

One of the staff member (Traveria Jones) was high on some drugs, she took more than 1 hr to give me a truck. Doesn't know how to use the computer. I'll never use this location again for U-Haul. Pathetic staff on this location.
Ali AI am incredibly frustrated. I paid extra for a 24-hour access card specifically to bring a truck and helper onto the premises. However, despite having the card, entry was denied. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of support: there's no direct contact number for a brand supervisor or any other representative. The only information I could find online was an automated message recommending calling back at 4 AM Arizona time, which is utterly unreasonable considering I need to drive back. This situation is unacceptable. I paid for a service and am currently being denied access with no explanation or clear path to resolution. I demand immediate assistance and a solution to this problem. This is the second time U-Haul has let me down. Previously, you overcharged me. I have all the receipts where someone changed my order; this time the branch manager was very helpful, but your system denied me entry when I needed it. Bad business U-Haul

I informed the Mgr. of the matter as well as did the Police. The Manager lost the Police Report and NEVER attempted to remedy my losses. He was terminated after 6 months of emotional distress, mental meltdown and hosoitalization for STRESS! I am still suffering from PTSD! I have not ywt filed my claim, due to the condituon of my Mental Health from this Grossly Negligent experience! I have been diagnosed with PTSD, Generalized Anxiety and Depression. I am 65 years old, disabled with no support system here. I have never, ever experienced such unprofessional, negligent Business Conduct in my entire professional Business career! TRAUMATIC!! Healing. I hope businesses whose margins allow, will stop adding to our country's inflationary environment. It only makes things worse. My feedback would be, if possible, lower your storage prices.

I returned 20 minutes later and was unable to use the key card bc system failure I was told. I had my movers with me and asked if the doors could manually be opened. I was told no and someone is coming to fix the doors. Later a worker manually opened the door for us. I was inconvenient and was waiting out in the hot weather. Must do better about door entrance and accomodating customers.

I was told they get stolen but that is an inconvenience to your tenants and rather frustrating. Aside from that, this U Haul is the best, very clean, no roach droppings or spiders or dead bugs getting on your stuff. I had this storage for a little over 3 years and I was amazed how clean it is and that was very important to me. I would definitely use them again and all refer them to anyone that needs storage. Thank you for being the best storage around. Just fix the dollies situation and you will be at the top of your game.

Took a while to place heavy metal tools on 4 Dollys only to find out the elevators access denied. Got storage online because the staff at facility was going to be gone before we could make it there. Staff forgot to tell us we couldn't add the 24 access feature to account online. Had to reload the heavy metal back on top the trailer and return the next morning to have feature added and get items into storage. Then I found out they didn't even have a general manager. The distance from elevator to our storage is about 300 yards. Please consider adding more elevators

I found out later that the new spot was actually larger than I needed but had no choice at that time. The only other unit that was available in the correct size had a pole in the middle. Not even half way thru my trip the straps on the dolly broke and the other side was rigged together. As well as I had to drive an hour away from my home to pick up my truck. wilma r | Premières impressionsThe manager zerik marves and staff are rude and Incompetent I paid my pass due bill 2 days before I came to upgrade to a larger unit when I arrived my unit was still locked and I had to wait for someone to unlock it and I was told I wouldn’t have to pay the difference for the upgrade until next months bill. while I was transferring my stuff from the smaller unit to the larger one a staff member came up to me and said they would have to lock my unit backup and I would need to go talk to someone up front again when I got to the front desk the manager zerik said I would need to pay the difference now I explained to him what was told to me and that I had somewhere to be and did not have time to be going back-and-forth with him he then told me “this is not McDonald’s and it’s takes more knowledge to transfer the storages” and I said that had nothing to do with me because I don’t work there zerik then went on about how his employees were Incompetent of doing there job and that They needed more training which again had nothing to do with me.

I went through the online process, then had to repeat the exact same process at the office. Wasted a lot of my time. Your 3 phone number requirement makes it impossible for folks with only 2 phone numbers: another waste of time. Once at the store your system would not allow me to use the same alternate phone number that I used online. My items are now safely, and easily, stored at CubeSmart. With only 1 phone number required. My required alternate address was not accepted, though I have used it for 10 years for every other company I have done business with. support@uhaul.com link does not work. Waiting time to talk to someone has a 20+ minute wait. Invest in some competent IT people. The counter folks, and the Chat folks online, apologize for your IT incompetence with the comment that they don't know what IT is doing or why, and they feel real bad. None of which helps. Please let corporate in on my dissatisfaction.

Did send notice to my friend before I was notified. Was two days late and charged $15 late fee. Had paid for another month. Good till May 3 but checked out April 14, 2021. Did not get reimbursed my two week over pay. When asked for copies and to sign that I was closed. Told they do not do that. Asked about taking my credit card off files was met with resistance. Was told by phone they had referrals for moving. Called back and was told they did not. Despite the fact that I was Quoted $245 that was extra for putting the bed together. Uhaul gave me a number. They were only the people to move but they did not have a truck. The folks at this facility appear to know nothing. Unable to give correct info. Not able to locate my reservation and horrible with customer relations. This was a nightmare.

After 30+ mins on the phone and chat with technical support, I was asked for a pick of my id and a selfie. After submitting these (I had now been in the cold rain for nearly an hour bc I had an Uber drop me off), I was told that they couldn't verity my Id or some nonsense which is ridiculous bc there is nothing wrong with my id. I was told I'd need to come back. I wasted over $20 on Uber thanks to this. The next day, I made a new reservation, but when I showed up to pick up the truck, I was told there wasn't one available, even though I called in ahead of time to make sure. I told the guy I would take any of the sizes since there were many on their lot, I was simply told no. I forget the excuse this time. I have been renting from Uhaul for years and I've never had a problem before now. Once again, I was out another $30 for Uber trips. Not only did I lose all the Uber money, but I also missed out on getting the couches that were being given me. I so very disappointed in Uhaul, and I feel under-valued and discriminated against.

When I went after hours there was someone waking around inside NOT AN EMPLOYEE. I reported this they just said maybe someone living inside. WHAT? On my move out day, 2 days before due date, I advised the lady I was moving out and then days later I receive a notice for payment then late payment. Not to mention that day it took an extra 20 minutes to gain access to my audit because the card didn't work yet again. I had to pay movers for that time. I will never again. And this was my 2nd time using this facility. Last was 2017. The experience then was mediocre, however I decided to give a 2nd chance. Never again. I don't have time to waste.
