They was baby roaches in the truck and they run when u open door or back of truck
DEWHYTE AI was very pleased with the service i received. There is always room for improvement but I had no issue. The staff was wonderful. Very professional and helpful.

RICHARD FPoor service. No one to help hook up trailer. Clerk did not give me any contract papers. Asked me to call back to arrange a drop off location. When I called I was treated rudely. Asked what the issue was and why did I call. Trailer had no light hookup. When I finally got the tractor lights hooked up they did not work and was told everything good and I could leave. Finally got someone to fix the lights and left about 1hour after arriving

Deborrah WTruck was smelling marijuana, overall, was everything ok. The only thing I don't like and wasn't aware about that they hold your passport with them while you are using their rental . Don't like this idea.

Beck BI had to hook up the trailer myself. No one around to assist me. Also the trailer had a burned out tail light. When it came time to turn in the trailer, I had to disconnect and park it myself.

Renata ALet them know for Harley motorcycle you need to unhook trailer from vehicle then ride bike up ramp if you don't the frame on bike will hit and possibly break oil pan,On soft tail Harley Davidson Motorcycles.Or you can put 2x4 under ramp and you can leave hooked up to vehicle

MAURO OThe young lady who was taking care of reception was very nice, and so was the young man who helped me check out the truck. I was concerned with the photos the last customer submitted on tge truck. All tge photos were black! I pointed it out to tge young man to serve as a witness. I took screenshots to secure my word. I became worried that the lack of proper documentation by the previous customer could cause a problem for me, but the young man said he was aware of the black images. The truck needs some TLC (driver door wouldn't shut properly on the first try, some rips on the seats). Overall, Chek in was easy and pretty fast considering it was busy and only one person was attending everyone at reception.

BRYAN Swhen a customer calls - it would be mice to be greeted by Uhaul rep name.... i called and Uhaul rep refused to provide name , lacked common courtesy , and was not truthful when asked if truck was available the truck fuel indicator requires calibration

Gregory KThe manager wanted to hold my passport for a week while I rented a pickup truck. He relented and gave mine back but had a pile of passports from other sheep. He said it was policy. Terrible policy, if not illegal.
