David KManager Patty was great. I rent ONLY from the Wilmington location because of her. If I were to suggest a change it would be to staff the entire store with more employees like her. She is the best.

PETER CI was told to bring the truck back with gas tank at 3/4. I put gas in the tank before I brought it back and the gauge was between 3/4 & full, yet they charged me for 2 gallons at $4.25.

When I picked up, Moses helped me and I was totally blown away. His experience is helpfulness. I can't say enough for the Wilmington location first time using them, and we have a lot of U-Haul in our area we have used before, but I will now be only going to Wilmington, because they were so great to deal with kudos to Wilmington, thank you Patty and Moses

Scott CThe staff did not greet me while I prepared the equipment for drop off over the course of 10 minutes (average; not inviting). When I spoke to the staff, he helpfully pointed out that I could leave the equipment for his final check, so checkout was fast.
Daetan HMy documents upon arrival at the front desk were edited without my permission or consent. The male Employee at the front desk asked how many miles was I going to be driving and I replied 30 miles total. The next morning I noticed an attempt to charge my account $197,14 with out a call or an explanation, I then called U-Haul to figure out what was going on and Patty the manager answered very adamant and said I was going to be charged for not returning the vehicle, confused i tried to explained to her that I dropped off the vehicle at the Methuen location and spoke to crew members there that took my key in with no issues. But she would let me explain and hung up on me. I called in because I was informed about e-alert which I have never heard off and spoke with a Rep named Coy from U-Haul informed me about being charged for extra mileage. I am confused that the fact I have been already charged $119,36 and now being charged again $197.14. I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul ever but this is by far the worst experience I have gone through where I feel manipulated, fooled, abused, and taken advantage of. I am just truly disappointed in the way this was handled and still on going……..

She was so helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly and she did all that with a sense of humor! It's rare to find someone so accomplished and competent and still so nice! It's worth it to go to the Wilmington location just to work with Patty!

I did manage to bend into place. The rental rates are incredibly deceiving. They should be obligated to stop advertising the $19,95 as that covers absolutely nothing. It's a blatant marketing misrepresentation.
