Marquis FDon't charge them an extra day plus insurance for being two hours late. You were the ones who poured concrete and didn't have the overnight drop available. People work on Monday and are not able to accommodate you and return on a weekday.

Ernesto MMy preferred location was changed by a telephone call from UHaul 2 days prior to the scheduled pick up. That was manageable and I was able to plan my time accordingly but when I went to pick up the vehicle the location I was told to go to it was closed and there was nobody there. I had to contact customer service and wait on the line until I could speak to someone. Then I had to go to another location further away in order to pick up a vehicle. In all this wasted over an hour of my time and added a further 45 minutes driving time. The vehicle had a blowing exhaust and was extremely noisy (my passenger and I could only communicate by shouting!). This was for about 18 hours of driving time. I am extremely disappointed. by the overall experience especially as a repeating customer of UHaul.

Moving is probably one of the most stressful things and he was just being overall positive and so nice and even offered me a bottle of water when he noticed that I had finished mine. He made the experience feel personal and not just transactional, and really was a great way to start the long day I had ahead of me. To improve the next customer's experience you need to make sure he doesn't go anywhere because he was awesome! I wish I could remember his name. 10/10 experience.

Nicholas HWe rented a space for our RV for 8 years. Never worried about its safety. Had 1 battery taken and replaced with non functioning battery and 2 butane tanks changed out for empty ones. Otherwise, it was always where we parked it and in good shape.

Sarah POther than location that I was picking up my dropoff point wasn't on the paper they gave me. I had to call three times to finally get the location to where I was dropping it off. First two agents couldn't figure it out then third agent was able to. Took a total of 10 minutes to get that information which is crucial while driving a uhaul and moving things around. And I thought uhaul was a streamlined service. To top things off the location I dropped it to didnt even know I was arriving and they charged me an extra $14 for mileage

Ashley BThe truck was not in a good condition to be rented. It had an major issue with the brakes, it tooked too long to stop the truck. And it had a sound like metallic sound in the front left week as the brake bands were all gone. First time that kind of things happens to me. We are moving things on your trucks, but also we are on them the vehicles has to be ready to be rented and of course in a way we can survive the ride.

But eventually I had to calm the situation down. In order to get my stuff in the storage unit. Overall it was okay experience. The manger need to be a more respectable when approaching people who at the facility. Rather it's a unit renter or moving company.

It was 2 months before I realized that I was auto paying for the storage unit. The clerk manage to give me back one month but fail to return the first month pay that was taken
Roselin Z | Expérience généralemy unit was rented out before my day of renewal without I was under contract until the July first 07/01/2023 I came 06/26/2023 notification or simple a phone call will fix the problem i have the rest of my things and have other personal property to putting back in the unit. but when i when someone was already moving in . very poor and cruel action. after been moving and all the hard work and fatigue and the heat to be be back and forth all in vain to drive around the big city of Texas not knowing where to go from one place to another just to put my things ,the clerk he did not care at all he was his washing his hand and telling me it was not me it not my fault .not taking responsibilty for the company that he work .really a bad experience wishing not one to go through it .not ever going back and not the best storage to go .sorry but this was my experience extremely bitter.. bad actitute and bad charater will corrut a company due to bad customer service

JOHN M | Online Move Inme and another 5 people we where in the same zone of loading and un -loading ours belonging at the same time . due to one of the exit door was not working according to the staff the clicker was not working for him but working for other staff the use the door multiples times in front of us it was extremely difficult for all the people that have to move constantly theirs cars to allow others to pass by. it was a horror experience having only one way in and one way out making all us spending more time in the heavy heat of the day. the attendant did choose not to fit his clicker or changing battery or borrow another staff remote control as a customer services to families arriving at the location. customer services was not the best . After more than 12 hrs been driving in the road ,a little compassion would be greatly appreciated it ... that was my honest experience...

Kudos to U- Haul for giving one month free storage when you rent their trailers. I would highly recommend U-Haul to any person needing to move their possessions.

Because there was nothing leaking in the storage unit they couldn't do anything. Also I had bugs in my store good. They weren't roaches but they were very small little flying things that it was a lot of them and I know I didn't go in there with them. Also I tried to change the due date for my payment and they couldn't change it or I had to pay an extra month plus the days and it that was too much. The facility was very clean always accessible staff always friendly I just had minor problems. I guess of replacing a bed it was minor that's it.

The original price we were quoted was around $35/month with the first month free. When we returned a month later a different staff member showed a different pricing fee of around $84/month for the same unit. We were forced to switch out of the unit we were in to a different and smaller unit.

We suddenly needed to move the personal contents from his house with almost no time to prepare. We kept having to change return times for the uhaul and honestly had almost no help moving. James was so empathetic and accommodating. He was so sweet that we cried out of appreciation rather than grief for the first time in days.
