The young lady was VERY helpful! She was working fast and hard, and even lifted the tongue on the large trailer on her own, despite her petite size. Very nice and polite. A true professional!

Lawrence BThe 5x8 trailer came off the hitch ball while driving. I was stuck on a major expressway with your trailer tongue laying on the pavement behind the tow vehicle. Your trailer did damage to my vehicle and I am stuck running around getting quotes and estimates to repair my vehicle. Your agent installed the trailer to my hitch. An emergency service was called to fix the issue. He put the trailer back on the hitch ball tightened the nut, but the trailer still came off the hitch ball. Very disappointed in the lack of urgency to get the issue resolved.

Worker was not particularly personable, possibly because they were rushed and overworked. For the online reservation with self-service checkout you would expect the vehicle to be out front and ready to go. Edward KWhat would've been a 3-4 hour move turned into an all day event because the truck tire popped. The mechanic who came said the brakes were not working either and it was too dangerous to drive. Horrible and unsafe experience, and the location was not help. I kept getting put on hold and they called me the next day asking where the truck was. Terrible communication.

There was never any water in the unit and that is a big plus since I had an experience in another different facility where rainwater seeped into the storage unit and the items stored got wet and became mildewed. When I emptied this unit there were no mice or rat droppings in the unit at all. I was so happy to notice that. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I have recommended this facility and will use it again if the need ever arises.
MARY E | Expérience généraleThe staff was helpful in getting everything resolved, but the process was not smooth for me. The first unit assigned had a lock on it. The second unit was available, but how to access it was very confusing...it was listed as a range of units and I understood it to be an inside unit. I attempted to access the unit from inside, but the doors while not locked, would not move as if they were locked from the inside. The 3rd assigned unit was also locked, so we decided to just find one with a customer ready tag. The one found turned out to be the second assigned unit which actually was both an outside and and inside unit. It all worked out in the end, but the back and forth ate up at least 2 extra hours when I had my family crew there ready to help move. The map was unclear as well as it showed the assigned units as small units. A little more direction would have been helpful, but I think it was unclear to the staff as well. It worked out and they were helpful, but the logistics and the process was not customer friendly. When a unit is assigned it should not be locked -- there should be some process where ready means really ready and it was quite clear that the office was understaffed for the number of customers.

I raised this matter to your staff after my first experience but they did not offer to replace it with a better one. But In all, i like your facility.

Then the original unit number provider was already occupied. So I had to go through part of the check in process again in the office. Also the parking lot is way to small for trailer and moving trucks to be coming in and out of and moving around. I had to be let in the gate and drove around only to find more trucks and trailers parked in the way. Also the location for the unit is not at the actual address given, had to go around the corner.

The only reason we canceled our spot, was due to how the cost of our same storage spot (for the past few years) had the monthly rental rate increase approx. 35 %. After paying this for about 1,5 years, it was just too much of cost for this one RV spot. And as calling to cancel our storage spot, the store mgr. did not offer any apology words for our having to cancel, or even thank us for all the years of storage payments (also did not even try to remedy the issue to try and keep us from cancelling). So was just disappointing that our UHaul mgmt. was not willing to try and aid with the high cost and keep a good paying/ long-time customer from leaving...

Autopayment was convenient on my credit card. The office was always clean and well maintained. I felt safe in my unit. I will say that I learned several years through my time there that they were not supposed to rent out the unit that they gave me. I didn't realize it but the concrete apron at the entrance of the unit was missing, which meant tons of dirt and debris blew under the door covering everything I own. New managers fixed it so that's good. And like I said every manager was nice. But apparently my unit was on a "do not rent" list and the original managers rented it to me anyway according to maintenance. So ... don't rent units if they don't have concrete pad/apron at entrance.
