Love the drive through design of this new facility… so convenient and easy and I am so happy I chose this location. Davisha Upshaw was so helpful and kind and made the experience that much better bc I had never had to do anything like this before and I'm getting out of a very bad situation. Such a relief ! Thank you!

I really like how you can drive into the building to move your stuff into your locker if the weather is bad. And I've had other storage where my things got wet or moldy from not being climate controlled. The price of the locker is cheaper than other places that aren't climate controlled. Being inside the building makes me feel that my things are very safe.

Davisha's professional acumen and caring is beyond reproach! Yesterday I drove from Virginia Beach to Dayton. Her staff and her made my experience AMAZING, again! I knew from the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was surrounded by CARING and BRILLIANCE! Thank You so very much for bringing her onboard the Uhaul team in 2018! Best decision ever!

Davisha and Team are AMAZING! I was beat up, tired, and exhausted from the road! I walked in and was greeted with a smile! We contracted for a storage unit, she took the time to show me the unit and went through contract. She answered all my questions. I unloaded and even more exhausted she handled my check in of the uhaul seamlessly! And of course I was able to leave with a smile knowing my family and I are in great hands!

There were 2 employees their and one actually said don't steal the truck make sure you bring it back. The other employee stepped in and finished the rental, she was very professional.

Davisha Upshaw was fantastic help us through the entire thing . She was there all hours of the day from 7am to 11pm . So she was there every time we came in .She should get a raise and a month off. We will be telling all of our friends and family about the experience.

Only negative complaint is the door locking mechanism at the bottom to hold doors open being broken. We had to shove something in it so that we could carry boxes and carts through. I feel that it is a safety issue trying to hold that door open while taking things through.

I reserved a 20ft truck for my moving day almost 2 weeks before the day. The day before I get called three times telling me that they moved my pick up location which at first was 10 minutes away from where the truck was loaded and ended up close to 28 mins away when they finally made up their mind on a pick up location.. normally I wouldn't care about something like this but everything over 80 miles is a dollar a mile and my move was 76 miles from the old house to the new so I felt like this was causing me to eat unnecessary miles.. causing me to have to pay more.. anyway a hour or so after they called me to let me know where my truck would be picked up at they called again to tell me that they didn't have a 20ft truck at all and were going to just upgraded me to the 26ft truck.. just started to seem like no one knew what was going on their end causing an already stressful event of moving even more then it needed to be. The truck was in good condition until it started to rain pretty hard and the driver side windshield wiper became disconnected while going down the highway luckily I noticed it coming off and was able to turn them off and pull over safely on the highway and put it back on myself.. wasn't the best experience

This is without a doubt the cleanest most friendliest U-Haul I have ever dealt with! I actually moved another storage I had over here, even though the other one was more convenient as far as location, giving me two storage units at this location. The workers here are absolutely amazing and deserve the recognition for it!!

So far, there are no problems with this move in.

The only problem I had moving in was that when we got there there were several trucks in front of us and we barely got in the gate. We were bumper to bumper and had to call the manager to open the gate so we could back out. Then, when we were able to get around these other people they blocked the entrance we needed and had all the flat bed carts in use. We had to use another entrance which was a very long walk. We only took a couple smaller boxes in because it was too far to carry every single box. So, we left, waited about an hour or so and tried again. We didn't have any problem the second attempt. We haven't had any other problems. Just that first trip.

Broken lock on truck so I couldn't lock it. Came to unload final pieces and couldn't get in because access stopped at 10pm

Requested one of the many open units in the front when you pull in. I have screws in my ankle and my dad had just passed away, I only needed this unit for a couple weeks. The "manager" paid no to one of these units when asked why I wanted one. I text the GM on the card they gave me, he never text back. When I came to check out and close my unit, no one was in the office. I had to wait five minutes before being helped. I was told I had to remove my lock instead of being asked to do so. Then, when I left, the "manager" was on her cell phone and didn't thank me for my service, or anything else for that matter. I do not recommend this place, at all.

Davisha and Evan were amazing very much like when I rented the uhaul truck. Evan walked me through the storage as a subject matter expert though being on the team only a few months. When he got stuck he asked for help. Davisha with a smile helped us and I felt Blessed I chose the facility once again!

The guys were friendly but the gas was less than what was in the truck and when they mentioned it to manager in charge they said there's nothing they can about it. We trusted that they would be honest when renting as far as gas and equipment is the reason we waited to say anything til after but did take pictures but still they hustled us!

The lady Devasha (Might spelled it wrong) was wonderful when I first came. When it was time to move my stuff out of storage I had to wait 20 minutes for the workers to come to the front. The drive in door was always broken which caused me to have to wait to move my things out. Once I tried to do my move out they told me I had to pay for the month then they said it was $1000. Their customer service is terrible! I had to walk all the way around the building to find the U-Haul truck. When I called to speak with a manager one worker told me it wasn't no managers in until Tuesday the other person told me that his supervisor was at a different location. I would not recommend anyone to get a storage or U-Haul here.

The lock that was promised, wasn't in the storage unit. I had to ask for the lock from the staff. I had to return a vehicle prior to closing, so the staff was there to give me a lock. However, if I moved into the storage unit after hours, I would've had to either take my things back with me, purchase another lock from another retailer, or leave my things in the the storage unsecure. Aside from the lock issue, I had a smooth move in transition.

Store opened 10 minutes late putting us ab 30 minutes behind getting started, yet we were still expected to have the truck back on time at 3. When I came back to drop the vehicle off, the store was closed at 3 when the hours said it would be open til 5. Overall, little to no professionalism shown at this location.

getting to the unit was difficult. Was also told I could use a certain door to unload and it was an emergency exit door. Hope I don't get charged for opening it. If door was no longer an emergency exit, then remove signage

It took four times for them two reps to rent a pick up truck it took over 46 mins to rent a truck neither rep knew what they were doing !

When I arrived I did the mobile app and found the truck but had to go inside to get keys and was told that I need to cxl the reservations in my phone and do it at counter but I refused that and asked for the keys then the truck was empty and back of truck was full of used moving blankets and a little folly rolling all around I also requested to stop truck off at another location and it made me return it to original location or I would be charged extra I put in the 22 miles that I new I was going to use but I know I exceeded those miles because I had to return to the original location I put 30 in truck I am not very hsppy

I cant tell you how highly I recommend Uhaul - you have a true gem on your harshman road location Davisha went over and beyond helping us get into a storage when another company failed to do so- she was so friendly so helpful and so understanding- very compassionate and knows her job- she made everything alright- when we walked in i was a nervous wreck and by the time i left i was crying happy tears at how well she took care of us- thanks again to Davisha- very professional and a wonderful caring young lady- thanks a million 🥰

The young black lady was exceptionall. She made several trips to see that I was ok. She is a person to have on your team. She fits the definition of caring, knowledgeable, friendly and she was able to use a forklift! I consider that she fill her job and beyond. Thank you ( I don't remember her name) she's wearing braids.

I needed the larger storage that is being broken down. Waited for opening just to be told that they had no drive up storage. What an inconvenience. I am really upset with that after waiting anxiously for location to open. Customer service is excellent.

Facility new and not yet completed. However, absolutely love how ww can srive in and stay warm and dry while loading/unloading. Staff were wonderful. Davisha always helpful and a smile on her face. Even while the office was being transitioned she focused on her task at hand...great customer service!
