This location is okay however, the customer needs A LOT of improvements, I called to confirm and change my drop off time to an earlier drop off, the first employee I spoke with was great he also saw an extra reservation that I wasn't able to change out myself, great but I had to call back because being that the 2nd Reservation was canceled it was then a new amount of course milage wouldn't be included the 2nd person I spoke with wouldn't give me an total I was showing an larger amount due to the 2nd reservation I wasnt able to cancel. I get to the location and once I finished with the agreement. It was time for payment the person paying for the uhaul for me could not send me the payment directly. We asked the sound lady could payment be done over the phone. She said yes and I handed her my cell phone to get the credit card information, the employee then puts my phone on speaker without asking but the fact that she was getting someone card information over the phone on speaker I was not happy with that so asked her to take the phone off of speaker because it's other people around and other employees, she then says "oh the cameras don't pick up audio" which was not the reason or point as to why I asked her to take my phone off of speakerphone while taking the card information. I don't know if she even understood how critical that is in customer service, it's not about just serving the customer, an employee should treat their personal information with extra care.
Cherylneta SThe individual that assisted me was very courteous, helpful and handled my rental with ease. It was a very smooth rental. He even went out of his way to assist me as I had to return because I had lost an individual key and he went to look for it in the vehicle that I had rented and eventually it was found in the parking lot. I have had many rentals at other facilities before and by far this was the easiest.

DORIS KLacking in available employees to accommodate the line on a Saturday. Employee did not realize that he had all my info already input into the system and persisted to inquire then realize afterwards he was good.

Glen KThat was the worst uhual truck I've ever rented. The trucks steering wheel is so loose you spend the entire trip adjusting to keep it going straight. Then the ramp was so worn that it was slippery. We all felt extremely unsafe going up and down the ramp. The ride was overly rough. That particular truck needs to retire. It was high milage and you could feel it.

DON MNothing everything was great when I rented the van the employer, that was at the counter explained everything to me very well, and she was very polite.

RAYMONDDANIEL SOn all trailers wheel lug nuts need to be tightened. Before I packed trailer lug nuts were tightened. Trailer tires were new and body clean.

Tara PDriving this truck was terrifying to say the least. 1st and 2nd gear sounded like every cylinder had a misfire then the rest sounded like a distant jackhammer, the bumper was held on by 4 large zip ties, and the suspension sent us flying out of our seats at the smallest road imperfection. Then once we arrived and started unloading, we found that there was a crack in the roof that let rain in and soaked all of our stuff. We dropped the truck off and informed the employee who had no concern whether the truck is a death trap or not. I do not recommend using this particular uhaul store if you can avoid it.

Bill W$140 for 8hrs for a local move of less than 40 miles in a truck that cut off on me twice is absolutely ridiculous. Not inspecting or maintaining your vehicles is not good a policy at all. I will be notifying VA state police in regards to this policy. Worst experience ever, and I've used Uhaul many times in recent years, I won't ever use the company again, and would never refer it either. Please do better!

mohammad aMake sure the equipment being ordered is being supplied. I was first told I ordered something I did not order. Then I was told they didnt have what I did order. I then had to pay additional cost for something I did not want, but had no choice but to get to complete my move.

You tell me the right price and said that's all I owe. And then you charge me another hundred and something dollars I don't like that
Lynne TWas informed less than 24 hours before pickup the truck I wanted would be at this location and not the one I chose. Once I got there, the employees seemed unaware I should have been picking up. Checkout took over 30 mins for them to give me the keys. Truck was outdated and old and needed upkeep. Poor experience overall.

HUDSONWASHINGTON HEverything was top tier. Easy to make the reservation, the truck was clean, and the price was affordable. I needed a moving van for a few loads to transport my furniture about 12 miles. I'll definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.
Dorrie NThe young lady that helped me was AWESOME. She was understanding when I started to freak out at everything going wrong when I was in such a time crunch. The older gentleman is nice enough but didn't effectively answer questions I had. The website messed up my reservation, I checked no to everything extra but when I got there I was being charged for a dolly and furniture pads. Because I started it online she had to dump the whole thing and start over. I've never had to get the insurance before when I've used the truck/cargo van. And if I had to have it the online reservation shouldn't let me unchecked it. And suddenly if I'm using a debit card it's automatically $100?? That should also be disclosed way ahead of time. The people? Great. The website? Needs work

Fred MUhaul excellent with their service and convenient to me because I needed a truck to move my stuff into storage and they even had storage unit as well. So I didn't had to look for any storage at all just a one stop service.
