Like I said I had that storage you all took it over even over charged for few months now! Had to get that straightened out! Not to mention price keeps going up! I will absolutely Not be referring you to anyone! Post that or I will most likely! Again auto check you take 180 when it was 70! Now 89 for a shed shame on you all. No worries I know many and I absolutely will not recommend you period

The unit itself was nice. We did have some problems with billing and receiving late notices. I showed up to my unit to have it locked so I couldn't get in due to late payments according to the staff. We had payed ALL of our bills one week early and had receipts from uhaul showing this to be true. After HOURS of providing proof, I was able to get back into my unit the following day. Clerical errors were the main cause for the inconvenience and can easily be corrected with training. I would use it again but continue to keep all records for any disputes.

The young man behind the desk was rude, mocking and sarcastic. The office moved location (not updated on the website) and I only found out when I got there and saw a sign. I drove to the new location (which was completely in the opposite direction) and mentioned this to him. He replied that I should have called before leaving my house and that would have saved me a trip in such a mocking and sarcastic tone, I was taken aback. I asked him about a lock (again noted on the website that I had to obtain one from U-Haul) and when I told him the location, again he responded sarcastically that I could just go to Ace Hardware and get one because U-Haul didn't "hand those out". This wasn't the storage location where he was at but another one a few miles away. When I asked if there was a certain kind of lock needed, again his reply was heavy sarcasm. I left, did some more research, found another storage facility with better customer service, a better unit and a better price. When I called the U-Haul office to cancel the unit I rented, I again spoke with this person and his mocking and sarcastic manner was in full force and effect. So, I paid for a month's storage on a facility I never used because I wasn't going to subject myself to this kind of "customer service" ever again. I would like to get my money refunded because I'm so disappointed by this experience and have always used U-Haul in the past for rentals, supplies, etc. This was my first experience with a U-Haul storage facility, and it will be my last. Especially at this location.

There was no lock. I had to return home to get my own. Good thing I already owned a quality lock.

Clean, easy to get to, they have a lock for you, 24 hr access. Just what we needed. 100 % satisfied!

Terrible phone menu. I want to talk to a human and your automated phone system is terrible! Was told a lock was included with my storage rental. No lock presented. But I can't talk to anyone because of stupid phone system.

I don't understand why the fees had to be increased twice since the company bought out the original company I started with. I could afford the original fees but the multiple increases add up and it becomes difficult to keep up with.

The service was great until I ended my contract at the end of May but was still being charged every month til now! Made several attempts to get this issue resolved Finally in January the issue is resolved not very pleased with the overall experience

I had to pickup several nails, screws, staples inside and outside my units before move in.

Staff members were very polite and helpful. However the storage unit itself had a problems with water on the floor which meant to me, it came from a leaky roof area, possibly. Most of what I had in there was various pieces of art work which included, watercolors, etchings, oil and acrylic paintings and their frames. I noticed a green mold growing on one of the gold leafed frames. Also, I noticed wrinkling in the backings of some of the frames. I have not yet finished looking at all of the art pieces in detail. I am hopeful that there is no further damage. Again your staff members on Prairie Hill Road were very polite and helpful. Thanks for asking. Dave Bue
