The general manager in Waterville Emily did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the Waterville U-Haul and storage. The storage was spotless easy and we really feel like the Waterville U-Haul rescued us!!!

The manager Emily was a lifesaver. She did a great job♥️ she really is great✅ you have a great store there ✅it's spotless✅ I even used the bathroom ✅seriously great people really caring smart and on top of it

They even let me clean out my unit and take my belongings. I was behind over 2 months in payment and I didn't expect to be able to do this but they were polite and more than helpful. Thank you Uhaul of Hayden for being so kind!

Charles S | Online Move InWas not explained that rent is due on first. We rented on the fifth and thought we had until the fifth and got hit with an almost $200 payment for a month we won't be using. We are not happy at all that there is no pro rated or weekly rate. I will never rent another storage unit from uhaul. In spoke to staff and was told that we had to pay for full month.
