There was no problem with the shipping from Houston TX to Vancouver Washington and, Home I enjoyed the the experience working with U-Box Containers it made me feel a lot safer knowing that my valuable was secure. The van we rented had a old battery. When we went to leave after loading truck, it would not start. I called roadside assist and talked to representative. She was friendly and we tried to get it to start by putting van in Neutral. Still wouldn't start. She scheduled a towing company to come and help. I told her the battery was dated 2018 and it was probably done. She said ok. We ended phone conversation. Then towing company called me to say they didn't replace batteries but they would try and jump start it. I said ok whatever works. They said a guy would be there in 30 minutes. I kept getting texts saying the driver was 15 minutes away three different times. Finally after 45 minutes they called to verify address. They said uhaul dispatch gave them the wrong address and he was 20 minutes away. After about an hour and a half they finally showed up and we were able to jump start van and get home and unloaded. I told of situation when I dropped van off.

The only complaint is that I made the reservation near my house at Andresen location, but got moved to Hazel Dell, half way across town. But the people there were helpful and it wasn't their fault. They went above and beyond helping me offload a tricky car.

Truck was dirty inside & out. Totally out of gas! Gal working was not very helpful at all! Had to go in twice for her help, felt like I was putting her out, not friend all! Never will tell my friends to visit this location!!

The U-Haul app was super glitchy when trying to return the trailer after hours. It took over 20 minutes and a phone call to confirm the checkout went through. The app would not allow me to advance with the photos. It kept deleting photos when trying to finalize the process. Very frustrating for what should be a quick process. Maybe allow uploads of photos taken from the camera app.

How about listening to the customer and waiting for customers to finish transloading from the broken u-hail to the new one before closing shop. We were left unattended and felt unimportant. I was in such disbelief on how things transpired from these locations.

The return process was really lame. Having to do the entire check in process myself was really inconvenient and getting charged extra to not do it is just not a good service. It also wasn't explained in advanced so when I returned the truck I wasn't counting on a 15 minute process. It legitimately would make me rent somewhere else to avoid. Other than that the staff were really friendly and helpful!

Came in at opening time 10am, I told the guys that I wanted to pay cash so he told me that in order to pay cash I would need to pay $100 deposit with a Card, I told him I needed to go to the bank to deposit and he say yes and he put your license so I would just need to come back with the card to pay the deposit. I came back 2 hours later to find out that the deposit could've been made in cash!

1. If a trailer hitch on order is going to be late, a phone call to let me know would be nice. 2. Make sure you have the right trailer hitch part number before calling to schedule service, rather than scheduling, having my car for 3 hours, and THEN calling me to tell me you realized you had the wrong part number. 3. Actually schedule service for the time I asked for. I asked for an 11am appointment, and then checked the app the night before, and my service had been scheduled for 10am. Luckily it wasn't a problem for my schedule but it was annoying. 4. Make sure payments go through at the time of service. After having my trailer hitch installed, I got a voicemail the next day saying I had walked out without paying, and would have a notice placed on my account that I hadn't paid for the service, and that if I ever wanted to use uhaul again, I would have to pay it. I did not walk out without paying. I put my card in the reader and entered my pin. I watched my bank account over the next couple days for the amount to come out, but it never did. My card was fine, I used it after this. So I called back and paid what I needed to pay. For the hassle, whoever I talked to took the labor cost off for me, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. 5. Install ALL the parts of the trailer hitch. When I picked up my trailer, the ball part hadn't been installed and they had to do it right then. 6. The app sucks. It's extremely slow and sometimes the buttons just don't work. I'm glad I moved away and never have to deal with this location again. I will never recommend this location and will avoid using uhaul again in the future because of the service I got here.

First, this location has limited parking and so I had to park my car very far away while I rented a vehicle. For the first vehicle I was given, I was told that it had 1/16th of a tank of gas and that it would likely not make it my estimated 20 miles of driving (which meant I would either need to put gas in it twice or really understand how to estimate the necessary fuel early on). However, I was offered the option to fill it to a higher amount and receive a credit for this so I opted for that. But then when I went to check out the vehicle, it became clear that it was NOT the vehicle pictured on the app. The license plate and mileage matched, but nothing about the pictures did. I had to take new pictures and document all the damage on it before leaving. Then when I turned it off I saw that it actually had no gas... So I decided that the gas station would be my first stop. After putting about 1,5 gallons in the tank, gas began spraying all over me and the ground - indicating that the gas had been siphoned out of it. I took the truck back to the location at that point and explained what had happened. The staff member told me that people had indeed been siphoning their trucks' gas recently. She helped me get a credit on my account for the gas I purchased for that vehicle and gave me another vehicle that had a much fuller gas tank. The rest of the process went smoothly for me, but I do not intend to rent from this location again due to all the hassle. I have had much better success in the past at other Uhaul locations.

The location does not answer calls. All calls are directed to the national call center number. This is completely unhelpful when you need to speak with the location manager. And the number of emails for each transaction is wholly unnecessary. Too much communication can turn adequate into poor, especially when the communication is duplicated and/or erroneous. I like the service provided, but the processes are daunting.

Allow people to change when their monthly bill is due without having to jump through hoops or pay fees. Sometimes money is tight and the due date should always be convenient for the consumer. Your fees are becoming too high. Just because you can raise prices doesn't mean you should. You will lose more money with people being unable to pay their bill.

When I moved, I didn't know I would be leaving my belongings for 14 years. In that time, your rates have stayed low in comparison to the quality of service. I've forgotten my online passwords, phone numbers (international moves) bank cards… I was always assisted by kind, empathetic people who made everything easy. In these years, my rent had only gone up $50. My husband had a similar storage at another national storage facility and his rent went up $250! (Not to mention what a huge pain they are to deal with!) Needless to say, I will always recommend U-Haul to anyone looking for any type of storage. Thank you all so much!

I rented a 5 x 10 unit for a couple of years, I needed to upgrade to a 10 x 10, unfortunately they didn't have one available, so I had to go to a different company. The experience made me appreciate U Haul storage all the more, clean, well lite and there were carts available every time I was there. I've been to the new place 3 times already, and found a cart 1 time:(

All staff were very helpful when asked for help. The vehicle maintenance guy helped adjust side mirrors on my rental truck, other staff helped to keep sliding doors open to move in/out, when access card wouldn't work, etc. No one ever refused help by being too busy or whatever. Great staff - recognizing most people using your facility or service are most likely going thru stressful times, so having staff like you do is important!

I payed almost $3000 to uhaul for the safe and clean storage of my belongings. I also paid another $1500+ to move my belongings. The truck and the storage unit I rented were not clean at the time I rented them, the bathrooms and the elevator at the facility were disgusting every time I visited the storage unit, there were vagrants wandering the halls several times I was there, half of the time the lights were not on in the corridors where my unit was located, there were no lights in the unit at all, and the layout of the building was inconvenient and ill-conceived. Seriously, who's short-sighted idea was it to put stairs in a storage facility with floors ADA inaccessible? I am surprised you haven't been sued for this. Perhaps uhaul does not value my money or patronage or even safety, as they are a corporate entity with little to no regard for their customers. The money I paid uhaul was not a small amount for most people in this country. The fact that there is no benefit to actually cleaning out a storage unit or rental vehicle, or for vacating the unit/returning the vehicle early, but would be penalized for the opposite, is not customer centric and is included with the above reasons I will avoid doing business with uhaul in the future.

Extremely understanding and patient staff, there's always a ln employee around to answer any question I needed. My family and I have been going through U-Haul for many years with only one or two issues that were quickly resolved. Couldn't be a better business for many locations that I have used.

I called ahead of time, reserved a unit and left a credit card number. With no notice, my unit was cancelled and the staff were difficult to work with on finding a suitable replacement, so I had to escalate my concern. I was then given two 5x10 units and told it was a 10 x 10 with two doors. No communication to me that it was two completely separate units. Fortunately an employee recognized the issue and was able to find me a new unit, however, since there were no 10x15 like I had originally reserved, I had to store in two separate units. Security is lacking, if present at all. The gaps at the top of the divisions between units are so large that someone can, and did, enter a vacant unit next to mine, reach through and steal my stuff. The office and manager did not care at all and just told me to file a police report. I did get an employee to walk over and lock the adjacent unit, which was then removed by the next visit. I was told their "storage workers" wouldn't have known why the unit was locked. Any sort of communication could have fixed this. Front doors were constantly permanently open when I visited and there is no staff near the entrance of storage, so anyone can walk in. Every time I had a problem, I was assured by the staff they would communicate it to the manager. Every time I asked the manager why he had not contacted me, he just blamed his staff for not telling him. I even emailed and was told it was "lost". I spent a huge amount of time and money moving my items to a new storage facility because Uhaul left me with no confidence my items would be secure. The only positive was that Uhaul did pay for my truck so I could move my items out of their facility. There are many facilities in the area for storage. Uhaul needs to figure themselves out.

The billing cycle does not correspond with the end of the month; which caused me to have several late fees in the initial rental period. I paid until the end of the month~ why was I charged a late fee by not paying by the 23rd. After several months of late fees/ complaints/ coming in and arguing with employees~ I finally figured out how it works! Problem is~ when I checked out I was not reimbursed for the time from 23rd of the month to the end~! I am ok with this but make note~~ I will not do a survey where YOU ask the questions! Yes ~ your units were secure/ clean and assessable when I needed. Your Staff always provided timely answers and solutions. The sign in kiosk in the building had a few problems reading my card and had to walk up to the office on SEVERAL occasions to have them run my card and they never had a problem! The kiosk was the issue but no one seemed concerned because I got checked in. Well the distance from the storage building to the office was MORE distance than my disability was rated for! The inconvenience and not so much interest in fixing a kiosk did not set well with my feelings. I hope I have helped you with my feedback!

I was told that if signed up for auto pay that I would get a free month, I got the free month, but auto pay wasn't even set up. I assumed it was, that's my bad, but I was told that was all I had to do. When it came time to pay rent, you guys sent my driver, the late notices, and all he was just my driver. So I got charged a 30 late fee that I had no idea about. I called over and over, someone sent an email to an upper and said he or she would get back to me and they never did. That's frustrating and annoying.

Jonathan (Johnny) is an exemplary employee. I had three units at your facility and the first time I dealt with Jonathan and each subsequent time I hoped I would be able to deal with him. I arrived at the storage facility with a trailer after having driven 2 000 miles from Northern Michigan. I was tired and Jonathan took care of me and even stayed past 7pm to ensure I had unloaded my cargo and unhitched the trailer. He deserves a raise and extra paid vacation days. His diligence and patience has made the whole process stress free. You should make him the manager!

The desk clerk, Isaiah, was absolutely AHHHMAZZZBALLS. I was on a bit of a time crunch and working off of two hours of sleep within the last 24 hours from moving a 5 bedroom house to 4 different locations solo and had only about 30 minutes left of my truck rental to load up the little remnants i had into a storage unit. He was lighting fast without even passing up the important disclaimers and regulations and even assigned the most convenient unit for me to unload to. I broke down trying to figure out how to get the latching mechanism to close and the woman working at the units ( I wish I could remember her name, but I didn't make a mental note of it through the panic) was calm and helpful. She assisted me through it with enough time to get back to the truck check in on time. I will honestly continue to use this facility for all of my moving needs (which is absurdly often) thanks to the delightful and understanding staff.

The only complaint I have is that above me there was an oil leak and they put cat litter on it and so all this cat litter and just dirt fell on top of all of my storage boxes and then beside me there was some sort of a leak that leaked into my side of the storage unit other than that it was great

Everything, I mean EVERYTHING went smoothly and efficiently at this U-Haul facility!! From renting the truck to the storage, to checking out. Staff always quick to help and no waiting!! I couldn't figure out the card process of opening the storage on a Sunday and a staff member was right there to assist in my first time, after hours access to the storage building….would highly recommend!!

No waiting in office!! That's number one…staff available immediately to renting the truck to renting the storage & returning the truck. Clean, friendly knowledgeable….all of the above!! Would highly recommend this Uhaul facility!! I had just recently suddenly lost my mother and had to store keepsakes ASAP and this made the final push of cleaning out her rental so easy! I needed that after all we have been through. A big THANK YOU….I'd buy them a pizza dinner!!

I moved from out of state and set up storage rental ahead of time. Went in to verify that I had my units and where we could park the truck only to arrive the day the truck arrived to find that my units were cancelled. Thankfully the staff was able to help me get new units but it was stressful.

I had every possible issue with you guys. When I first open my unit you made an error and my key didn't work, your guises system had a glitch in auto pay stopped working and you charged me a late fee, I made a reservation to downsize from one unit to another and the call center put my name incorrectly and got the wrong storage unit and then when I had to move there was no available unit that I could use so I literally had to go to a different storage facility. There were so many issues with just the bookkeeping and being at the unit the alarms will go off all the time even though I checked in and it was so loud and so ridiculous and so many times that I would never go there again simply for that reason. I would say it was an overall horrible experience and not worth the money but they had 24 hour access which is why I originally wanted to use that facility. They were a bunch of sketchy characters there at night though so it really wasn't that safe and people kept asking to get in or to use the restroom so I didn't feel safe when I was there at night. The day I finally moved out and went to a different storage facility they were two tweakers outside screaming at each other and punching the windows and throwing their stuff all over the place and my toddler had to get rushed into the vehicle so that we could get out of there as quickly as possible because they were literally fighting in the parking lot and I couldn't help but think well this is how it always goes here so what's new?

The manager, Matt, runs a great friendly business. Everyone is beyond helpful. (My last storage place was broken into, everything damaged, and not one "we're sorry".) I only hope I can find a similar unit in az. And, renting a truck was easy and fully explained by Alex. Best experience ever.

The staff was absolutely amazing hands down probably the friendliest people that I've ever worked with in customer service in my life and I'm 50 so that says a lot. Now let's talk about the rain and what happens to people when they try to come into the facility to put their nice dry things away it pours buckets on them at the door because you have no drain system there or your gutters are messed up I'm not sure but it was horrific that's about U-Haul not the people that work there.

Staff is fantastic, very helpful with all my needs. I was paying for storage space that was smaller than what I should have been getting. It was my choice. They should lower rates on that particular unit. As far as security once your in facility there's no alarm system that let anyone know that a storage unit opened up without particular authorisation. The facility yes, individual units no.

The people I interacted with were great. The hours were not as advertised. Online says 5am to 10. That's a joke. I couldn't get access to the building when I wanted. I would come before 8 on a weekend, locked. At 7 on a Sunday, already locked. The inside of the building was fine. The outside is a dump. People just leave stuff wherever and nobody picks up. Food and trash in the parking area constantly. The "free" area might as well be a dumpster. There were only a handful of parking spaces in front of the building. The U-box's were constantly in at least two if not more. I had two issues with my autopayment go through in the year I rented here. The first was annoying. The second was ridiculous, they couldn't even tell me why it was denied. And despite it being less than a week from the due date I had a $35 late charge (luckily waived by the great customer service) and denied access to my unit which had to be removed. Seems like there should have been some more courtesy warning and "failure to pay in X days will result in lock-out". The location was convenient and the staff nice, otherwise this would a 1-star.

Card reader does not work properly even when staff helps. Double opening door at 10am today did not open with card, code or employee code. Had to use code to get into walkin door. That is frustrating. Luckily uhaul has excellent employees who try really hard. For that I am thankful.

I set up automatic payments online then they didn't go through and I was charged a late fee, so then I called the office and set up automatic payments that way and then was charged a late fee *again* the next month. When I went to move out there were five people behind the desk, only one of whom was occupied on the phone, who couldn't be bothered to help me. The policy of not pro-rating after move out is also pretty bizarre. It's too bad that U-Haul is a monopoly without much competition. Matt was responsive and did a good job, but this is just a bad company.

Just make sure you double check your check out paperwork... the clerk accidentally moved out the unit next to mine, had to have it fixed since my units were still active. BUT super clean facility, super helpful, felt very safe with security. would recommend to anyone. go to hazel dell storage :)

I cannot describe how you basically saved my life by allowing me several extension on my rental. As far as the storage goes when I leave in the storage unit well you know you never know if you'll be back to get it the only take the things that I need and leave the rest you're somebody else that needs it now make sure that I leave the key in town so that I can donate items out of my storage lock up while I'm out of town. I pray that other follow and that the storage or people don't maybe killing this year off of everybody not to say that I wouldn't buy a few hundred. Not to say that I wouldn't Buy budget storage units cuz I would not to say that I wouldn't buy a bunch of storage units cuz I would and I probably will but I'll could do charitable service in donating it

called up to rent a storage unit for a 5' wide habitat that I got from work as well as a 1500 sq foot home and we went through 3 units (Not one time did they check the doors for proper access for me) assured me that each one that the habitat that I got would " FIT JUST FINE" so I unloaded the stupid thing trusting them at their word that it would fit ... it did not I was less than impressed, and due to the problems with the rental unit I had to leave the Habitat in the back of one of the rental box trucks (of which I was assured that I would only be charged one day because of all the hassles) I got charged for the full time (not just one day) and they never bothered to cancel my storage unit that I obviously would NOT be using since I couldn't get anything through the doors ... NOT HAPPY with this location at all ... will not now and will never rent from this location again.

I love the 24 hour access & climate control for my electronics and paintings I typically work all day so everything else is usually after 10pm I love all the cameras they make me feel like my stuff is safe.... As far as the company overall It used to be better...they rent to anyone now constantly finding garbage in donations have even found drugs a time or 2....and they fired their best employee....vince had great customer service skills and helped every chance he could

This is the worst uhaul facility I have ever experienced. Phones are rarely answered, you get the worst service from this place. Employees are rude. I rented a $19,95 truck, for a day only to find out it was for only 12 hours and the employee who rented it to me failed to tell me it had to be back by 8am the next morning and when I turned in the truck after I filled the gas tank which was not full to begin with, but the vehicle is parked on a slant so it appears the tank is full when it is not. Next week I will try and close my last storage unit with Uhaul and never use their services again.

My access was to be until 10 pm. I had moved quite a ways away and was trying to move out. I came in on a Sunday right at office closing (5pm) and my card wouldn't let me get in. I went to the office and the girl was rude saying they're closed and brushed me off. I said I have access until 10pm, even says so on my app. She just repeated "we're closed" I went BSCK to the storage facility as 2 employees were walking away, I asked for assistance and they flat out ignored me. Turned around and looked, then kept walking away. Luckily another guy came. He spoke with me a moment, looked at my app to see the time I had access, and fixed it from his phone. No one else even tried or gave me the time of day.

Impossible to call location office. Check in and out is annoying and does not help the security. Random people were in and out often without sliding a card. Northwest Self Storage is cheaper, more friendly and had better access and customer availability when calling the office. Also, was a climate controlled facility.

We truly had a great experience. We've used this location in the past for truck rentals and then our storage unit but times made it to where funds needed to saved and so we have had to squeeze stuff here at home but in the future I know where to go if we need storage again. The staff were professional and polite. However, I was not aware that you required extra phone numbers etc for the registration. As I had left my phone in the car and it was pouring rain I did not want to go retrieve it. I had no choice. It would be extremely nice if a FULL accounting of required information was listed in order to avoid confusion. Also, the 10x10 unit assigned to me already had a lock on it. I ended up with a 10x15 as that is what was available. I assume the charge will be for the assigned 10x10 unit as you were unable to provide the unit contracted for.

The very first day in their parking lot I got a flat tire because there was a CRACK PIPE and it popped my tire-on hand manager was not helpful AT ALL. I asked her to input automatic payments so I didn't have to think about the bill-she did not and I got a $20 late fee I didn't even know about. I went in around Early December and my container was locked and I couldn't access the building-had to walk to the office three different times and the boy there was not helpful-rude and when he finally went to unlock my storage after I had to walk back a fourth time he then apologized to my male friend who was there to help me unload AND NOT TO ME who's name is on the storage, I used my card to pay and HE SPOKE TO THE MALE FRIEND LIKE HE RENTED THE LOCKER. Apologized to HIM for wasting HIS time-and not to I who had to walk back and fourth and deal with this bulls$!t. 0/10 I didn't have a pleasant experience any time I went to this facility. And after I paid my late fee, the very next day I got a letter that said you'd waive the fee. I am so upset, still, half a month later.

The storage area was filled with stuff that people did not want and there was people sitting in furniture in the main entrance, I did not feel safe. The hours of access are not user friendly.

I chose this site due to its closeness to the freeway (when I moved to Vancouver). The service I received greatly depended on who I talked to (either on the phone or in person). I had used U-Haul Storage before in another city and had great experiences there, so I thought that it would be similar here, but I was mistaken. I realize that the staff were more than likely overwhelmed with a lot of customers, but a little bit of niceness would have helped a lot. The covid measures put into place just made it more awkward....where do you stand, and where do you move?

There was glass in the parking lot and my tire got popped. I have pictures, I am very unhappy about this. The guy who helped me to my storage was nice, the woman was not helpful and I am very dissatisfied with her service. At this point I would not recommend this storage facility to a friend.

I was not able to move in the day that I wanted to move in because my card did not work and then the next day I went to move in and they said they were closed at 8:00 and the gate closes at 10:00 and they said no that was wrong so I did not get to move in the second day the third day I did get to move in but I was told I owed them money and I was supposed to get a free month I don't know what happened I decided at that point I'm moving everything out because one it was on the second floor split level had to walk upstairs I am disabled cannot walk upstairs so I said forget it and moved out I am trying to get my money back for my month of insurance but I cannot figure out who to contact on that so I will be going to U-Haul tomorrow and asking them who to talk to.. just make sure you're not in a hurry because if you are it won't matter they are very short staffed and nobody knows what's going on in the buildings good luck.

I never would have thought I'd be crying out of frustration at a U-Haul until yesterday. I spent 3 hours here moving a 5x8 trailer load into a storage unit. This location is severely understaffed, most employees are not trained in all departments, and the technology is slow. I arrived and rented a 5x5' unit, which went smoothly for the most part. When we got most of our stuff down to the unit, we realized it was going to be too small. I went back to the office to upgrade to a larger size, had to wait about 45 min for a staff member who was knowledgable enough to help me. The "only employee who knows storage" (their words) was outside filling propane tanks and a line of other customers were assisted inside while I waited for her. Finally, another employee came and helped upgrade us into another unit. Great, ran back to the storage facility to help my partner move our stuff down the hall to that new unit. Only problem, the new unit was actually already taken by someone else. I went to the intercom system and asked why they sent me to an already occupied unit. Someone said they'd be down "in a minute" to help. Twenty minutes goes by, haven't seen anyone. I call back again and asked if they had meant this other unit that had the same numbers, just in a different order. They said yes and they'd be down "in a minute" to get me a new key. A man came and brought me my third key of the day and told me "if you need help, just use the intercom, since you know how to use it now". Except this time, the key didn't work. I hadn't waited for the other two keys to activate but now this key needed "5 to 10 minutes" to activate. At this point, 2 hours into being at U-Haul, you'd think a manager could override the system, just let me inside and get me to the correct unit? I've been waiting around all day, every time I asked for help someone was going to be "right there" or "in a minute". It was never that quick. My experience here was surprisingly poor. Some of the employees are nice but it doesn't make up for lack of training and staff. I believe that the employees mean well, but they do not have a great understanding of how to prioritize customers, or are too busy, I'm not sure. My issue could have been resolved in 5 minutes if the sole employee with storage knowledge came inside and helped me. I understand there were people waiting to get propane tanks filled, but my issue could have been resolved quickly with her help. Getting through a whole line of new customers, while I was waiting inside for help, does not make sense to me. I would prioritize fixing the issue with the customer that was here first. I would not be leaving this review if things had gone that way. No hard feelings, I think it's a difficult time for everyone, I am just disappointed in my experience here. Thank you for your time.

I needed to move my storage unit to a spot that was more accessible and it was no hassle at all. I believe the person that helped was Kaylen Andrews or something close to that. She about 5'6 with long blonde hair. She listened to all my concerns and made sure I was completely taken care of. On top of that she remained very kind during our conversation. To say the least, she was a delight to work with. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

My move in was not a good experience. The staff was amazing and helpful but my key card did not work and the system was not communicating so there was not any way to fix it. This card issue created major difficulty because we had hired movers to help us. They were paid by the hour and had to wait for other movers at the facility to let us in. Luckily someone else was moving in so they would help us by using their key card. The staff said it would work in about 15 minutes, but it didn't. I used the intercom at 15 minutes and they said to give it more time. At 30 minutes I tried to call them again and it was not answered. Finally, after an hour I tried again and they answered and although my key card still didn't work they were able to set the doors so that they would open when we walked up to it. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful. It was insanely busy in the store and they handled the tech issues well.

Key card never worked. Had to makemultiple trips to the iffice while the movers were on theclock waiting. Then despite the employees best efforts to get the door to stay open the doir would shut lockung us out. Spent over an hour dealing with uhaul issues. This cost me an extra 50 dollars in movers fee. The employees were great with great attitudes but the technical difficulties and added expense made the experience bad.

The facility seemed secure. However, other renters would leave their belongings in walkways and loading areas forcing us to ask them to make a path or move their stuff. The staff should monitor loading areas to ensure everyone is safe and room for all to load and unload. The staff at this Uhaul are nice in person, but do not follow up on verbal commitments. 1. We were verbally told one price, but charged $30 more for our unit. The manager, Matt, did nothing except offer to let us move out. 2. Upon closing one unit, the employee committed to emailing us a receipt and closing document. It didn't happen and we were charged for the next month. Another complaint is when a couple rents multiple units, an access card should be given to each. We were told this is not possible with your system. And,, finally, all fabric (clothing, furniture, rugs) stink as a result of being stored.

Really amazing customer service. The facility was busy, but the staff made sure to give each individual with their full attention. Cole was really great, she took a stressful moment and made it pleasant. I came in not knowing what I wanted and cole took the time to show me each option and answered all questions clearly. The units are very clean and come at a great price. Very happy with the service and unit I got.

It is not logical to have the bigger size units on top, they should be on the bottom where it is more convenient for bigger items, and have ramps instead of stairs, its easier on the clients.
