The restroom was acceptable, except for the toilet. Someone forgot or didn't care that it was a public restroom. They probably don't keep their home tidy. The staff was fantastic. I forgot my code to get in. So I took my driver's license & they reset it so I could get in to retrieve my belongings. Thank you so much

No way to get assistance with storage unit when the key pad isn't working. The after hour number listed, no one answers nor calls back. Not able to speak to a manager about issue. Horrible experience for my first time at this location.

You rented me a 10x10 unit that already belonged to someone else. Then told me you were out of 10x10 units so I had to get a 10x15 and you would not give me the 10x10 price for it. That is very frustrating and unprofessional.

The only comment I have is that, I only had 3 days left after my due date before I was moving out and ending my agreement. I asked was there a grace period or pro rate offered. I was told there wasn't any available programs and I had to pay for the full month even though I had all my things out of the storage unit.

My experience was great. I had 24hr access which was amazing. I was a few days late on a payment once and they worked with me. Also moved me out online aince I moved out the day my bill was due. Amazing experience.

The unit I rented #259 still had someone else belongings in the unit!! I had to keep a LOADED truck for 3 days and basically had to ask the Manager " what would you want and do in this situation? Terrible customer service.. I could go on and on but I won't…I definitely won't be back

The climate control part was hot, yet it is a big metal building and it's hot outside so everyone's AC is fighting to keep up but other than that everything is great so far.

They site manager is very unpleasant, rather rude and constantly complains about her job and having to do it. She's the reason we moved out and to another storage facility. If not for her we would gladly have stayed.

Only thing was nasty about the facility is people going into the bathroom and having bowel movements on the floor and wiping on the wall that was nasty but other than that it was okay in the lighting need to have a permanent light not motion lights all over it because it's hard to see when the motion light goes off and you're still in there but it does not see you in the little motion lights inside the storage areas the big ones

Because i was in hosp and couldnt make payment then went straight to nuring home they charged me late fee after late fee and refufed to work with me .until i lost my storage manger promise to give me cooler with my deceased sons pics in in and lied

There was a major water leak that destroyed all of my items, personal, military gear, awards, couch sofas beds, dryers, etc. my expectations for Uhaul was not remotely met. I hope I will get a fair offer to restore some sense of the lost I experienced.

No elevator up to the second floor was disappointing, especially since the sign in the lobby says, “…use of elevators…” and I had a lot of heavy items to store.

I think the staff was moving really slow. However, when I utilized the online services to request to move out. I still had about a week and a half to go. But Saturday the 6th I get a phone call from the manager asking had I moved all of my stuff out and if I didn't I would be charged for another month. The castleton location staff treated me horribly. I did not receive my confirmation call until after I tried to check into the castleton location after being denied a truck. All for the representative calling to say we overlooked your reservation. By this time I had reserved a truck at the Pendleton Pike location for 4pm 6 hours without a truck. My original reservation was for 10 am... I pick my truck up at 4pm and I reserved the 10 dolly for my washer and dryer and they were out. Worst move ever!!!!

Store is pretty dirty. Owen, the "owner" seemed as though he did not want to be there. The computer system was really slow. I checked in online and they said everything was good. I got to the store and nothing worked correctly. 35 minutes to rent a trailer. They also did not have the trailer that I had reserved. Making it a pain in the ass to place the trailer where I needed it.

Do not use ties to hold down the dolly because was accidentally hit with force and broke the twist and got charge because it was no longer attached and didn’t even use it but in all was great

This portion of the review is for the truck. 1) The cab leaks. the joint leaked during a rain storm and water ran down the drivers seat belt causing the driver to get wet. 2) the passenger side mirror did not have a set screw in it. once you started driving it would move and I was not able to see cars on the passenger side of the truck. can you imagine going through downtown Atlanta without mirrors....I did and it was VERY DANGEROUS. I was able to get tape from a rest stop, but it moved some with the tape.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady that help me to complete the rental process. Uhaul should look up the time sheet for the only representative at the time of my rental and congratulate her because she is good at what she does and is extremely helpful.

Owen was great installing our trailer hitch. He really did his homework to ensure that what we ordered online was what was best for our vehicle, and was able to clearly explain his reasoning for updates he made to our order - it even ended up cheaper than we originally planned! After a poor experience at the Castleton location where they refused to install the hitch, it was so great working with Owen and the rest of the team at the Lawrence location and they had no problem meeting our needs!

I reserved a 15ft truck and spoke with them at 10:30am that they had it. Pickup time was set for 11:30. We got there at 11:15 and thwy had given the truck that I had JUST CONFIRMED away forcing me to take a 26ft truck. I will never use this location again

Original pick up location was changed. Was given wrong address to the second location. Waited 2 hours in total to get my rental truck. The wrong mileage was entered at pick up. Charged wrong amount at drop off. Double charges once they fixed it. Really bad experience.

When someone reserves a truck 6 weeks in advance make sure you have it available or contact the customer beforehand and let them know. Also i declined the i insurance and signed saying i was responsible for damages yet i was still charged the $14 for it...not sure i will be using again
