Well, where do I start.....I can say that the General Manager is like a "family member" to me and my family! The outstanding service and friendship, has ALWAYS been above and beyond what I would ever expect from any business. I have leased many different units over these past years, everything is always clean and there was great access to the facility. I will miss the laughter and great conversations with the staff! "You'll be back" the GM said, and he is correct. I wouldn't go anywhere else because the level of trust and security of my belongings at the League City West Main facility surpasses all other locations! No other storage business could ever top this location! I highly recommend this storage facility for all your needs, I promise you won't regret it, ever!!

charryl wOnly issue I had when I returned the uhaul 26' (biggest one they have) was the other 4 returns had taken up any spots I could have potentially parked in. Maybe give a gate code to someone with a large uhaul rental so if that happens they have an option to park inside the gate. Thar would be my only recommendation but everything else was great.

Well here it is, y'all got your equipment back and I don't have the money on my card, which in turn outs me on the street. Had I been able to get my money back, I would've been able to maintain my hotel room. I am on a tight budget and your company fucked me good. Thanks I will never use your "service" again.

Fermin V | Expérience généraleAbsolutely terrible they allowed someone to clean out two entire storage units full of mine and my kids stuff and also allowed someone to break into my rv in broad daylight with multiple witnesses and didnt even bother to call the police And also evicted me from my rv spot without any regards to the texas state law on the eviction process and shut off my electricity while me and my kids were asleep and it was 90 degrees we all had heat exhaustion and mild heat stroke when i woke and it was over 100 degrees inside my house bryan the manger is a heartless inconsiderate lying self absorbed rude person and doesnt need to be kept as manager or even an employee he has done so many people so wrong I really just can’t believe that uhaul is just allowing this monster to continue to take advantage of so many people and not stand with your customers what ever happened to the customer is always right and put the customer first yall have really dropped the ball on this one and i will never again use uhaul or recommend yall to anyone ever again in fact i will warn everyone about what has been done to me so i can possibly save someone from becoming your next victim

Heather S | Online Move InThe overhead structural steel for the outdoor covered parking was very rusty and caused a significant amount of rust flakes to fall from the roof onto peoples stored items. If not caught quickly this will cause rust stains on peoples belongings, especially boats. The wash down stations available onsite do not work so it is a big inconvenience to try and store a boat here without somewhere to easily flush the motor or do a quick rinse. Other than that everything was as advertised.

I paid my rent for the last month but was able to get all my things out 3 days into the month. They would not refund me any money back for the other 27 days I would not be using the unit. It's ridiculous to charge for an entire month and not offer a partial payment back when they will now be able to rent the space to someone else. I will not be using this storage company again for that reason and will not recommend it to anyone else.
