Jake, manager, was great. Very professional and supportive of our needs. Website, not so much - 10x10 unit was indicated as available at this site. I reserved it weeks in advance, only to find upon arrival, that they only had two 5x10 units available. This was the website glitching, not the management of this site. The spacing is inadequate for our needs. We have no alternative, so will make do as best we can. I suggest UHaul develop some sort of high rise kits to allow customers to utilize at least part of the "air" space in these small units - like a storage bunkbed platform. I am disappointed in that the smaller spaces will not accommodate our furniture. I have no way to put the height of the unit to use. Despite that, the staff at this site were wonderful and helpful.

I was charged 3 times more than I am supposed to. The receipt added additional services without notice. I was not contacted before charging. It's super unprofessional and straight up cheating to take my money without consent. I will never ever recommend UHaul. The staff seem to be sneaky in charging additional fees.

This location was fine. And the customer service was good. This location had to correct a mistake that their headquarters/traffic department/ main booking department (whatever you want to call it) had made. I made the reservation online and received confirmation. Day of pickup the vehicle I reserved was not at the requested location and was not available at the time I had booked. Someone in charge of my online booking decided to change the location and time of pickup and decided to not inform me of those changes. Not cool, U-Haul.

The only problem I saw had to do with office staffing. There were 2 of them most of the time, which were all the positions for assisting customers. Dealing with contracts takes quite a a bit of time so the wait could be lengthy even for more minor matters. Phone calls were usually referred to the national help line but for some things such as pulling a U-Box to pack, national could only leave a message. Most of the time that worked

Just wanted to say using the app was a cool experience, checking in and dropping off was smooth and easy… I'd say to help the next customers make it a little more clear where to park the truck when returning after hours , I figured it out wasn't a big deal, but It can maybe confuse some… Also the drop box for the key return after hours was totally different from the picture on the app.. BUT we figured it out, not an huge deal but might confuse some..Other than that the app is really convenient and fun to use ! Thanks so much… Stu

Ubox experience was fantastic. Didn't need recommended # of Uboxes because loading help was able to fit everything in 1 rather than 2 Ubox containters. The trunk rental experience was phenomenal. Turns out I booked the truck for the wrong Uhaul location. The location where I booked the truck was kind enough and able to have the rental moved to the location where we were unloading my ubox. Thank you, Uhaul! Every experience with you have been top notch!

When I picked up my rental boxes (the plastic ones with the lids) the employee just pulled them off of the stack and put them on the floor and said "there you go" they did not help me move the boxes to my car or give me a dolly to use for just 5 min. Love that they have parking though!

Customer service agents were very rude and condescending. I originally had a unit and a truck rental on March 4th 2024 - but had a family emergency and called and canceled my truck rental only, expecting my locker rental was still in effect. Then I made a reservation for Friday morning for a truck rental, only to find out when I arrived at 9:30 in the morning waiting more than half an hour to be seen that not only did I not have a truck reserved but I also did not have a storage locker reserved that I had already paid for. The customer service agent who helped me that morning was very nice and respectful and got me a truck and a locker asap took me to my locker, set up my pass card to get into the building etc… very happy with him, however when I returned 4 hours later with a full truck we unloaded it with no problems, BUT I had gone to my bank and got a statement showing that I was charged approximately $135 on March 4 th, for an account that was not recognized when I got there this morning -- so I payed twice!!! I brought the statement into the store expecting a reasonable explanation of just an overlap and a refund for the March 4th charge - I was met with rudeness and told to be quiet, and that I couldn't talk to a manager, get a manager number, or a district manager name and number. Meanwhile, there was a line behind me so I felt bad for them, so I sat down and calmly asked for them to show me what I had been charged for. They showed me todays charge but not March 4th - which has clearly been decigram my checking account and I showed them the statement- they said it was the "banks problem ". Called my bank immediately they confirmed the charge was deducted. I am happy with the location of the facility as well as the rented locker, but I'm very very upset with the lack of professionalism by the stores employees, plus then my card key was deactivated!!! My friend who was helping me move got the card key situation under control apparently. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who expects a high level of customer service - or simply even polite people working there.

I reserved my truck for 24 hours with pick up being at 1pm. I got there at 1pm and had to wait 15-20 minutes just to be helped and me leaving with the truck by 130. However this location double booked the truck I reserved and said they needed back by 12 once I showed up to get the truck. I returned the truck at 12:25 which was still under the 24 hours I was told I'd have the rental but the staff was very short and rude with me because THEY made a mistake and double booked and they had customers waiting for the truck for 20 extra minutes. I'm also a paying customer who's time was not considered in the same way and I feel like it may have been racially motivated as I am a young black man and they were all older Caucasian people. They would not make eye contact with me while speaking and were very short with me. They let me know they would be charging me for being late and to not come back to their location. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone let alone return for any type of services

The mover sent to help with unloading did an amazing job of getting everything into my place. We was super hard working and the brief conversations we had showed that he's trustworthy and has integrity (increasingly rare in this world, honestly). He was also really courteous about not blocking other residents with the moving truck. I think his name is Cornelius. The company was Local Boys Movers.

Overall my experience was very good. It was difficult understanding the invoices and receipts, and specifically why there were three separate invoices/receipts. However, Patrick McGettrick explained why and it was made much easier. My UBox arrived at its destination late, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was refunded money for each day it was delayed. Beyond those two items, everything was very simple and everyone I encountered (whether in person or on the phone) was very pleasant.

The computer system must be quite imperfect. I was told that the account was under my ex-wife's name. And that I could not access the goods without her permission. The clerk even contacted the manager. They sent off an email to the customer action file team and the reply was that there was nothing I could do.I called the original U-Haul in Everett, and was advised that the account was under my name. I was routed to the corporate office, and they said the same thing. They called the manager at the Linwood office and found out that my account was paid for by me and that the account showed that I had access to it. Then I finally got the box to be delivered but received a phone call that the box was going to be delivered the next day and they couldn't do anything about it. I had to check my confirmation email and called the uhaul back to correct them.

Honestly, everyone was so kind to me. I didn't intend to get a storage. I thought my move would be seamless but when it turned out I needed help. This U-haul location was here. They were attentive and kind. They were honest with me and helped me through a really rough time. I am grateful for the employees here. If I ever need a storage again I will come here. I will always recommend this place.

The equipment was not well maintained, call boxes on floor 2 didn't work, minimal parking for moving in/out of storage units, and the lack of support staff. Regarding equipment - The driver-side door had its lock exuding from the door itself like someone could easily break it off. Regarding call boxes - I tried calling the front office for assistance and used 2 of the call boxes that I could around my unit on floor 2. Either no one was there to answer the call (see issue 4 around inadequate support staff) or the call boxes didn't work. Regarding storage parking - There were two U-Hauls taking up 2 of the 7 available moving spaces: one looked to be a police evidence one and the other was just parked there for 3 days that we saw. Not sure why at least the one that wasn't police evidence couldn't be moved. Regarding staff - there was only one person in the office checking in/out vehicles, helping customers in-store, answering phones, etc. There were 3 returns that in itself almost went out the driveway because the staff couldn't keep up and understandably so. I would expect at least 2 to 3 people working there.

I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Everything was prompt or early. Customer Service was top notch. I got the best price (no hidden costs). Everyone I dealt with from the first day I called for a quote to drop off and then delivery was female. I expected this to be a male dominated industry. All of these women were fully competent. Everyone had a smile. This move from Seattle to the Phoenix area has been life changing for me. Your company made it so easy.

Great facility, well kept, well stocked, helpful staff. Man door to storage area sticks. It doesn't lock unless you pull it shut. This means that it is probably always open, since most people won't do this.

So I have had the storage unit for about 5 years now. I was moving out of the storage unit 11/24 when I arrive to the facility and all the parking spots were taken up. The parking spots for cars and also the parking spot for larger trucks(where you can load and unload your items conveniently) were all being used. I was not expecting that it would be busy the day after Thanksgiving but I was wrong. The truck loading area had 3 spots for larger trucks. 2 of the spots were taken up by Uhaul trucks but with that being said there was 2 Uhaul trucks backed in to the spot back to back So the there was actually 4 Uhaul trucks in 2 of the parking spots that were for larger loading jobs out of the 3 spots that they have available. The third spot had a car in it. Let me say first I was in a Penske 12ft truck not because I wanted to use Penske but Uhaul didn't have any vans available for rent so I went to Penske because they did, just to find out day of move that they did not have the smaller van that I originally wanted so they offered a truck at a discounted rate when compared with Uhaul at that time was cheaper. - I Digress With no where to park we parked in what I would think was a Uhaul spot for trucks that are waiting to be rented and no one to ask I walked in to the shop and ask someone behind the desk ( there were at least 3 people behind the desk at this time- 2 of them were helping people.) where should I park this 12ft truck to load my items. I was told at this time to park next to the fire hydrant which was closer to loading spots but it would of been in the way of other trucks and cars coming in so we just parked in the spot where we originally parked and went along with emptying the storage unit. There was plenty of trolleys to use so three of my friends and myself grabbed them and was able to empty storage unit with in minutes, and I go into store to tell them I'm moving out. Which was easy and fast, but while I wait for my receipt I over hear a customer stating her concerns that why isn't there any parking at this time. I hear this older lady say she lives in a 500 hundred square ft in law suite and this storage unit is where she places all her extra items and that she had been here for years and that she has never had a problem getting parking. ( I have also been here for years and also have never had a problem) I then hear the staff member behind the desk state " management has told us to park in the parking spots and if the space was needed they were told to then move their(staff members) cars." When I walked into the shop originally looking for parking not one person that sat behind the desk offered to move their car but I was shown somewhere else to park by staff member which i felt was not a safe place to park. I felt for this lady and her legitimate concerns. I also felt that they could have noticed this lady having to use the ramp with all her items managing her stuff going down the hill and at that time move their car then but nothing was done on their part. Turns out they were not busy they just limited where people who have units can park to one which was inconvenient to the one person who was there to use it at that time. I was able to manage moving my items but I also had help from friends this lady was by herself. I don't understand why Uhaul even had 4 Uhaul trucks sitting there not being used with one loading lane which that lady was using, and staff were taking up the other parking spots , But hey I'm not meant to understand everything. Storage unit was always easy to use, clean, well lighted I always felt safe using it. Had limited interaction with staff members so I can't really say a-lot about that, besides yesterday's encounter.

I had lost my job back in May when my child had attempted to end her life so I am super grateful to this facility for not auctioning my life away when I wasnt able to pay. Not only did they allow me to move my stuff out but they offered me a deal that was too good to be true. I definitely would rent here again when I am able to make the monthly payments. No complaints for the North Lynnwood Uhaul.

Although the storage facility itself deserves a high rating, the guy in the office was extremely rude. He is not friendly in anyway. For that reason alone I wish I had gone somewhere else. You'll know when you encounter this guy, he's got dark brown hair, glasses and a condescending, cocky attitude. I'm not sure why he works in customer service at all.

After being a customer since 2013 I received a call that we were 32 days past due on rent when we have always had automatic withdrawal for our monthly rent. The lady that called me said I don't know what to tell you we don't have your card on file and we show you moved in on 9/4/23. Um what?! We have been there since 2013 you can look at our ledger that shows we have been there that long and had automatic withdrawal for our rent. She had no record of this and now I'm receiving a move in survey so we are very concerned that our belongings were removed. We will be there as soon as we can to remove our belongings.

Access to the platform to load or unload was at most times challenging. The spots were filled with uhaul trucks of all sizes when there was an overflow of trucks on site. Elevator way to slow. Customer service was sub par. Parking of any kind was difficult

I had a 5x10 room reserved at this location on the app - or so I thought. When I arrived to this location on move-in day, I was told that the app doesn't work because the staff at this location don't have a sufficient system for keeping track of which units are occupied or not. Which seems silly - seems like a pretty important part of running a storage facility. Anyways, the staff member was nice and offered me two storage units of a smaller size, but this was not feasible with my furniture shapes. They were not helpful in providing alternative solutions outside of this, and seems quite confused about the process overall. Possible that they were a new employee, though they didn't say so. I ended up securing a unit with a different storage facility. But what's most frustrating is that I was driving a U-Haul truck so I was paying for gas. I wish there were a sort of reimbursement or consolation for folks whose reservations aren't honored day-of.

The staff was courteous, calm, and very efficient. I stood in line and watched how the staff responded to the customers. Many people were in line for service. Some of the staff would take the time to come and ask customers in line if they had a reservation or needing packaging or other materials. This was more efficient, in my opinion, to help move customers and deliver more services to the customers. I observed these staff members working together as a team; which helped the customer experience better service. I also observed the staff asking questions if they needed help serving their customers. I felt that the respect the staff showed to each other, reflected back to the customers.

This location has been so helpful. There was a slight glitch, and they had everything resolved to my satisfaction. I have used them twice now, and the service was excellent both times. The staff weren't afraid to ask questions to their peers, and it was good to see the staffing working together as a team. The respect they showed for one another reflected back to the customers. Je les recommande chaudement. I also recommend you book what you need in advance, the early morning line is usually long, and sometimes they run out of what you want!

Well for starters no two people had the same information about monthly payment. Theres a large sign saying 1 month free when you rent a truck, one employee told me yes it was fine if I had a uhaul from another facility, another employee told me no and there was no manager on site. Next I parked my car when trying to unload and the male employee, long hair, wearing a cowboy hat told me A BLACK WOMAN, "don't park here, because monkey see monkey do". When I told him that maybe he shouldn't call black women monkeys, he just laughed. Awful experience and I won't be using this storage much longer.

1. Long wait in lines 2. Ordered a large storage unit went to the unit after loading carts and going up to 3rd floor and it was already rented to someone. Then was given 2 small units not next to each other because they didn't have anymore Large units (but at least same hall) but the 2 small ones isn't even the same size of the large put together (I measured) Had to wait in another long line again btw. While Kaine the "owner" was helping me, someone else came and told the same guy who made the mistake to help me because Kaine was desperately needed. But I didn't want the help of the guy who made the mistake. No remorse either by him but he's probably right about it being the computer. Oh and one of the lady workers was being disrespectful to the manager in front of customers. I don't know what happened before but when I came in it was a lil tense and now uncomfortable for everyone who heard and saw the ordeal 3. Went in to tell them I can't fit my stuff as I originally ordered a large and Philip (I think was his name) was not helpful as he was the one that made the mistake by giving me someone's else's unit. I told him I need another unit and I would like it free of charge (I thought it was fair given the situation but I admit it was asking a bit much especially with this staff) He told me he gave me 2 units free as if he was doing me a favor so I just asked for a manager 4. Kaine was definitely helpful giving me the 3rd free and being kind but I can tell he's way over his head there and I think he just needs training to manage his team and store better. It looks like this location threw these untrained employees there and said "good luck figuring things out" 臘‍♂️ Anyways I was able to finally leave, after returning the truck (after waiting in another line of course) 4 hours later  (wasn't all their fault as I had to load a 20" truck but the lines and giving me wrong unit and then 3 different units not next to each other but close didn't help) I'm done 

I was rented a unit that was already occupied. I had help to move things into storage; however, when we came to the storage unit was locked and the office was closed. We ha e to keep the truck for another day and I have no help to put things into storage! I am 70 years old and how can they expect a disabled senior be left with no help and the wrong storage unit!?

Even as I am typing this, I am standing at the uhaul on 145th and highway 99 in Lynwood Wa. It is 10:45 , one employee, 16 people in line. Philip was rude racist. One of the problems was there was no communication between the employees. Alex set us up after Philip jerked us around. Two tour 65 yr old veteran. Someone please call me. (316)992-8033

Absolute nightmare experience here. Came to load a U-Box container after spending 2+ hours loading it in 90 degrees and driving almost an hour to get there. When we arrived, we were told "their warehouse was closed" so we could not access the UBox, but we were there 2 hours before closing. Absolutely NOWHERE is it posted that their warehouse closes at 5. I checked all emails, google, uhaul websites, even my contract. When the GM was contacted, he in a matter of seconds basically said "too bad" and there was nothing they could do. Ended up needing to leave the truck there overnight and return (almost an hour away) to load it into the ubox the next day. Had to rehire help to come again a second day (after paying an hour the day prior just trying to get this situation resolved - none of which was spent unloading the truck). Then drive to return my truck, then BACK to Lynwood store (in a $75 Uber) then drive my car BACK to the city where the truck was picked up. Because this was yet another way they were unable to remedy this. Not to mention it's Mother's Day. I've now spent 4 hours today finishing up a job that could've very easily been done in the hour we wasted in the store yesterday being told there was nothing that could be done. Overall, this costed me 2 additional hours of help ($100), a $75 Uber, and roughly $20 in additional gas making additional trips to Lynnwoood and back from seattle - so a little over $200. Not to mention the additional 4 hours spent finishing this up on Mother's Day. Kaine did the best he could with the situation but this was abismal. Uhaul needs to make this right. Or at least make your "warehouse hours" visible somewhere if they are different from your store. And communicate with your customers paying you over $1000 what time they are able to use your services.

Front desk guy with glasses was very rude when giving instructions… When I had gotten to my unit the alarms went off because we were not given clear instructions from this man… When going back down to the desk to ask again what we had done wrong?? He mocked us and proceeded to tell us again what we needed to do, but this time with a rude tone of voice as if my boyfriend and I are stupid or incapable?? I'm sorry but last time I checked you're working in costumer service… and your attitude and actions show me that you need to be retrained…. The other gentleman who was on staff was amazing! I had a lot of plans fall through during my move and this is my 3rd 1-way move in 3 years. I've never enjoyed the process but even though I had a million things going on, Garrett, Julius and Enrique really went above and beyond and helped me make the process as simple as possible and assisted me even when they could've said no. I really appreciated their help and I definitely recommend dealing with your move and storage needs with them!

I was overwhelming impressed with the facility and the staff. The General Manager, Alexander, was so informative and knowledgeable about all of the U-Haul services and products. He was also amazing with his team! Christopher helped me meet my needs and was extremely patient with me and all of my questions. Even after completing my rental, I was offered help if needed. I would have to say that this was the easiest, less stressed, and pleasing rental experience that I have had to date!

Jaime was excellent to work with. Pleasant and helpful. North Lynnwood U-Haul is near our house with very easy access. Now that they have additional space to the south of them for some of their rigs, it is SO much easier to get in and out. Everyone was awesome to work with. Both with the renting of our unit and trucks, as well as working with us on the financial end. We were there much longer than planned (3 years vs 1 year), and they were with us every step of the way. I highly recommend this facility: for the storage, rental of vehicles, purchasing of any supplies, and the awesome team of personnel. Merci.

The front desk staff that assisted me last Aug 20 wasn't happy to assist customers arriving 20mins before closing. He deliberately showed us how inconvenient for him to assist customers that late, though technically he should be working 'til the last of his shift and should be expecting to extend beyond his hours at times given the nature of his work as front staff. I called prior and he was very sarcastic answering questions. I believe your staff should know why they're there and the nature of their job is. I drove all the way from Texas to Washington and that kind of service is what I got. One thing more, you guys should advise us customers if the facility you're directing us to has a storage unit if you presented that as part of the deal. I was directed to U-Haul Everett thinking they have storage when in fact they didn't, I even witnessed another of your staff there getting frustrated with another staff right in front of us customers. The handy guy not the manager was helpful enough to direct us at Lynnwood and when we got there, there goes another experience. You've got serious problems with your staff here in Washington, seems like they don't like what they're doing and I guess your company needs to sort them out. Facility wise it's ok, clean and accessible, no problems with it. Pls do something about your staff, very unprofessional.

The staff I have met at any U-Haul facility are excellent. U-Haul just has some systems problems that it needs to work to overhaul. One example is regarding partial month rent when warranted and the other was a major problem at another U-Haul facility when they were unable to deliver a long planned move and with a last minute notification, caused a potential disaster of a situation. The wonderful staff worked it out for an alternate plan but it was one of the most stressful situations I have ever had to face.

To start off my experience with this location Danielle, the GM, called me saying she doesn't have the 6x12 trailer I reserved because she didn't want to give me what she had for the length of time I needed it. She then sends me from Lynnwood to Kenmore for the trailer. Which, when you ask her she swears she has nothing to do with my contract and my reservation was never at her location it was at a different one. Which is entirely incorrect. I would love for someone to listen to the audio recordings of her calls to me. She also called me to verify the storage unit I needed and said it's available and ready for when I arrive. Well, when I arrived I found out she had canceled my reservation and had given the unit to someone else with the excuse of "you reservation isn't valid until you're here in person." So what reason does one need to make a reservation if it's not going to be honored even after they call to confirm it's available and ready for move-in?! Well, when I was at the location to get checked in Danielle ends up being the one to setup my check in and do my contract. Which this was an entirely unpleasant situation too. She kept stopping what she was doing to walk off and help other customers just leaving me at the counter without even saying so much as "sorry" or "excuse me." No respect or manners at all for the fact that she was assisting me. On top of the fact that Danielle swears she has nothing to do with my contract yet the contract says otherwise, not to mention the video recording from when I was in the location. I also was never allowed to sign the contract and when I mentioned this she said it didn't matter, which I know isn't correct. So, then I get to the point of not wanting to give any of my money to U-Haul ever again because I'm owed over $600, I make an agreement with Danielle to get my things out and not pay the recent months rent. As my girlfriend and I are trying to get my things out the rest of Danielle's staff decides that they are going to harass my girlfriend for money every time she goes into the office to get the alarm disarmed because Danielle refused to activate my swipe card to give me access to my unit to remove my things. She made us go in the office to get it disarmed. Which was an entire ordeal. Jessica, the assistant manager, is by far one of the most foul humans to deal with too. She was extremely rude to my girlfriend every time she was in the office. She flat out refused to disarm the alarm and said we had no choice but to set it off and deal with the noise. Which to a disabled veteran with tendinitis like myself those alarms are dangerous and damaging to my physical health. I've had a migraine since 2/16 from those alarms going off several times for extended periods of time. All of this is for certain not how U-Haul wants their company represented I'm sure. I do know that the attorney I've hired is very much on top of filing the lawsuit to retain all of the email, phone, and video records of my experiences with U-Haul to get all my money back I am owed as promised by this company and we are pressing charges for the harassment and abusive nature of the employees.

Phillip was the employee that helped me, and he's the reason why I would recommend coming to this location. His customer service was literally the best. Made my first time renting out a storage a breeze and he's just an overall great person from just that one time experience.

Where do I start…. I reserved a 6x12 trailer at this location, including having a storage unit. Well I got a phone call from someone at the location saying they didn't want to give me the trailer they did have on lot however if I wanted to go to another location 30 minutes away they have one for me. Due to not wanting to deal with not having the trailer I reluctantly took the option available. They didn't tell me it was just a dealer at some tiny little market in the middle of nowhere. Which was massively inconvenient for me in every way possible. Then, a few days later I get a call to confirm the storage and size I needed, with being told it would be available for me and I was very clear about the days possibly moving. I was told it wasn't an issue. However, it became an issue. My reservation was canceled and the size unit I needed became unavailable. Which the manager told me, "making a reservation doesn't guarantee availability." Then why on earth was I called and confirmed for unit and size?!?! Why was I told it would be available?! This isn't even everything that happened regarding U-Haul. This is just the one location. The dealer even messed up in allowing me to tow a trailer without having the cables to connect the lights. Which I would love to get reimbursed for. Doesn't include the previous U-Haul location accusing me of stealing equipment that didn't belong to them, as well as not giving refunds promised. I was told by customer service that someone would contact me in up to 3 days and it's now been over 5. I will keep bringing this to U-Haul attention until someone does something.

The people where I returned my U-Haul and and stored my belongings were wonderful however my books my U-Haul there were a lot of problems also driving up here and getting in contact with someone at U-Haul to help me with these problems was a nightmare and I have tried to call someone from customer service and have not been able to get ahold of anyone I've tried a couple of times and up on hold for more than 20 minutes each time very dissatisfied with that matter fact I'm angry with everything that happened and still would like to talk to someone

I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. Everything was always clean and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful, including the Manager Matt Sun who helped me through a number if situations I had by being flexible and willing to work with me. I liked how easy it was to rent a unit online, but the instructions as to how to get in weren't very clear and the place smelled like urine and some other chemical. I couldn't leave my stuff there for fear of that stuff getting into my things, especially the smell.

I booked a large storage space online and confirmed it with the Uhall corporate office. However, when I arrived at the facility, They not only did not have my reservation, they didn't even have any large storage spaces available. The counter rep was rude and did not offer any help. As a result, I was forced to get a small space to unload my current truck, but was unable to continue my move. I was then forced to get a space as Public Storage, and in effect had to have two storage facilities for 2 months. Terrible coordination with the Uhall corporate reservation system and poor customer service. I will never use Uhall again as Public Storage was cheaper and more professional

Access should be 24 hours; not after I've been a customer for a long period of time. I was granted access right before 10pm and then locked out afterwards.. quite problematic Owner helped me back trailer in and was very helpful.

We drove in a Uhaul truck for 9 hours for this move. As time was getting tight, we called the office to understand how we could get into our unit If we arrived after hours. We were told that they couldn't help us and that we needed to go online. We skipped all other stops and arrived at 4:57 - three minutes before the office closed. As I walked in the office manager told one Employees to lock the door before anyone else came in. Then he proceeded to tell me that he could not help me and that I needed so go online. I stood in front of the man and stumbled through the online experience. I received my access code and went outdoors to the keypad. The code did not work. I went back to the office and knocked on the door. I told the manager that the code wasn't working. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that rather than using my security code, I could just wait until one of the others moving in opened the door. He said that without the security code at the front door, and alarm would go off when I opened our unit, but to just ignore that - it would go off in 10 seconds. The only person at this location who helped was Jade. After the day manager left, she came out and helped us with the security code and gave us their cell number for text questions. I have security concerns about this location. Your office manager is a very poor representation of the company. He is a deterrent and I would warn people to use one of the many other storage options in the area.

We were helped by a manager at the facility. He was very helpful but we ran into problems with a unit that was locked that shouldn't be. He said he would give us a month free because of the Hassle. But at the end of our visit I realized that he didn't know what he was doing ( not to mention also on prescription drugs because of a surgery and at work...). He could not finish our transition that day for some reason and said that I would get a call the next day to finish the transaction and it will be all set. I never got a call. I have a busy schedule so this is not something that is top of my priority. He said he would get it fixed for me and yet he never did. A week passed and I didn't get a call so when I had time I would call into the store but no one would ever pick up. My boyfriend tried calling as well and would be sent to an external number. We then received late fee because we didn't pay our bill but that wasn't our fault. The only reason we got this issue solved was because we drove all the way back to the uhaul store and talked with the guy who was supposed to fix this issue weeks ago! This was the worst customer service I have ever experience. First off, your employees should not be working if they are on medication and supposed to be home recovering. He probably messed this whole situation up because he wasn't thinking straight. This has been a very poor experience. I am upset that I could not even get ahold of a single employee who works at this location on the phone, I had to drive all the way back when I was told I wouldn't have to and it would be worked out. I am very very disappointed and do not see myself recommending this location to anyone I know. I have never had this bad of customer service at any other uhaul location.

The only place to access a ramp is always blocked by signs and advertising trailer making it near to impossible to back a trailer in. The storage and return vehicles constantly blocks access to ramps especially low ramps convenient for trailers.the back entrance is always blocked by a truck preventing you from coming in from the other side which would make it somewhat easier to back trailer in. When you do get backed in return trucks constantly block your egress and it is difficult to get an employee to move them. When a load was getting away from me on a truck an employee refused to help and let my load fall over then refused to give be me a hand righting it. Another person at the loading dock actually helped me. Staff was constenty dismissive and slow. There is not enough staff for work load. A couple times homeless in facility asking for access to the bathroom. Definitely not impressed with the lack of customer service especially for the exorbitant rates charged.

I was very happy with my experience. The gentleman who helped me rent the storage was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The storage unit was clean, and I appreciated being able to use the pushcarts provided to move my things.

You can never get a place to load, you park your uhaul trucks in the loading area. Your staff is rude and you are unable to manage direct payments. I would not recommend this self storage..

Having to earn the trust over the first several months, as stated by the friendly staff, to gain the "priviledge" of 24hr access (as advertised, ironically) was a testament of the #U-Haul corporations lack of belief in the herd values of the community. I'm a swing shift employee and found it rather irritating that, due to #U-Haul and their view of this community, I have to earn 24hr access, on an unknown scale of trust. The rates are... OK at best. The employee I dealt with was a very good person and helpful. *They will treat the space as if 12' in ceiling height is useable space.. just saying.

The Facility staff was very nice. I do not recommend services such as this. However the average rating is primarily due to a poor experience with a central service center pushy attendant that would not allow for my prior knowledge of this U haul facility but instead trying to force a process hat was not helpful to me.

The normal access hours for storage could be longer inline with other facilities. 10pm normally. The alarm that sounds throughout facility periodically is downright dangerous. Affects my Tinnitus.

The wiper blades were horrible and the heater fan made a shrieking loud noise. Wiper blade should always be replaced. Not to do so is a dereliction. Mid-winter they should be inspected. Safety First.

This uhaul is the best one around, I've used them for moving trucks and vans, and have used self storage a few times. They are very helpful, and sometimes give little discounts (late move out etc)
