Poor decision making at least they need to encourage people to make a payment plan to pay off there pass bills before you sold someone property for less than $130 dollars and expect the owner off the property to pay off the remaining balance totally unfair at least give an eviction notice and pay off some amount to move out

I couldn't find my unit and didn't get help from that office because it was not open even though it says it is open from 9am to 1pm. Called the General manager several times no answer. I had to go to another location to get help.

I fell behind and called and called to make payments arrangements never could I get thru I talked to the person who was the head lady and she called and couldn't get thru as well she left a message for the supervisor as what she told me and he was suppose to call me back in which he didn't I went to the office on Morse Rd and they wouldn't work nothing out either they said I had to pay 400 to catch up smh I tried saying let me pay y'all at least 150 every two weeks that way I could pay it off but no!! Listen I don't work Im on a budget social security I could at least get help that way but they wouldn't work with me or bend a little so the end game they suppose to have aution my things off and had the nerve to call me to tell me bout the auction like if I couldn't get the 400 bucks how was I going to the auction

Facility described as "24 hour access" but there was no mention of the additional steps required to get a key card in order to actually access the facility after hours. I showed up at 11pm with a car full of my belongings only to find that I was locked out and had no way to access my unit. Extremely frustrating.

It all comes down to customer service. If there was a problem or a concern with the website, you should not have to wait 45 minutes in order to speak to someone. I went through this same hassle. And the person I talked to truly acted like I was stupid to have questions. I will never use this service again.

I love how secure this particular location is despite where it is located within the city. Over 8 years using the facility and never had any issues. I did miss having someone physically working on location though- the folks that used to work at the location were always so friendly. I will definitely be back!

The storage it self was ok however the staff is horrible my storage was on Cleveland Ave Columbus Ohio and the place where I had to rent it is on Morse Rd and the staff there is horrible and slow as Molasses. Terrible customer service. Faible

The Staff At 2980 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 was very nice, and informative. The problem was the communitication. When I was given one location for a storage unit (3850 Cleveland Ave) and not informed by customer service rep That I would have to check in at one location, (Morse Rd) then I would have to come back to Morse Rd to return Truck and Trailer. Alot of confusion, frustration, and information on the procedure not communication.

The office was never available and when you called they would pickup the phone and hangup. This happened ALL the time not just once. There was a falling ceiling that had wasp flying in and out and screws that went through the wall. I took the day off work to meet their person who failed to show. The grounds were dirty and my unit was infested with spiders, stink bugs, and wasp. Inasked them to treat yet no one ever showed up as we scheduled. The rent increased for no reason, the unit was an outdoor unit non-climate controlled. The staff was rude and not very customer friendly when I had to go to the office which was NOT on-site. The prices displayed were not where the office was on Morse Rd. but down the road on Cleveland. That is intent to mislead and false advertisement. I moved to a unit that is the same size, inside, clean, no bugs for a fraction of what U-haul charges. I would not recommend I will tell others, like your other tenants that asked me why leaving. to go where I am as it is way better and much more reasonable in price and above all CLEAN AND FREE OF INFESTATIONS and climate controlled.

First off i have not had this unit since March 16, 2021 so your date of June 21 is completely incorrect. The manager Karen and I from your Morse Road location had constant discrepancies with one another, therefore way back in March it was decided that i would vacate the unit and she had given me a reasonable amount of time to do so. I can provide proof of the vacate date if need be. I would prefer this not be on my credit history as delinquent, so please let me know what or if you need anything from me in order to change the actual vacate date in your records. It wasn't lighted in the unit but the lighting in the hallways were great. Having a wheeled cart to use was great. I was not able to get in my unit once because doors allegedly frozen and no other way to my storage when I really needed it. However, U haul staff gave me a discount fir my inconvenience which I appreciated. I current have a bigger unit.

Was not told that we needed to use a special lock. They put one on without notifying us so when our daughter showed up to get our things there was a lock on the unit that we could not open. So she could not get our things. We are from out of town so this really messed up our plans. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful and poorly trained. Also very long lines. And U-Haul customer service line is a joke.

The main problem I had-and the reason I moved to a new location was my payments would get posted after the due date, incurring a late charge. I would mail the payment a week ahead, I would sent it *Certified* mail which showed the delivery date on the receipt, and continually get charged. Columbus postal system or slow office handling??? Finally just gave up.

I reserve a Uhaul only to show up at 7am and the 25/7 share service line dropped two time . A representative finally called me back and helped me set up an account and the code on the lock did not work after 1 hour I wanted to change locations to the one on Morse . This was an inconvenience and I will never rent a Uhaul unless I am able to check in with a representative in person .

The people who worked with me at pickup and drop-off were extremely friendly and helpful, and the truck I borrowed was in very good condition! The location was also convenient. It seemed like customer parking was limited, but maybe I was expected to park somewhere else?

The location requires you to go into the office and retrieve the key and ask where the truck is parked behind locked gate...very inconvenient.

The man that was working at the time (I can't remember his name) was AWESOME. He was very courteous and helpful, and I overheard him working with a couple of other customers also. I was totally impressed by how respectful he was of everyone.

The vehicle smelled of smoke and shuddered when driving. The on site worker was pleasant during our interactions, however, he stood outside smoking as we were checking in.

"What can we do to improve for the next customer?" I am at a loss to suggest anything, Fast courteous service, everything worked great and no problems. Rented a 15' truck for 24 hrs and spent 19 of those hours moving... Dropped off the truck and was out of there and heading home in less than 2 min.

The manager at this location should get a raise because he's so kind,friendly and respectful. When returning the truck he had a line big enough for a football field but he managed it very professional and got everybody served and happy. I will always use this location. Not a full service location, so I could not rent pads, but the truck was clean and ready to go, and ran well. The people here were very friendly and polite.

The woman working on the day of my experience was an absolute delight! She was incredibly sweet, positive, and always smiling... and when I returned the truck, she was assisting an elderly couple in moving items into their locker... she helped make my Uhaul experience incredible

The representative helping me was busy talking to other people in the lobby and not focused on my transaction. They ended up putting the miles in wrong which almost created a hassle for me on the return. Prior to picking the truck up, I called to confirm my order, since I was called and told my original location did not have the equipment I needed for my move. The first representative seemed like she was drunk or just overall had no care for her job as she struggled to greet, then couldn't answer my questions/failed to attempt to answer my questions, then hung up with me when she seemed the conversation was over without saying goodbye or confirming my order. The second representative hung up on me while trying to research the questions I had, and it wasn't until the third representative helped me that everything was settled, and she wasn't even from this location! I am glad I will never have to experience this location as this interaction made me want to cancel my order altogether and makes me even doubt that I will use uhaul for any future moves. This was one of the worst experiences to an already hectic and stressful week.
