I went into the storage unit and accessed my original unit D22. It was contracted as a 4x13x8. I was not informed nor do I see on my contract that it wasn't a full unit. The rep on the phone even informed me the ceiling was 8ft high. I opened the door, and just a few feet in the ceiling slopes sharply and meets the floor in the back cutting off a significant part of the unit to store. I called the office and no answer after I went in the unit. I drove and Nevaeh was delightful and helped me get into another unit. But they didn't have a 4x13x8. They had a next size up, she wasn't able to help me with cost for my inconvenience but when she called her boss, all they said was no. They didn't talk to me or apologize. It wasn't discussed with me. When I booked it it wasn't disclosed to me nor can I find it in my paperwork at the description of the unit being less than the dimensions promised. I called corporate and they couldn't get through to the store. I'm awaiting for a call from the store manager. I have yet to hear from them. At this time until this is resolved I'm not recommending them for storage. I'm very frustrated though Nevaeh was amazing and did everything she could, and David was great with corporate, the store manager's handling was poor and upsetting. I have pictures of the unit upon entry. It's ridiculous to charge for a unit that small.

The sliding lock is impossible for me a 74 YO woman to open by myself. I tried WD40 and I hope it helps.

I wish people who rented from uhaul knew how to read numbers. You are assigned a spot and that spot is yours not wherever you please a few times people were on my spot and had to call management to fix and they were good to make it right

I was in the same spot since the previous owners and i was told I had to move my camper. Next time I showed up, my camper was moved and my battery switch was left on killing my battery. Now it's junk. A previous time I complained about the weed whacking guys kicking rocks at all the Rv's and nothing was done. No apologies, nothing. I watched the guys do it and said something and they kept doing it. In addition, the price went up 1 or 2 times per year.

It was during normal business hours and no one was there to give me a gate remote? Literally almost got stuck inside the lot. Maybe have people that actually work there?

i tried to cancel the day before my last day and wasnt able to, i got charged a late fee and charged for an entire month to have my camper there 1 day, ridicules. never again u-haul!! and your workers are freaking rude. well the fat guy at the counter anyway.

UHaul made everything simple. The free-first-month storage unit was sized to fit the entire contents of the truck we rented. The location was very convenient as well

Everything was ready to go! Gate code, lock, and unit were all ready for me to move in when I got there. I did it all online and it was very convenient. Thank you for saving me so much time!

It was not clear online that the rental and storage were different locations. Then the rental agent didn't tell me I needed to set an access code. I learned that trying to get in storage area. Luckily the maintenance man told us we needed to go to a third location to set the code. We followed that finally getting the code. A minor point was the distance from the rental office to the truck was pretty far. I would have brought the truck to the office. A small inconvenience but it could be better.

What a beautiful & well maintained facility. Clean, dry & secure all in one! You can defintely tell that this locaiton is well maintained, professionally managed and the employees care. The staff went well above and beyond to make you feel welcome and this makes you want to come back again and again TBH

It was unclear in the online booking process how to obtain access to the storage facility or the process to secure the storage cells Thankfully the truck facility is close It helps the overall process Thankfully also what we reserved was not available The larger interior cell helped us overcome what would have been a really unfortunate situation as the smaller outside “sheds” are smaller than one might visualize

I made a reservation by phone with U-Haul for a certain size storage space. When I got to the location and store the agent at the counter told me that that particular size was unavailable. They had a bigger size and the more expensive size. But that is not what I reserved. After she could confirm for me that I did rent a specific size she told me that "the company does this all the time". They reserve spaces and equipment even though we don't actually have. I was forced into a larger space a more expensive one that I don't really want but I had no choice. I had to return the trailer that I was renting and I was running out of time. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why do you make reservations for things you don't actually provide.

Never a single issue. Rented interior climate controlled unit (was a little too warm imo during summer months). Unit was very secure, well maintained and extremely clean. Would have like 24 hour access or atleast until midnight. Overall I'm very pleased with the facility and staff and would highly recommend to potential customers. 5 out of 5 stars

Storage facility ceiling insulation was coming down in one spot. Manager at Uhaul was aware.

Vehicle parking spots were like the Wild West. There is no numbers or lines for assigned spots inviting whomever to park in any spot they like. For 75 % of our renting the storage space we weren't able to park in our spot since it was being occupied. Half of the time, there wasn't a spot on the same side so we didn't end up parking our motorhome there.

There are giant water spots over my unit and a huge whole in the ceiling above it as well. The insulation from the whole is falling out and into my unit. I am very disappointed.

Very clean inside storage and could unload the truck partially indoors under cover. The service provided by General Manager Cody was exceptional. Best storage experience ever

I was moving stuff out of my unit walking back and forth and my television and and two boxes of dvd's We're stolen as well as my Apple TV device. There was water damage to many of my items

4x13x8 unit. That means 8 foot high for a full 13 feet......wrong. About 6 feet into the unit, the ceiling starts sloping all the way to the floor. Holes in the wall also.

The store manager is rude! The storage unit was filthy, my belongings in the unit got destroyed due to an animal that got in the unit and they did not care.
