The truck rental showed a few months rent of a storage unit but I didn't actually get the first month free. Move in to the unit was simple and the free lock being included was a bonus.

Made a reservation and then went to facility to rent a storage unit. I paid for it, only to drive to storage unit and find they already rented it and lock was on it. Poor customer service, no easy way to call the on site facility, no one will show you the unit before you rent, unorganized, not knowing actual availability… quite awful all around. Thumbs down. booo!! I have filled out this survey 4 times as I keep calling and reaching out regarding bad experiences. It would be best if you stop asking for my feedback, as I couldn't be more disappointed in all aspects of how you handle operations and guest service. Wow, just the worst.

So far the experience has been excellent. I appreciated that there was absolutely no snow where we had to get into storage unit. (Where the plow edge line would have been). That really makes a difference!

Facility is too small, cars parked near gate, impossible to get a 26 foot truck inside. And not possible to get 26 foot truck up the roll up door. Could not use. Went to Public Storage instead, this facility fit our needs.

When I wanted to let the office know that I was moving out, no one answered the phone. Finally I was transferred by the phone system to a call center. I tried again to reach someone in the office to let them know I had moved out. I tried 4 times over a two day span. Finally, on the last attempt, someone answered. Will not recommend this facility. The only positive is that it is gated.

Bottom seal under door was completely broken. It rained inside the unit. There were leaves, spider webs and water puddle inside unit. The office staff was very friendly and helpful!

Only confusion was speaking with 3 different people on different days who told me slightly different information. In the end, it wasn't a big deal however, I still haven't received my gate clicker which I will have to go and get sometime when Covid restrictions lessen.

I had some of my stuff get water on it from being on the ground, which is the reason I moved out. I realized that my stuff will be stored long-term and needs An indoor temp controllEd space.

It was great that everything went smoothly at the storage facility. I was informed via email, regarding access code, unit number, and signed up for everything online. No problems. Good job!

U-Haul purchased the facility and did not advise patrons of the change in ownership. The first thing I knew I received a late charge notice because I mailed the payment to the old owner address.

Dan took great care of us with respect to self storage rental. The facility had a nice gate and adequately sized parking space for our vehicle. The storage unit was clean and worked well for us.
