The store manager Ms, Victoria I believe that's her name. Her customer service skills is second to none. She's absolutely amazing. Upon arrival she was Assisting another customer and I watched the way she took her time to explain things to him clearly. Then she assisted us and made it so easy. Moving/packing is frustrating enough. Ms. V made everything so natural and normal. She's the best!

My only request is that Staff call people whose due date is there and ask them if they intend to stay after their rent due date. When I rent I only need it for what I paid for, if I need more I'll come in and pay for more so there are no assumptions that I'm staying further.

We was charged for a storage space that was in use of another customer so distasteful.

I rented a storage unit but never had a chance to use it as it had a lock on it. Wait 23 days. Left phone messages, came in to the office in person sent an email spoke to someone at headquarters, left on hold for over 45minutes. Eventually found all the messages were ignored then told it could be 30 more days to cut the lock and clean it out. So I canceled the storage unit. Staff was nice but that's about it.

It wouldn't be a bad place if your staff is capital location didn't have a nasty attitude. Also, if they show respect they have no respect for people they don't know how to talk to people and I'm the one that paid a salary. I don't know if I would prefer a friend to you because you went up on the prices and everybody can't afford $180 a month that's just crazy.

The unit had bug!!!!I would never recommend this facility.I had to throw away many of my belongings. I had to was everything. In addition my end table, kitchen cups and clothes were stolen. This was a terrible experience!

Two years and my property was the same as when I put it in...secured and safe...the agents at the property were all courteous and professional.... Especially during move-out...if I ever need storage again it will be there

I reserved a unit at Walker's Point U-Haul and when I arrived I was informed that they did not have any units available. I had just rented a u-haul and moved from the East coast and so had been receiving emails about 1 free month of storage when I rent a unit. The Walker's point location could not help me find a new place and so I called the uhaul number. The representative was very helpful and booked me at the only available unit equal or larger to what I had reserved which was at Riverwest. He said the increase in cost would not matter since I had one month free of storage. I arrived at the location and they originally told me they didn't have the unit I ordered. Eventually that was cleared up and I was given a unit, but they refused to honor my free unit. At this point I had wasted 4 hours trying to just get a unit and had no choice but to pay and take it up with customer service. When I arrived at my unit I found 5 chairs and a 500 pound desk inside. We were forced to move it ourselves out of the unit and it is still sitting outside 2 weeks later. I have yet to resolve my issue as every time I put in a dispute the manager closes it out before contacting me. I moved all of my stuff out half way through my rental period, they called me while I was at work and left a message asking if I had done it or if my things had been stolen. I have tried to call back 5 times and no one will answer. They then cancelled my rental even though I have two weeks left that I paid for, without my permission. I was planning to use it again in that period. So now I have to get help on that issue as well.

When trying to reach someone over the phone the process takes way to long. The inapp customer support has limited help options which makes the process even longer when trying to close an account. If you upgrade the system and allow customers to submit photos of the clean unit and allow customers support the authority to close out an account instead of having to go to the store in person. Or call and reach customer service instead of a crew member at the physical location things would be processed quicker and more smoothly.

The initial customer service was okay. But, when I returned the truck early, I was finished by 12 noon, I wasn't refunded any of my money, also I only went a short distance and parked loaded truck and went to storage unloaded and gased up and put a total of 10$ in the tank and the gas lever never moved. Still didn't receive any money refunded!

I only used this storage because I was desperate and short on time. I was assigned a unit that was occupied and then given a upgraded unit but told I would have to pay the upgrade price after my first month even though the mistake made was not mine. Also I was told there would be a lock inside the unit but there was not. Very mediocre place and mediocre service.

Entire process was easy. When I went to my unit, it was easy to gain access. I was a little surprise to see all the other units in my row with tags for non-payment of rent. Storage Wars!

The first space was too small and hard to get into. Changed to larger one but it was taken, staff had to come to storage site to look for open one. Long wait and inconvenient.

Overall bad experience. 1st time renting storage there. Staff was not welcoming or friendly. Facility was about a mile away at dead end of a pot-holed road. Had to go 5 mph with filled trailer. When we got there, there was a lock on the unit we rented. We are still not in the unit. We needed the trailer to load for our new home so went back to unload it. Got a call from u-haul while unloading but they did not leave message. Calling to cancel contact now.

The first unit was too small, the 2nd unit had items from the previous tenants, a small pool of water & droppings all over. We were told to move the items, which we did not, but got a different unit.

There was difficulty with auto pay. I confirmed thru uhaul chat that auto pay was set up. I replied to an email from 750031_GM@uhaul.com stating autopay was set up I got a lien notice 2 weeks later.
