EDWARD LThe computer was broken, or not, and kept charging me for insurance that I did not want. Spent way too much time getting the truck. The truck was a piece of crap. It got the job done but I will never be renting a from the Johnsburg U-Haul facility again!

They were the best deal when I signed up but now they are no better than others and higher than some in the area. Office was often closed even during business hours. Then they sold off to new owners and all they have done is raise rent raise rent. Haven't fixed the deteriorating asphalt or poor lighting. Also I moved out on the 8th and no prorated refund for the balance of the month. But they can rent my spot out starting today. I thought that was greedy. I won't go back if I need storage space in the future.

ANDREW KThe trailer was old but still useable. The roll-up door did not work very well and the left rear tail light was barely visible. Other than that it trailed nicely and got me from point A to point B without issue.

Dennis MI wouldn't change a thing. When I arrived, my truck was pulled up to the office. Check-out was very fast. When I returned the truck, I was met at the gate and checked back in rapidly. Very efficient and top-notch U-Haul dealership.

Elizabeth PI was told within the 1st week of U-Hall taking over this facility that the ceiling in my unit would be totally fixed to alleviate any future water damage to my items. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! Every time it rained, the unit flooded in the corner.

Tracy G | Expérience généraleThe trailer was really banged up and damaged. One of the rear exterior hooks was unusable. And I could return after hours. Offer the gate code to rent it's to return trailers after hours.
Ryan MThe 6x12 open trailer was perfect, and I love the drop and tow - that connects to my hitch. Along with the heavy duty clip on safety cables. The Spring Grove U-Haul is a smaller facility, so I was in and out. The manager Deanna, made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you very much.

Timothy RThey returned my u-haul hours after i returned it, resulting in charging me with extra charges. They did end up refunding me but i had to make multiple calls and wait for management to investigate the time of return for the u-haul i used.
MEGHAN SMakes sense to me to rent the hitch receivers. A last min. $30 purchase was unexpected on top of the $25 trailer rental.

Raymond MUtilize more signage. Place next door sign on first door to let you know to use the next one and a sign is needed when you pull out of the facility to pull close to the gate to activate the automatic opener.
MARK WVery disappointed with 3 rent increases in less than a year, only changing locks & putting bigger numbers on units & leaving big pot holes. Also would like to point out the lock froze and for 2 months couldn't get my Christmas presents out and the office new. Was not happy and no compensation for no access to the unit.

TANIA Z | Premières impressionsThe location is part of a gated storage area which is nice. The call box at the gate either doesn't alert the office when you push the call button, or they don't listen to it. At pick up, we got a gate code so we could drop it off overnight after we used it. My husband works nights so it was pretty convenient. However, at midnight when he went to bring it back, the code didn't work. He was on hold with customer service for half an hour and all they could do was note the account that he tried to deliver and would have to the next day before 7 pm. He works nights, so being back on time with the trailer wasn't going to happen now. He got 2 back to back calls about 4:45 as he was getting ready to leave, it was the office asking where he was and when he was going to deliver. Bryan had to reexplain it and said the account should be noted so we don't get charged. The guy then looked into it and said okay, see you soon. Upon returning it, Bryan told him the code we were given and he said he had no idea what that was and it's simply the trailer number. That's a pretty organized and straightforward way to do it, customer service should have been able to help.

Robin RChange nothing!! I'm a professional mover and I rent uhauls all over the country, and this location was by far the fastest with checking me in and getting me out the door ... even returning the truck was extremely efficient. And the staff is knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish.
TREVOR SWhile they were trying t be friendly, they appeared to be overly prying to me which in turn made me apprehensive about working with them in the future.
Dale MWhile the vehicle was clean and well maintained, the blankets I rented were not clean, and one piece of my furniture was badly scratched due to dirt in the blanket. The blanket was fresh out of the bag. Also the plastic bag was tied in a knot so tight that I had to cut open the bag
