Unfortunately, U-Haul kept raising their rate for the space. It's basic space that we were renting, we weren't paying any thing for any extra services, added security, or additional products and goods. So they kept raising the rates for the space. There were times we would go by and the gate would be wide open. It would not respond to our remote device. But our actual unit was always locked and secure. Access was easy. But for what they're wanting to charge for their monthly fee now, it's time to move out.

We arrived at storage and gate was broken and wide open. We rented a bigger unit when we opened it there was a puddle of water. Called uhaul they gave us another unit and the door fell off track when we opened it. We left uhaul storage and went to another storage company.

One of my concerns was over the last few months the gate was always open. I appreciate that Uhaul honored our rate from the previous company.

Communication was horrible, there were no trash cans or dumpsters which made cleaning the unit very difficult! Not happy and will not be returning customers!

Everything was perfect except for the one time I got locked out of my storage unit once I paid it it took them a couple days to get the double lock off

The only thing was winter had to go over a big hunk of snow to get stuff out that sucks but other then that you guys were awsome.

Breanna and the gentlemen in the office were super friendly and made out U-Haul drop off experience quick and easy.

We had no issues at all. We liked the fact that it was 24/7 365 access. Plus it gave us the option to get insurance for our things especially since I had some antiques in storage.

The access code to the storage unit acknowledged me, but gate did not open. Had to get a key fob the following day to gain access.

My storage is broken into and things were stolen and vandalism was done and there is not a way to proceed with recovering anything because I didn't make a police report. And plus they never found the video evidence in order for me so

U-Haul has always been excellent. I like the staff in Twin Falls, Idaho and Calif.

Soot got all over my stuff in last year's fire season. There was always garbage appearing in front of my bay when I would arrive. In attempt to give the neighbors benefit of the doubt I'll say that might be the resting spot based on crosswind. It's still someone's trash in the lot. The biggest kicker which convinced my wife to let me empty the place is the price kept going up. I've never been a storage unit type of person, I'm still not. The personnel where great to work with in the office. That's really what earns the 4 stars. Although I only saw them twice, move in day and move out day.

The access gate was almost always open when I went to my unit. When I first signed up for my unit it took her forever to get it done (1 hr) after getting it done finally, I asked for a lock, she said that they were out but there was one in the unit. I drove to the unit and tadah there was no lock and I had to go back to the office and tell her at which point she went in the back to find one. i received no paperwork or confirmation that I turned in the fob for the access gate. At the current time I am still awaiting my credit due to I was paid 1 month in advance....

Door was broken when we moved In, went to the facility and a guy came out with in a reasonable time frame.

Garage door was broken upon arrival but once I told the staff about it they came over and fixed it right away.
