The facility was great. The area needs security. It doesn't feel the safest in the evening.

Originally the resv was set to p/u at Arco gas station on 67th. Very poor!! No knowledge of resv. U-Haul rep not on site and whereabouts unknown to service station/store attendant. U-Haul rescheduled another p/u a few miles away and went very smoothly. Merci

Ruth FI was very impressed at how easy Gregory at this location/store made it to rent a truck. I called the store, explained what I needed to get done to help a paraplegic friend and his wife safely get their refrigerator delivered ourselves to avoid ridiculous delivery and install fees and although there was no truck with a lift gate he suggested a truck that had a ramp that we could use to ease the refrigerator off without trying to lift it off of the tailgate of a truck to the ground without anyone getting hurt or damaging the refrigerator. Once we came up with the plan he asked when I'd be in and I told him 5:30pm and when I got there he had the truck ready and waiting to get us on the road quickly and seamlessly. It was very easy to return the vehicle after hours and Gregory explained how easy it was and what to do if we needed to return after hours. He (Gregory) was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well as offered suggestions and answered all of our questions. I will definitely continue to use this store for any of my personal or work needs. I will also refer this location and Gregory to our family and friends. Thanks for a great experience and we were glad this option was available for us to safely get my friends refrigerator off the truck and delivered.

ALEXIA LWaited outside 40 mins until somebody came and provide me the code to the number 3 lock. App is completely useless checking back in the truck as well. Did not let me complete the process I asked a representative to see if the return went through and he said it would be $20 more to check.

Ziad JRobert was horrible any questions i asked he told me he couldn't help me and uhaul doesn't help customers any more. The people in there were just as shocked as I was . He said he doesn't help with anything wouldn't even come outside to answer or help with any questions. This was a horrible experience . I will never go here again. Definitely telling all my family and friends not to either. Im not sure if there's audio in there but someone needs to listen to what he is telling customers. Horrible experience

Felecia HThe first truck i got, the key did not work in the driver's door, only the passenger. I went back to the office to tell Alexzandra and glanced back at the truck and noticed the left headlight was out! She upgraded me to a larger truck for the same price, which was great, and it did the job ok, but the transmission seemed jerky, it did not move smoothly. Overall I have had mostly good experiences with this location, it was my second time renting there. Alexzandra is very helpful, and the app return is really great. I also used online chat during my after hours return and they were able to help me . 4 0,5 Stars!

Marc MCustomer service made me take a picture using her iPhone. She implied that people are a fraud Despite when Making me feel very uncomfortable. The driver's seat did not adjust properly so that I could drive safe. I had to sit up while driving the gas hand was less than paper work was not where she said it was but I put more gas than In needed...she needs to be coach on customer service

IBRAHIM KI arrived a couple minutes to 5pm closing. They'd already locked the door. I understand wanting to go home after your shift but when the employees came out, me & another customer had been standing out there trying to figure out this self return mess. They walked in by, even though we were confused & standing there trying to figure this process out. I get they were off, but they just left us there to figure it out. I was there until 545 . What a mess! So had to do self return. It was a NIGHTMARE! I sat in your lot for 45 minutes trying to use the website to return the U-Haul. It was hot & the process was frustrating & too time Consuming. App wouldn't take my info so then I had to switch to my son's cell. 45 min out in this heat trying to drop off a truck was too much!
