Ernest HartCommunicate better. I was originally told that I could drop my car off and come back later in the day when it was completed. I then changed my mind and asked if I could just drop it off by 7am and wait for it and I was told that was okay. When I arrived on Saturday morning, I was told that I couldn't drop it off as there is no room and the hitch was scheduled for 9am and not 7am. The person working when I showed up took care of the situation and got my hitch put on earlier, so all went well, but there was a lot of confusion.

Russell DupreThe manager here was AWESOME! Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable. I called instead of using the online system because the system kept telling me I only needed 4 hours and I knew I had to load the truck the night before, and also because Goggle maps was WAY off base when I tried to locate this business a few days before I was scheduled to go there. This guy also explained the benefit of getting the (very affordable) insurance. He was not pushy at all, but I got it because the benefits made so much sense for a small price. The return was equally efficient and fast. What a great experience! IMPORTANT: Google Maps shows this location as very far from the actual site, at a different business! PLEASE, for your customers' sake and for the sake of this awesome manager, CORRECT YOUR ENTRY IN GOOGLE MAPS!

Erin VandornAs expected, a nightmare getting trailer, with 3 people including manager not honoring rate, p/u location previously confirmed but never changed, and should have known drop off location unavailable. I called 3 times before p/u and still confusion. Drop off location PER CONTRACT changed with email stating "per OUR conversation" for which h I NEVER HAD A CONVERSATION WITH ANYONE - only an email day we arrived after driving 2 000 miles stating the location changed. Didn't see email until long after we arrived.

Michael BoehmIt was the best experience since the air condition didn't work. After loading the vehicle and we all a sweating, tried to turn on the AC and it was blowing something but it wasn't cold at all. Had to return it after 3 hours because we couldn't do anything further without AC.
Calvin NguyenHuge challenges with the app. I reserved a pick-up time of 0630. Went to check on my reservation around 0530 and there was no record of it. Furthermore, my account had another name associated with it. Called customer service; spoke with two different departments. Last person claimed problem was solved. Showed up on-site and still no record of reservation. Gabe (on-site person) was the only helpful human in the process. Give him a promotion and a raise and immediately terminate whoever is in charge of the "on-line" systems at U-Haul.
John HoefertThe back of the van had leaves and flowers on the ground so I had to sweep those out before dropping off to avoid a fee per the sign posted in the truck. There was no lock on the back and sadly I didn't notice until I had the truck loaded up. I called the location and the guy was surprised to hear it wasn't there, but said I didn't need it and would be fine. There's also a high pitched noise coming from the driver side, might want to take a look. It's a bummer it appears the vehicle wasn't inspected prior to me picking it up because the noise, messy back and missing lock would have been seen. The noise could have resulted in a safety issue.
