Just a little more staff would make the place run quicker

LARRYCORNELIUS JMy first time doing a major move, and also my first time renting a U-Haul truck. They were very professional and respectful, I even extended my rented truck a few times, when i was to return the truck, i had a family emergency and had to be at the hospital, i call to inform them and they were very understanding sympathy because someone was about to pick up the truck, but they make sure that the other customer got another truck of same size. They were very concerned, and understand that emergency happens, They make that things were nice and easy for me, especially with the U-Haul app. Thanks to Marcia and the team over there at U-Haul East Flatbush location. My first renting U-Haul and you all were awesome, great experience from U-Haul on Kings Highway I highly recommend this location to everyone
Marcia Ihello , quite frankly it took too long , even with reservation set up , missed my appointment to get a car , cost me moneys for a trailer for nothing
RONALDROY SHire more personnel to work behind the counter as there is usually only one working at a time and on "busy days" ( usually Saturdays )?she works like a dog and is fantastic at multi tasking but it is not fair to her and she she needs help! Plain and simple !

Scott KAs soon I walked in, I greeted the female employee and ask how was her day, she replied saying I'm hungry and tired and i wanna go home.. ( at 9:30 am?) and began acting frustrated. This lady kept complaining like she havent eating for a week.. ( i didnt know what to say or how to reply to that), so i smiled and said lunch will come soon. She then ask the previous customer " if he cant get true" customer said no man it keeps login me out.. She looked at me and said sir give me a min.. i said ok.. sure. As she typed the other customer's information on the computer, she kept sucking her teeth and mumbling as if someone was arguing with her. When she called on me, I informed her that the reservation and information was filled out online, and Immediately she said ok you have to wait. OOOOKK.. I waited and waited and then she called me up and ask for my information, which I gave to her, she then replied and said, "see this lady here? (pointing at another employee walking through the door? make she help you). I looked at the lady and said mamm, hello can you? And before I could finish saying help, the two employees starts arguing with each other. I was so disgusted with this kind of behavior. No professionalism and courtesy, no respect for the customers. Other customers were present and also express thier disgust by the employee. Why come to work if you do not want to be there? Why destroy the image of the company because you're hungry and don't want to do what your being paid for? Her attitude was deploring. I have used Uhaul for every moved and transport services that I need. This experience literally mad me feel like I was being pranked. I intentionally didn't put the employees name in this review because I don't want them to be disciplined, rather I would prefer that the GM for this location at 5283 Kings Hwy, East Flatbush, NY 11234, take time to train your employees to deal with customers in a manner of which thier behavior will not harm the company's image and deter us from using your location. I thank you for allowing me to use the equipment but I will not be going back to this location EVERR in this natural life

Fernel MChrissy who assisted with processing the rental was pleasant, patient and attentive to her customers needs. She readily answered questions She worked expeditiously to get the customers processed and into their vehicles. The gentleman outside checking in the returned vehicles was also very patient, courteous and helpful. Pleasant knowledgeable staff!!

Keith CThe U-Haul app is not user friendly. If not for the representatives inside I would not be able to get the rental out. the app is glitchy and just keeps going back to the home screen and you have to input all your information again. Also, I am unable to retrieve my final receipt. I returned the vehicle at around 530 (DLST) caught me off guard. I am not able to view record of the reservation and return on the app.

JEREMYD GI prefer this location above others. The staff at Kings Hwy work hard to make your pick up and drop off as quick and efficient as possible. The vehicles are always well cleaned and disinfected and maintained very well. The staff is always very helpful ti answer all questions no matter how busy they are.

DWIGHTALLISTER SNo one clean the snow of the top of the van and I was stopped and given a ticket. The outside attendant who take care of van refused to move other vans out of the way to allow the van to move from its spot, not good for customers
