Trenton SmithTruck was dirty when I picked it up. When I returned truck to where I was told to drop off, the app would not work. I could not drop off the truck 3miles from my home, I had to take it 15 miles to drop it off or be charged $20.00. I had 3 U-Haul dealers 3 miles from my home.

Van mostly fine except part of the inside just fell off as I was driving, and the gears grind when starting. I didn't have 4G on my phone in this location, and the internet kept booting me off as I was filling out the online pre-scan.

STEPHEN KIEPKEFirst off the truck had barely to no gas in it when we got it but that's not the main reason for my rating. We just moved today expecting the trucks to have been cleaned but no, partially on me I should have gotten a mattress cover to protect my mattress, but the truck I used had bed bugs in it which have transferee onto my mattress. I've never had an issue with bed bugs in my entire life and this is the first time I've ever encountered such thing. I don't recommend using this location or even this brand because of this issue. It is extremely gross and unsanitary and customers should not have to worry or deal with their furniture getting infested with bugs because of a vehicle they moved with.

KARL YOUSEThe truck didn't have working break lights, the oil light was on, the motor was racing, and there appeared to be an issue with the power steering. Providing people with safe, fully operational equipment would be a necessary improvement.

Did not receive a voicemail or email letting me know of the change. Additionally, the doors of the truck had a difficult time closing, even when pushing hard to close them.

Upon arriving on the morning of pickup, I told the employee helping me that I had reserved a pickup truck about a week and a half earlier and she told me that I must be at the wrong location. I showed her the text confirming the location and she verified that it was the current address. She then advised that I had reserved a box truck which I disputed and showed proof of my actual reservation. I informed the employee that I received a text the day before stating that someone would be calling me in a few minutes and that the call NEVER happened. Fortunately, someone had just returned a pickup truck earlier and it was able to be assigned to me. My rating is strictly about the change of reservation without notification. The employee was helpful and pleasant to work with and the pickup truck worked perfectly for what we needed it for.
