The address through maps leads to the woods. This needs to be fixed.
Jacquetta JenkinsIn store 30 Minute wait to even talk to someone about my reservation ( 3 people at counter ) Less than 10 claim the actual reservation including contract. 10 ft truck headlights were improperly aimed driver side And driver seat wouldn't adjust because the backrest adjuster was broke During drop off I wasn't able to get my final bill as I did this after hours and used a drop box The app couldn't see my location and customer service was closed until 4 am pst. I still was able to do the drop off in general way Thur U-Haul app
JOHN ATKINSPlease keep a waiting arrangement or a chair at the minimum Had to stand for over 2,5 hours, no space to move around at all. Shop is very cramped.
Ananth KavaseriThe Equipment (truck + trailer) was not ready when I arrived. After I arrived I was told the truck I reserved was not capable of towing the vehicle carrier trailer that I had reserved (pls note the U-Haul software chose the truck and trailer combination based on the car I was transporting). I had to challenge the staff on their logic and finally after quite the delay they admitted the combo was correct. Next after more delay the vehicle carrier trailer they hitched up had an inoperative rear taillight (which I discovered, not the staff). Initially there was no one to address it or "just" swap out the trailer with one of the "many" available on the lot (wow). Finally got it fixed and then it gets worse. Worst: the U-Haul box truck (tow vehicle) has a low front tire pressure. I had to point that out to them. Again another big delay and the staff decides to put air in the tire ( they know I will be traveling over 200 miles) How bad is the tire leak? How often do I have to stop to check it? I finally had enough and insisted they swap the truck with one of "many" on the lot. A hour and a half later I am on my way. The delay is annoying but that is not why I wrote a review. This place is understaffed and poorly trained. Worst:They are dangerous because they don't know what they are doing and the average customer is not going to question them. Someone is going to get hurt.

Carl AkersFirst of all I made a reservation at another location, but uhaul changed my location due to availability. That was fine, however it added 3 additional miles to my trip. I arrived at the revised rental location 20 minutes earlier to my pick up time. Thankfully I did, there were already 4 customers in a queue ahead of me, and only one desk person that had to keep calling someone for assistance on another line. Finally when it was my turn, it comes to light that this location did not have the appliance dolly that I reserved, not even a regular dolly. So, again the agent had to sit on a call for another 25 minutes so that it could be located at yet another location. This all while the queue continues to build inside the store and also outside stood a line. The agent stated San Jose was the only location that had a dolly available. That added an additional 30 miles to the rental which would be at my expense. I request mileage compensation, and was told no they can not do that. While the agen was on the phone the agent online stated the current location had 11 appliance and regular dollys available. The store agent did not even know how to adjust their stock. So the store agent said "Either go to SanJose location or do without it." The agent was very rude and also started talking in Spanish to her coworkers. When I asked for the manager, general manager she stated I am the general manager. Wow if this is how general managers take care of their stores. When I asked for her boss's card she said I can give you the number of the president of Uhaul. If you are the general manager, .maybe you need to take additional training from your company. Finally as I was signing for the truck a message popped up on their digital signature pad advertising for Uhaul and it stated "your reserved equipment is always available at Uhaul" obviously that isn't true Just beware of the Jacksonville Florida Beach Boulevard location, and if at all possible avoid this location or plan early to show up and have a back up plan for needed equipment.

Juliana MosleyThis was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. 1. Called day before pick to confirm all was set up for early check in (24/7 after hours) pick up @ 8:00 am and code for key pick up. Employee stated all was set up correctly for before opening pick up. After on line check, never received code to pick up keys from lock box. Could not pickup truck until store opened at 9:30 (Sunday hours). Took the staff until 10:00 to get a truck ready for me. 2. My rental was to include 2 sets of blankets - non available. 3. Car tow dolly was not done properly. Staff did not use wheel straps on either front tire to secure car. Only used chain underneath.
JENNIFER TRACYI'm sad the female manager that ran your store left she was a great asset to your business. Over the last several months I purchased boxes blankets and many other supplies and she was quite helpful over my 10 or so visits

eduardo mayorcaWhen I booked the rental it went under 27/7 pickup. When I arrived the truck I needed was 3 do in a row. The app said to skip the line and ask for the keys. I asked the gentleman working outside if I could get the keys and to move the other trucks. He said you have to wait in line, you can't skip the line. I waited at the end of the counter and someone helped me slowly. Then the furniture pads weren't in the truck and had to wait in line again according to the gentleman working outside. 24/7 is not a good fit for this location as only 1 employee seemed to know how it worked. The best experience was dropping it off as I didn't have to deal with any of these employees.

We've rented quite a few trailers and trucks from this location and always find them to be efficient and very helpful. We would recommend them highly.

Peter LambDid not have any of the equipment I ordered - no utility dolly, no furniture roller and no blankets. This is the second time this location has screwed me over - never again. I ordered it in advance - WTF. Screwed up my whole move. Had family there to help and no equipment. Wasted an hour of everyone's time scrambling to find other equipment. What's the use of reservations if you can't keep them. Very POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. SECOND TIME THEY SCREWED ME.

Truck had dog hair and smelled of dog and me with a slight allergy along w rain the whole 1100 mile trip made for a unpleasant experience. The drop of place was a 5 star here in Springfield MO.

Audreka EverettNo supplies available even though I had made a reservation for one way truck out of state 3 weeks prior and verified with the location the day before. Also Had to purchase blankets and dolly since there were non on site to fulfill our reservation. Waiting on them to clear up the confusion with whether or not we could take the truck out of state put us behind schedule with hired laborers. Customer service was not customer friendly, pretty much a shoulder shrug response to all the complications. Truck was parked behind other trucks so we had to find someone to move it.

Jesus GonzalezAlthough initially picking up the truck was great. When I called to extend the rental I was placed on a never-ending hold for over 45 minutes had to hang up and call back. Was immediately placed on hold five times without even talking to anybody. The person would just answer the phone and say please hold and then put me on an endless hold.

I have rented from other U-Haul locations and their service can't hold a candle to the service level of this facility. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be back.
Tammie HackettI should have received a refund for not using all miles and instead I am being charged a $43 fee for an extra day when I returned everything before the time it was due back. I have tried calling this location and emailed the location but no one is responding. I would NOT recommend this location!
Jabari JamesOnly problem is the fuel gauge wouldn't show fuel after waiting. I put fuel in turn key on and gauge didn't move. The next thing I know the pump cut off like it was fuel it still showed 1/2 so I took it back they said they could do anything. I fell I should get reimbursed for my fuel I put in. I'm owed a 1/4 of a tank in fuel. If I returned it you guys would charge me a lot of money for it not being where it should be. Please let me know thank you Quinton Guthrie

However, I called the general number to reschedule my hitch installation and the appointment was not in the system when I arrived for the appointment. However the location was able to accommodate me anyway. So there seems to be an issue with your general customer service Number scheduling appointments.

MICHELLE MALERBAI rented a 6x12 at 5pm 1/6, I picked it up and went to the dealer to pick up the axe thinking it was an actual 6x12 which it is not the opening is like a 4,5-5ft opening which was completely useless and no I did not have time to bring it back because the dealer closed at 4pm so I had to leave and didn't have time to take it back and bicker with uhaul so the dealer aloud me to use one of their trailers while I left the uhaul in a locked secure lot with servalance which I can obtain to prove it was never used and yeah I did deliver it back the next day at 5 because I had to drive back up 3 hours to get the uhaul from the dealer at the time they where able to open the lot. I have already called uhaul and was waiting on the uhaul business them self to call me but they never did. Worst uhaul in that area and crappy that uhaul advertises a 6x12 when it isn't.

Robert BaileyWe have reserved a truck from this location twice in the past 2 years and both times we have had an issue. Specifically, each time we reserved our truck, we also reserved moving pads. Both times, we have arrived to pick up our truck and were informed that they didn't have any moving pads. So both times we had to go to another location to pick up moving pads. This is extremely inconvenient and it makes no sense given that they were aware of our reservation at least a couple days in advance. They should have made arrangements to get the moving pads from the other locations so we wouldn't have to run around town on our moving day to get something we specifically reserved. Also, it was inconvenient that the truck only had half a tank of gas which also meant we had to stop to get gas in order to ensure we could make it to our one-way destination. Again, they were aware of the anticipated distance we would be traveling (160+ miles), so it would make sense to have a policy to have the tank full for these type of reservations as a courtesy to the customer. I will say that the sales associate for our most recent reservation was very nice. She did her best to make the situation better by giving us a discount for our inconvenience, which we really appreciated.
Joseph DAmbrosioI requested a 9:00 p.m. pick up time and was told I could do it through the app and when I got there I was not able to and it told me I needed to go in store but it was closed. So I was given the wrong direction that ended up costing me $50 in Uber's and 3 hours of my time. The next day all picked up the uhaul at 7:00 a.m. and they did not have any of my 60 moving blankets I requested so that cost me more money because I had to buy shrink wrap that they wouldn't comp me. To top it all off when I got the uhaul to my house the lock on the back of it would not work with the key. So I ended up having to drive back to uhaul for them to chop the lock off which ended up wasting an hour of my movers times... Another $150. I'm trying to get some level of a refund but everyone tells me it's futile and it's almost impossible to get the general manager on the phone. I've given my contact information to people at the store as well as the home office and nobody gets back to me
