I rented a cargo van that only had ~220 miles on it. Overall in great condition. However, after I began loading it, I realized the cargo floor was covered with some type of motor oil. I called the rental office to let them know. The agent was very understanding and offered to let us switch trucks. However, it would have taken too much time to drive back to the office so I declined. This limited our use of the van and caused several moving blankets to get oil on them. It would have been helpful if the service people had checked the van more thoroughly so that this situation could have been avoided.

Hunter BThere's something wrong with your website. This is the second rental within a week where the location I selected to rent from was not the location where the vehicle was located. In both cases, I selected the Sudley Road location but the reservation system changed the location to the Dumfries Road location. The first time might have been my mistake in choosing the wrong location. Probably not, as I know the difference having lived in the area over 30 years. But the second time it was the reservation system. Something for your IT geeks to look into. Otherwise, service at both locations was great; vehicles were great. Return was quick and easy.

Vincent TThe van I got smelled like a horse stable, it was super stinky. After I got the van I had to make sure to wrap all my upholstery because I was afraid the smell would linger on my furniture. The van inside was super dirty, food crumbs and old French fries in every corner. We had to drive with the windows down because it smells so bad in the van. I am only writing this review because the van was so badly taken care of.

Porqué la persona que llega no va a pedir a dicho lugar va a solicitar un servicio que es pagado por ende tiene que recibir una buena atención. En las dos ocasiones que e solicitado el servicio de transporte el señor tiene el mismo comportamiento es totalmente desagradable. Espero que prestes atención a mi comentario

Joseph DThis is our second time going to this place but the kid that was there was not much of a help this was my first time doing mobile pick up but it like he had no idea what I was talking about once we found the correct truck we asked them if the can move the van that was in front in order to move the one we needed . and he just gave us a different van . He never told us what we had to do when we returned. Just because we where returning when they where closed so we where really lost . He just seemed super confused I tried to talk to him in both Spanish and English but really didn't say much . So costumer service was definitely not great .

When I retuned the truck I told one of your employee his name was Danie that the truck was very dirty and there was broken glass in the trailer and I had to sweep it and remove large pieces of glass. He said you cleaned it? This is by far the worse experience I ever had renting a truck from that location.

How does a business survive when they act like THEY are doing you a favor instead of exhibiting any customer appreciation or service. Tired of spending money, especially these days, with any business who makes their customer feel less than valued. Never again!
Kathy GThe cargo van was completely operational and did what I needed it for with no problems, but the cargo space was not cleaned. It did not bother me, but it may have bothered other users. there were also numerous dents in the back of the truck. It had the claim stickers on there already prior to my use. Also, I had no idea I would not be allowed to keep my car parked in the lot. It was a surprise to me that I would need to park a couple blocks away. Had I have known, I would have brought a coat if I knew I'd have to walk a few blocks out in the cold.

Since they don't allow customers to leave their cars on the lot and to park their vehicles across a very busy highway, I asked if it would be alright for one of his employees to bring me back in the U-Haul since I am handicapped and the manager didn't even want to hear it and kept cutting me off. Very rude. If he worked for me, he would have been let go a long time ago. Vehicle I had was filthy with trash and I had to clean it up before using it.

When I spoke to Billy he told me that my bill was going to be 143 that he was not going to charge me for the gas That he appreciate me driving all the way to Alexandria to get it at the end they ended up charging me the full amount which I'm not too happy with it

Henry SI didn't like the regulations for dropping off after hours. If you're not tech savvy you are lost! If your drop off is 9:00 someone should be there. I was lucky to be able to ask for help from another customer but other than that the rental was ok.

Irma KThe employee was so very rude and nasty made me feel like he was a racist mad that he had to help me. With a nasty attitude he mixed up my truck then left me to go look for it myself. Then when I attempted to verify damages to truck on app he said just look at gas and mileage very nasty. I was more concerned with damage on truck not observed in pics. You need someone at the counter with people skills and to understand without us customers he has no job! I will never return to that location and will make it known how rude the staff at that location is. I also felt like I was overcharged for the rental.
